Virology Journal , 2010, DOI: 10.1186/1743-422x-7-65
Abstract: Based on the collected data, 11(5.5%) samples were detected positive for HPV DNA and 189(94.5%) samples out of 200 samples were detected negative for HPV DNA. Meanwhile 4(2%) samples detected positive for HPV DNA by PCR were detected positive for HPV by pap smear test as well. On the other hand 5 samples which were detected positive for HPV by pap smear test didn't have HPV DNA after being tested by PCR method. Among the 11 positive samples 7 samples were identified as HPV-16, 3 samples were HPV-18 and one was HPV-53.Regarding the prevalence of highly carcinogen genotypes of HPV in our study determination of genital HPV prevalence among the normal population of women of Bushehr city is recommended.Worldwide, cervical cancer is the second most common cancer affecting women. Nowadays screening programs have reduced the mortality and morbidity of this disease, but 500,000 new cases of invasive cancer of the cervix are still diagnosed annually. Epidemiological and molecular studies have demonstrated that certain types of human Papillomaviruses (Highly carcinogen genotypes) are the major cause of most cases of cervical cancer [1].Human papillomaviruses (HPVs) belong to Papillomaviridaefamily[2]. So far, 118 types have been identified according to their biological niche, oncogenic potential and Phylogenetic position. There are about 40 HPV viral types that are commonly found in the genital tract which are classified in the Alphapapillomavirus genus[3,4]. On the basis of molecular epidemiologic evidence, genital HPV types have been subdivided in to low-risk types and high-risk ones [5,6]. Several HPV types, such as HPVs 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59 and 66 have been implicated in cervical carcinogenesis (high risk types), whereas other types, such as HPVs 6 and 11, are frequently detected in benign lesions such as condylomata acuminate [1]. Women infected with high risk HPV types are considered to be at a higher risk for the development of cervical cancer

Abstract: In this work, forming limit diagram for aluminum alloy 3105 is performed experimentally and forming limit based on stress (FLSD) calculated from strains that resulted from experimental procedure. In addition, numerical prediction by ductile fracture criteria using simulation is considered and it is shown that they are well suited with the experimental results. The strain paths from finite element simulations are found fairly acceptable to represent both sides of the FLD.

Tehran University Medical Journal , 2001,
Abstract: Despite the role of oral corticosteroids in management of sever asthma, use of these drugs needs careful awareness of its many side effects. There are controversies about the role of methotrexate in lowering the need for corticosteroides in these patients. In this study an attempt has been made to determine methotrexate effects in corticosteroid dependent asthma. Six patients were entered in a double-blind placebo controlled crossover trial and randomly allocated to two groups. Each group got a 12 weeks course of treatment with 15 milligrams of methotrexate or placebo which thereafter was changed to the other regimen. In comparison with placebo, methotrexate caused a 62.5% less need for oral corticosteroid (P<0.01) and a 20% increase in FEV1 (P<0.05). We concluded that the use of low doses of oral methotrexate results in less need for oral corticosteroid in treatment of corticosteroid dependent asthma.

Open Journal of Gastroenterology (OJGas) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ojgas.2014.48043
Abstract: Introduction: The bioenteric balloon (BIB) is widely applied in the management of obesity. Aim of the work: This is a report on the efficacy and safety of BIB®; device in the first 101 Egyptian cases. Methods: Patients referred for BIB between January 2011 till December 2012 were evaluated retrospectively. BIB was inserted for 6 months according to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: In 101 cases, 17 cases were males (16.8%) and 84 cases were females (83.2%), mean age 33.2 (±10.44) years, mean BMI 35.9 (±4.65) kg/m2. None of the patients exhibited balloon migration or perforation. The balloon was removed upon request in 3 patients due to exaggerated intolerance (2.9%). The mean weight loss was 15.5 kg (±4.67), mean EWL 64.12% (±23.48%). The mean BMI at extraction was 29.7 kg/m2 (±4.48) with a BMI loss of 6.2 kg/m2 (±2.0). 87 patients (88.7%) achieved target EWL (32.1% of excess weight), and 87 patients lost >12.2% of their basal weight (88.7%). 70 patients achieved BMI loss >5.7 kg/m2 (71.4%). Conclusion: BIB achieves acceptable success with minimal complications. In further long term, prospective studies are needed to evaluate obesity related comorbidities when using such modality and to compare it to other available devices.

Research Journal of Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology , 2012,
Abstract: This study aims to generate Digital Elevation Model (DEM) by utilizing Rational Polynomial Coefficient (RPC) model (ENVI 4.8) and Toutin’s Model (OrthoEngineSE of PCI Geomatics 10.3) to determine the suitable model. Thealong-track stereoimages of Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection radiometer (ASTER) sensor with 15 m resolution were used to generate DEM on an area with low and near Mean Sea Level (MSL) elevation in Johor Malaysia. In addition, the area under study was divided into three elevation ranges between 0-100 m (flat), 100-300 m (moderate) and 300-600 m (hilly) to evaluate the DEM accuracy in various terrains. Consequently, the uncorrected DEM of RPC model yielded RMSEz of ±32.96 m (0-100 m), ±23.38 m (100-300 m) and ±23.65 m (300-600 m) while after post-processing the RMSEz decreased to ±17.69 m (0-100 m), ±14.08 m (100-300 m) and ±17.77 m (300-600 m). Overall, the corrected DEM of RPC model reached the expectations with RMSEz of ±16.49 m. On the other hand, the DEM of Toutin’s model contained many blunders and outliers which indicated the ineffectiveness of Toutin’s model for area with low and near MSL elevation. The failure of Toutin’s model may mostly be due to the inaccuracy and insufficiency of ASTER ephemeris data for low terrains as well as huge water body in the stereo images.

Surgical Science (SS) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ss.2014.512084
Abstract: Background: Correction of long face and chin retrusion has a significant effect on facial aesthetic and symmetry. Bimaxillary (Bimax.) Operation has been performed for long face and bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion. But bimaxillary surgery cannot address all of complex deformity of mandible. The new technique using horizontal chin bar can treat mandibular dentoalveolar protrusion and chin retrusion in one setting. Objectives: To evaluate the results of mandible segmental osteotomy and jumping genioplasty; To illustrate the versatility and the ease of this procedure and to confirm the good to excellent clinical results obtained with minimal complications. Design: Retrospective study setting, all of the patients of university hospital and private practice who seek medical attention for long face and retruded (and/or deviated) chin were included in the study. Patients and surgeons satisfaction were evaluated. Results: 45 patients, aged 19 - 30 years (mean age, 24 ± 6 years) underwent the creation of a horizontal chin bar (4 - 7 mm wide) as an axis for two opposite bone movement (and a place for fixation) of mandibular dentoalveolar segment and lower chin segment [segmental lower jaw (Kolle’s) operation and genioplasty], and/or with concomitant Bimax. operation. The mean chin advancement was 8 mm (4 - 10 mm). Average setback for mandible was 3 mm (2 - 6 mm). No bone resorption was identified. No permanent nerve paresthesia was noted. There was one case of the bar fracture due to narrowness of the bar. 37 patients were highly satisfied and 8 were satisfied with the results. There was no dissatisfaction in our patients and surgeons. Conclusion: For long face and retruded chin one of the best treatments is horizotal chin bar method with very good long-term results. EBM: Level IV.

Open Journal of Marine Science (OJMS) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/ojms.2016.62026
Abstract: Seawalls are among protective structures that are constructed for decreasing the level of wave force and/or protecting from other structures. In this regard, more accurate investigation of these structures takes great importance from different perspectives. This research investigates the?change of the velocity on seawall crown by considering the obstacles in different layouts and slopes.?FLOW-3D has been used in this research for modeling. The results of the modeling show that the existence of obstacles has a determinative role in decreasing flow rate in the crown of seawalls. Also, as it was expected, the slope factor on upstream seawalls is very determinative in decreasing this rate such that the lowest velocity on the wall occurs in D-state layout and the slope of 45°.
ADVANCE PRICING AGREEMENT DAN PROBLEMATIKA TRANSFER PRICING DARI PERSPEKTIF PERPAJAKAN INDONESIA

Abstract: Economic globalization impacts to the increase of international transactions. The Company does not boundary their operation within their county anymore, but also extends their business performance abroad and may become multinasional and transnational typed of enterprise. The company then will be operating through its affiliates and branchs in many countries. This brings a consequence of a transfer pricing arrangement in their inter-group transactions. Transfer pricing could be conducted among others with taxes motivation, in which the main objective is to transfer the tax burden from the higher rated country to the lower rate jurisdiction. Under this circumstance, some countries may have losses the potential taxes revenue because of such transfer mechanism. To anticipate the conditions outlined above, Indonesian Tax Law introduces a transfer pricing resolution so called Advance Pricing Agreements (APA). APA are short of agreement betwen the tax authority and the tax payers on the reasonable (fair) selling prices of the product that has been concluded to the parties who has special relationship to justify that the transactions are arms length. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Globalisasi ekonomi telah membawa dampak semakin meningkatnya transaksi internasional.
