Model of 4PL’s Outsourcing Logistics Coordination Based on Service Quality  [PDF]

The paper establishes a supply chain coordinating model based on single 4PL-multy 3PL. Considering goods loss and damage, it comes to the conclusion that the fixed revenue-sharing contract couldn't be coordination when the yields was relative to the efforts of 3PL and 4PL. In order to get the coordination, we first model a fixed revenue-sharing contract based on side payment using L-F model and the theory of principal-agent on the premise of symmetric information. Then, we analyze the application of this model when the information is asymmetric. The result shows that the symmetric model can get the coordinating while the optimal efforts of asymmetric information model depend on the 3PL’s performance. At last, we check the analysis using a traditional sample.

Delay and Its Time-Derivative Dependent Stable Criterion for Differential-Algebraic Systems  [PDF]

In this paper, the stable problem for differential-algebraic systems is investigated by a convex op-timization approach. Based on the Lyapunov functional method and the delay partitioning approach, some delay and its time-derivative dependent stable criteria are obtained and formulated in the form of simple linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The obtained criteria are dependent on the sizes of delay and its time-derivative and are less conservative than those produced by previous approaches.

Cyber-Physical system (referred to as CPS) is based on the physical environment perception, the use of sensor, wireless communication network and computer system to detect and control the machine technology. It is a modern physics system with a set of computing, communication and control as one. Textile and chemical fiber industry as China’s traditional pillar industries of the national economy, in the context of the new normal economy, is of great significance in the transformation and upgrading for boosting industrial development, enhance the competitiveness of the industry at home and abroad. This paper takes Zhejiang xinfengming group as an example, describing it with the help of CPS technology upgrading in production technology, process and enterprise management. The production capacity, management ability and competitiveness of the industry obtain great improvement, making great significance to the traditional textile industry transformation and upgrading.
Robust Optimization of Performance Scheduling Problem under Accepting Strategy  [PDF]

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of program performance scheduling with accepting strategy is studied. Considering the uncertainty of actual situation, the duration of a program is expressed as a bounded interval. Firstly, we decide which programs are accepted. Secondly, the risk preference coefficient of the decision maker is introduced. Thirdly, the min-max robust optimization model of the uncertain program show scheduling is built to minimize the performance cost and determine the sequence of these programs. Based on the above model, an effective algorithm for the original problem is proposed. The computational experiment shows that the performance’s cost (revenue) will increase (decrease) with decision maker’s risk aversion.

Abstract: In this article, we first prove Orlicz norm inequalities for the composition of the homotopy operator and the projection operator acting on solutions of the nonhomogeneous A-harmonic equation. Then we develop these estimates to Lφ(μ)-averaging domains. PCA-Based Network Traffic Anomaly Detection

Abstract: The use of a Traffic Matrix (TM) to describe the characteristics of a global network has attracted significant interest in network performance research. Due to the high dimensionality and sparsity of network traffic, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) has been successfully applied to TM analysis. PCA is one of the most common methods used in analysis of high-dimensional objects. This paper shows how to apply PCA to TM analysis and anomaly detection. The experiment results demonstrate that the PCA-based method can detect anomalies for both single and multiple nodes with high accuracy and efficiency.
Microstructure Evolution of W-Cu Alloy Wire  [PDF]

Abstract: Microstructure of W-Cu alloy wire before and after hot-swaging was studied in this paper. Results show that a homogeneous microstructure of the W-Cu alloy wire was formed after hot-swaging treatment, and the tungsten particles were embedded in copper phases to form a networking structure; the W-Cu alloy wire has a microstructure of body-centered-cubic tungsten particles and face-centered-cubic copper phase, and did not change after hot-swaging. The intermediate phases have not been found during the process, but the size of the tungsten particles in the copper matrix becomes smaller. After hot-swaging, the treated W-Cu alloy wire has a relative density of 105.1%, and a conductivity of 47.2% IACS, the tensile and bending strength can be as large as 644 and 1600 MPa, respectively.

Abstract: This paper analyses perturbations of Noether symmetry, Lie symmetry, and form invariance for super-long elastic slender rod systems. Criterion and structure equations of the symmetries after disturbance are proposed. Considering perturbation of all infinitesimal generators, three types of adiabatic invariants induced by perturbation of symmetries for the system are obtained.
