Average Consensus in Networks of Multi-Agent with Multiple Time-Varying Delays  [PDF]

Abstract: The average consensus in undirected networks of multi-agent with both fixed and switching topology coupling multiple time-varying delays is studied. By using orthogonal transformation techniques, the original system can be turned into a reduced dimensional system and then LMI-based method can be applied conveniently. Convergence analysis is conducted by constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. Sufficient conditions on average consensus problem with multiple time-varying delays in undirected networks are obtained via linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques. In particular, the maximal admissible upper bound of time-varying delays can be easily obtained by solving several simple and feasible LMIs. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Abstract: Temporary housing is temporary houses relative to permanent fixed housing. Due to temporary and inefficient factors of temporary housing, people pay less attention to it. Temporary housing has many problems such as single space mode, chaotic function, low comfort, poor ecological efficiency and so on. This research is faced with the growth of human society, the emergency response of natural disasters, the sustainability of production and construction, and the comfort of temporary residence. The design realized the requirements of factory production, folding loading and unloading, clear functional space about temporary housing through modular design, meets higher comfort requirements of housing. At last, strategic reserve and repeated use enhance the ecological sustainability of products.
An Aesthetic Analysis of the Artistic Conception in Zhang Yiqing’s Documentary

Abstract: Since televised documentaries began to popularize in China in 1990s, their artistic value has gradually exposed to people’s attention. This paper studies the artistic conception of documentaries by analyzing the representative works of Zhang Yiqing. It mainly discusses the key points about artistic conception in Chinese traditional aesthetic and philosophy;the narrative style of Zhang Yiqing’s documentaries(the theme, structure, and details) and the philosophical argument content;the television language(the commentary, off-screen voice, music, and stunts) using in his documentaries, and also its reference significance to traditional documentaries. Key words: artistic conception, Zhang Yiqing, documentary Résumé: Le documentaire télévisuel prend l’essor depuis les années 1990. Dès lors, le documentaire dont la valeur esthétique se révèle de jour en jour tire l’attention du grand public. J’ai choisi l’oeuvre de Zhang Yiqing comme exemple pour étudier l’esthétique de l’inspiration du documentaire. Cet essai traite principalement : des opinions essentielles issues de la recherche esthétique et philosophique sur l’inspiration ; les moyens de narration du documentaire de Zhang tels que le thème, la structure, les détails et la philosophie ; l’utilisation du langage télévisuel du documentaire de Zhang comme le commentaire, la voix off, la lumière et le truquage ; l’influence sur le document traditionnel. Smooth Solutions to a Class of Nonlocal Fully Nonlinear Elliptic Equations

Abstract: We show that a certain class of fully nonlinear nonlocal equations have smooth solutions as long as the right-hand side is nice and the boundary datum is bounded. To this end we follow the classical strategy. We first show that solutions are $C^{\sigma+\alpha}$ continuous, then develop a bootstrap argument robust enough for operators that may depend on the solution and its \sigma-derivatives.
Flocking Control of a Group of Agents Using a Fuzzy-Logic-Based Attractive/Repulsive Function  [PDF]

Abstract: In this study, a novel procedure is presented for control and analysis of a group of autonomous agents with point mass dynamics achieving flocking motion by using a fuzzy-logic-based attractive/repulsive function. Two cooperative control laws are proposed for a group of autonomous agents to achieve flocking formations related to two different centers (mass center and geometric center) of the flock. The first one is designed for flocking motion guided at mass center and the other for geometric center. A virtual agent is introduced to represent a group objective for tracking purposes. Smooth graph Laplacian is introduced to overcome the difficulties in theoretical analysis. A new fuzzy-logic-based attractive/repulsive function is proposed for separation and cohesion control among agents. The theoretical results are presented to indicate the stability (separation, collision avoidance and velocity matching) of the control systems. Finally, simulation example is demonstrated to validate the theoretical results.

Abstract: With the promotion and development of urbanization, historical blocks, with their historical value and particularity, have become the elements to avoid the homogenization of cities, and have been paid more and more attention by scholars in various fields. Taking three different types of historical blocks in Dalian (Nanshan District, Fengming Street, Dongguan Street) as examples, on the basis of typology, this paper compares different blocks, and puts forward such as repair prototype, integrate plane texture, remodel courtyard space and so on, in order to achieve the goal of protecting the historic district.

Through the analysis of the theory of perception, the article sums up its connection with the interior design of Modern Hotel, and sums up the hotel interior design method under the influence of three factors of visual perception, space-time perception, logical perception so as to improve the level of humanization. Finally it will provide a basis for hotel interior design in the future.

And in this article, we will analyse three historic districts: Nanluogu Alley in Beijing, Guangsheng Temple in Yixian, Dongguan Street in Dalian. The purpose of this discussion is to explore how to improve the status of historic district in the city.
On the Scalable Fairness and Efficient Active Queue Management of RED  [PDF]

Abstract: Internet routers generally see packets from a fast flow more often than a slow flow. This suggests that network fairness may be improved without per-flow information. In this paper, we propose a scheme using Most Recently Used List (MRUL)-a list storing statistics of limited active flows that sorted in most recently seen first mode-to improve the fairness of RED. Based on the list, our proposed scheme jointly considers the identification and punish of the fast and unresponsive fast flows, and the protection of slow flows. Its performance improvements are demonstrated with extensive simulations. Different from the previous proposals, the complexity of our proposed scheme is proportional to the size of the MRUL list but not coupled with the queue buffer size or the number of active flows, so it is scalable and suitable for various routers. In addition, another issue we address in this paper is queue management in RED. Specifically, we replace the linear packet dropping function in RED by a judicially designed nonlinear quadratic function, while original RED remains unchanged. We call this new scheme Nonlinear RED, or NLRED. The underlying idea is that, with the proposed nonlinear packet dropping function, packet dropping becomes gentler than RED at light traffic load but more aggressive at heavy load. As a result, at light traffic load, NLRED encourages the router to operate in a range of average queue sizes rather than a fixed one. When the load is heavy and the average queue size approaches the pre-determined maximum threshold (i.e. the queue size may soon get out of control), NLRED allows more aggressive packet dropping to back off from it. Simulations demonstrate that NLRED achieves a higher and more stable throughput than RED and REM. Since NLRED is fully compatible with RED, we can easily upgrade/replace the existing RED implementations by NLRED.
Numerical Solutions of Stochastic Differential Delay Equations with Poisson Random Measure under the Generalized Khasminskii-Type Conditions

Abstract: The Euler method is introduced for stochastic differential delay equations (SDDEs) with Poisson random measure under the generalized Khasminskii-type conditions which cover more classes of such equations than before. The main aims of this paper are to prove the existence of global solutions to such equations and then to investigate the convergence of the Euler method in probability under the generalized Khasminskii-type conditions. Numerical example is given to indicate our results.
