Analysis of Algebraic Immunity for Balanced Boolean Function On 4-Variable

Abstract: Algebraic immunity and balancedness have been widely investigated as important cryptographic properties . Boolean functions with high algebraic immunity can resist algebraic attacks. So, Boolean functions which achieve maximum algebraic immunity and balancedness are our research objects. In this paper, we present a method to study the algebraic immunity of balanced Boolean functions on 4-variable from the rank of matrix, and indicate that all 4-variable balanced Boolean functions with algebraic degree not less than 2 have maximum algebraic immunity. Finally, we introduce two classes balanced functions on even variables which don't achieve maximum algebraic immunity.
A New Algorithm of Mobile Node Localization Based on RSSI  [PDF]

Abstract: Position mobile node coordinate is a key component to determine the accuracy and efficiency of positioning in wireless sensor networks. Flexible location algorithm admits to adjust the accuracy and time cost of positioning based on the users references. This paper develops a location algorithm named Signal Strengthening Dynamic Value (SSDV) based on the database of RSSI to position the mobile node in terms of the value of beacon nodes RSSI. The proposed algorithm has successfully improved the accuracy of mobile nodes positioning and real-time, and simulation results show high performance in effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: Mobile WiMAX is a wireless networking system based on the IEEE 802.16e standard. In order to support mobile, some kinds of handover schemes must be adopted, and the hard handover is defined as mandatory. Since the data transmission should be paused during the hard handover process, it causes handover delay in mobile communication. The handover delay makes severe degradation in system performance when implemented in real-time applications such as IPTV and VoIP. The existing draft standard considers only the received signal strength when deciding handover initiation. However, the velocity factor also has an important influence on handover initiation and can not be neglected. To deal with these problems, this article proposes a velocity-adaptive handover scheme. This scheme adopts dynamic handover threshold according to different velocity to skip some unnecessary handover stages, reduces handover delay and enhances the network resource utilization. The simulation result and performance analysis validate the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

Abstract: This paper deals with the design of an intelligent access control system based on the fingerprint sensor FPC- 1011C. The design uses the S3C2410 and TMS320VC5510A as the system processor. A fingerprint acquisition module and a wireless alarm module were designed by using the fingerprint sensor FPC1011C and GPRS module SIM100 respectively. The whole system was implemented wireless alarm through messages and GPRS-Internet in the GSM/GPRS web. In order to achieve the simple and high Real-time system, the μC-Linux system migration was also implemented.
Optimal Deployment with Self-Healing Movement Algo-rithm for Particular Region in Wireless Sensor Network  [PDF]

Abstract: Optimizing deployment of sensors with self-healing ability is an efficient way to solve the problems of cov-erage, connectivity and the dead nodes in WSNs. This work discusses the particular relationship between the monitoring range and the communication range, and proposes an optimal deployment with self-healing movement algorithm for closed or semi-closed area with irregular shape, which can not only satisfy both coverage and connectivity by using as few nodes as possible, but also compensate the failure of nodes by mobility in WSNs. We compute the maximum efficient range of several neighbor sensors based on the dif-ferent relationships between monitoring range and communication range with consideration of the complex boundary or obstacles in the region, and combine it with the Euclidean Minimum Spanning Tree (EMST) algorithm to ensure the coverage and communication of Region of Interest (ROI). Besides, we calculate the location of dead nodes by Geometry Algorithm, and move the higher priority nodes to replace them by an-other Improved Virtual Force Algorithm (IVFA). Eventually, simulation results based-on MATLAB are presented, which do show that this optimal deployment with self-healing movement algorithm can ensure the coverage and communication of an entire region by requiring the least number of nodes and effectively compensate the loss of the networks.
A Tabu Search Algorithm for Fast Restoration of Large Area Breakdown in Distribution Systems  [PDF]

Abstract: To restore the distribution systems in emergency states with the minimum load shedding, a novel Tabu search approach is put forward. The set of tripped switches is used as candidate solution. Some virtual tripped nodes are defined at the ends of the terminal nodes and by the source nodes. The neighborhood searching is committed by moving a tripped switch to the adjacent node of its upper stream and down stream, respectively. A Tabu list is formed for the tripped switches. The index is to energize as much as possible loads with as less as possible operated times. The electrical limitations and the voltage criterions are used as constrictions. The global aspiration criterion is adopted. An example is given, which shows that the proposed approach is feasible and can deal with complicated indexes.
Radiation Induced TLR-8 Expression and TGF-β/TNF-α Production in BV2 Microglial Cells

Abstract: Objective: To observe the radiation-induced TLR-8 mRNA expression and production of proinflammatory cytokines in BV2 microglial cells.Methods: TLR-8 mRNA expression and distribution in BV-2 cells was analyzed by fluorescent quantitative PCR and flow measurement at different time point (1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h) after a single 16 Gy dose of radiation, or at 24 h after various doses of radiation (2, 5, 10, 16, 20, 30 and 40 Gy).. ELISA was used to determinate the concentration of TNF-α and TGF-β in the supernatant of BV-2 cells.Results: The expression of TLR-8 mRNA in BV2 microglia cells was 0.000639 ± 0.00016, with 41.98% in the membrane and 32.08% in the cell. After 16 Gy radiation, the TLR-8 mRNA expression increased at 1h after radiation, with peak at 24 h. TLR-8 mRNA increased after 2 Gy radiation, and the value increased to top at 16 Gy. There was a steady increase in the concentration of TGF-β in the supernatant of BV2 microglial cells 48 h later. A slight effect on TNF-α was also found.Conclusion: The data suggests that TLR-8-induced activation of microglia and the release of TGF-β might be responsible for brain injury induced by radiation
Multi-view Face Analysis Based on Gabor Features

Abstract: Facial analysis has attracted much attention in the technology for human-machine interface. Different methods of classification based on sparse representation and Gabor kernels have been widely applied in the fields of facial analysis. However, most of these methods treat face from a whole view standpoint. In terms of the importance of different facial views, in this paper, we present multi-view face analysis based on sparse representation and Gabor wavelet coefficients. To evaluate the performance, we conduct face analysis experiments including face recognition (FR) and face expression recognition (FER) on JAFFE database. Experiments are conducted from two parts: (1) Face images are divided into three facial parts which are forehead, eye and mouth. (2) Face images are divided into 8 parts by the orientation of Gabor kernels. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed methods can significantly boost the performance and perform better than the other methods.
The Syntax-Semantics-Prosody Interface in Legislative Language  [PDF]

Abstract: Though Chinese and English legislative language share similarities in certain aspects, they contrast most sharply in their syntactic structures and representations, owing to a number of social, cultural and typological factors. Traditional works have directed most of their attention to the lexicon, i.e. the collection of technical terms which are indispensable to the working of law, and the analysis of idiosyncrasies of those terms. Not much effort, if any, has been at present devoted to the study of the syntactic properties of legislative language and the way syntactic computation interfaces with semantic layer, which, the author believes, play a more determinate role in the constructing and interpreting of legislative clauses. This paper first attempts to examine the syntax-semantics interface in Chinese and English legal clauses from the levels of recursion, locality of reference and the general principle of economy respectively, and then tries to study how the position and stress of a word affect the syntax-prosody interface and the information flow. In the end, it concludes that syntax is responsible for base meaning and while prosody highlights a part or parts of that meaning.

This paper analyzes the current status of financial support under the condition of economic transformation, puts forward the financial support measures for the development of Chinas economic transformation and lays a good foundation for building a good folk financial market environment.
