Study on Nursing Clinical Teachers' Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Model on the Basis of Fuzzy Mathematics

Abstract: In this study, we study on the nursing clinical teachers' comprehensive quality evaluation model on the basis of fuzzy mathematics. First, it obtains the nursing clinical teachers' comprehensive quality evaluation index framework by making use of Delphi method. Then, it constructs the comprehensive quality evaluation hierarchy model by applying the analytic hierarchy process, to obtain the weight for each index, based on which to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, thus acquiring new method for nursing clinical teachers' comprehensive quality evaluation. Examples have proven the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.

Abstract:

Boost-Buck converter is widely used in LED lighting drivers. In this paper, Boost-Buck main circuit related characteristics are firstly discussed, and then a new Boost-Buck high power efficient double loop control strategy is built by adopting error amplifier and integrator control method. It is demonstrated that the new system has many advantages such as high efficiency, fast response, strong anti-interference, good stability after analyses and simulations of its working dynamic characteristics.

Factors of spatial distribution of recreation areas in peri-urban Beijing

Abstract: Based on the case study of peripheral urban areas in Beijing, this paper aims to identify the factors which will influence the spatial distribution of peri-urban recreation areas, by analyzing the collected data from questionnaires, online survey, documentation and field investigations (2007). In order to achieve sound information, relevant data from different management departments, owners and land-use types involved in the case study area are collected. A sampling database for peri-urban recreation areas in Beijing is established, and GIS spatial analyses as well as statistic analyses are applied. The result indicates that spatial distribution of recreation areas is majorly influenced by four factors, e.g. tourism attractions and environmental conditions, policy and spatial governance, consumption demand and preference, land price and availability. Tourism attractions and environmental conditions are dominant factors for public recreation areas. Commercial recreation areas are highly related with accessibility. Agricultural recreation areas are usually attached to special farmlands near large-scaled scenic areas. Meanwhile, recreational business clusters have appeared in suburbs influenced by mass recreation market growth. Controlled by the land price, commercial recreation areas are differentiated on their scales and developing intensity. Policy and spatial governance have made arrangements of recreation areas more balancing and more human- oriented. A peri-urban recreation area model is therefore established on the basis of this analysis, which can guide urban planning and designing, land-use planning and recreation resource development.

Abstract: National Free Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) HIV/AIDS Treatment Program had been carried out for more than 5 years, treating 9267 cases accumulately by 2009. We report the 3-year outcome on CD4+ lymphocyte count of 807 cases of HIV/AIDS enrolled in the National Free TCM HIV/AIDS Treatment Pro- gram, the CD4+ lymphocyte count were measured every 6 month at 7 time points (0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 month). The results showed that the overall CD4+ ly mphocyte count maintained stable at the 6th month and the 12th month, declined significantly at the 18th month, 24th month and 30th month, then elevated to the pre-treatment level at the 36th month. Patients with pre-treatment CD4+ lymphocyte count level < 200/mm3, who possibly combined HAART therapy, had CD4+ lymphocyte count elevated significantly after all visits. Patients with pre-treatment CD4+ lymphocyte count level between 200 and 350/mm3 mainta- ined stable before the 36th month, and then rosed significantly, which implicated the long-term effect of TCM. Patients with pre-treatment CD4+ lymphocyte count level > 350/mm3 had CD4+ lymphocyte count declined significantly after all visits. In summary, combined treatment of Chinese herbal medicine and conventional therapy on HIV/AIDS suggested promising effect, but more evidences from larger, rigorous designed studies still needed to support the affirmative effect of TCM in the future.
SEM analysis of the changes of carbon layer structure of mesocarbon microbeads heat-treated at different temperatures

Abstract: Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) with narrow size distribution, excellent sphericity and no obvious conglutination have been prepared with a coal tar pitch containing quinoline insolubles (QI) as the raw material. Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are used to examine the structure of the MCMB. It has been found that SEM technique shows the structural information of MCMB clearly in the form of micrographs even when the structure of MCMB is complex, while the optical technique is useful for analysis of the regular structure of the mesophase spheres but cannot be effectively used to analyze either the complex structure of the green MCMB or the structures of the further heat-treated ones at different temperatures. According to the characteristics of the carbon layers, the structures of the as-prepared MCMB in the present experiment could be classified as (1) Parallel Layer type structure and (2) Bent Layer type structure with the carbon layers gathering at one or two points in the MCMB. In the experiments, SEM is also utilized to investigate the structures of MCMB that are heat-treated at different temperatures. It has been found that the MCMB without any further heat-treatment show no layered-carbons, while the ones heat-treated at temperature higher than 1000°C exhibit obvious layered carbons across their sections. When increasing the heat-treatment temperature, the carbon layers become thinner and flatter.

Abstract: The paper briefly sums up two kinds of ecotourism ideas on which theoperational definition of ecotourism is built up. Based on the four definitive aspects of tourism destinations, the authors hold that ecotourism destination planning is the community tourism planning of micro scale. Such micro scale planning stresses the design and development patterns of tourism attractions rather than the macro deve lopment strategies and the moderate scale cluster effects. The development and protection of tourism attractions is the absolute core of ecotourism destinations. In the thesis, the authors also put forwards the operational flowing framework of ecotourism destination planning from its planning goals. At last, the paper discusses the implementing strategies that can make ecotourism sustainable. Landscape design, function zoning and corporate identity design is especially important to the successful ma nagement of the ecotourism destinations.
