Temperature and Flow Rate Control of Diffusing Chamber  [PDF]

Abstract: The temperature and flow rate control of diffusing chamber is one of the key technologies in the production of poly-crystal silicon thin film. As there exist some modeling uncertainties and errors in the actual system, it is difficult to guarantee the chamber variable temperature conditions and the flow rate of diffusion gas being controlled within its targeted range in the rapid thermal processing (RTP). In this paper, the control applies the programmable logic controller (PLC) to configure control hardware system, proposes expert proportional integral derivative (PID) control method to regulate the gas flow rate and H∞ control strategy to attenuate chamber modeling uncertainties and disturbances, respectively, to steer the chamber rapid variable temperature very close to the expected product temperatures. Furthermore, it designs human-machine integrated user control interface (HMI) and achieves rapid and accurately control performances for user operating production. The designed control system are simulated and tested in the application, which demonstrates that the control method has strong robustness when the modeling uncertainties, errors, parameters perturbation and disturbances, the temperature and flow rate meet the requirements of precisely trajectory following.

Abstract: In this paper, the nonlinear internal inertial gravity wave equation is derived by the analysis method of phase plane and is solved by integration method. The results showed that this nonlinear equation not only has ordinary soli-tary wave solution but also has another extra-ordinary solutions, and the form of solution is related to stratification stability, wave velocity and direction of wave motion.

Abstract: This study aimed at gaining an in-depth knowledge of cultural conflicts between Han and Tibetan teachers, between teachers and students in Tibetan Autonomous Region, then discussed and analyzed the reasons for that, and finally attempted to solve the issue by establishing culture-oriented teacher education system. This study chose Dazi Junior Middle School as the case empirical study. Data for this study were gathered through interviews, participant observations, questionnaire surveys and document analysis, to analyze the cultural conflicts and its reasons. Findings suggest that teachers are “professionals” as well as “cultural workers”, also teacher cultural buildings and works. The mission of teacher education is to preserve and establish the ecology of the cultural development of teachers to promote teacher’s self-development in the interaction of self-being and self-making culture. Therefore, Teacher education system based on multi culture in ethnic minority regions should be established to realize multi-cultural harmonious symbiosis.

Abstract: p300/CBP are versatile transcriptional coactivators that participate in many physiological processes, including cell cycle control, differentiation and apoptosis. p300/CBP possess histone acetyltransferase (HAT) activity and they are involved in transcriptional regulation by acetylating histone and nonhistone proteins. Moreover, they act as protein bridges connecting specific transcription factors to the basal transcription machinery and provide a scaffold to integrate multiple transcription cofactors. Several studies suggest that p300/CBP may serve as tumor suppressors since mutations or translocations in p300/Cbp genes have been observed in a number of cancers. Furthermore, in many neurodegenerative diseases, inhibition of p300/CBP function may be one of the underlying causes of cytotoxicity. Several studies have demonstrated that p300/CBP are implicated in the regulation of many interleukin genes. This review focuses on the structures and functions of p300/CBP and their roles in the regulation of interleukin genes based on the work performed in our laboratory.

Abstract: To satisfy the reliability of real-time wireless multimedia multicast services, the existing erasure error correction schemes usually assume that the packet size in transmissions is fixed. However, recent studies have shown that Variable Packet Size (VPS) can deeply influence the performance of unicast wireless services. Accordingly, using a delay-limited general architecture of EEC for real-time wireless multicast, this paper proposes an Adaptive Hybrid Error Correction (AHEC) scheme with VPS. Comparing with the AHEC schemes with fixed packet size, the analysis results show that the AHEC with VPS scheme can improve the throughput by about 10% in some cases.

Abstract: Real-time applications usually not only have a certain Packet Loss Ratio (PLR) requirement but also can have strict delay constraints. In the past, we proposed a Hybrid Error Correction (HEC) scheme with Packet Repetition (PR) technique for guaranteeing a certain PLR requirement under strict delay constraints. Unfortunately, the HEC-PR scheme can only work efficiently in multicast scenarios with small group size and small link PLR. Our further studies show that better performance can be obtained by combining the HEC-PR scheme with other traditional HEC schemes such as Type I HARQ and Type II HARQ techniques. Based on this idea, in this paper, a novel Adaptive HEC (AHEC) scheme combining the HEC-PR scheme with Type I and Type II HARQ techniques is proposed to satisfy a certain PLR requirement for delay bounded multicast services. Furthermore, the performance of the AHEC scheme is optimized by choosing the scheme with the least needed redundancy information automatically among the three HEC schemes. Finally, by applying the AHEC scheme in a typical wireless DVB scenario, we analyze the performances of the AHEC scheme and compare it with the HEC-PR scheme and an Adaptive Forward Error Correction (AFEC) scheme. The results show that the proposed AHEC scheme outperforms both the AFEC scheme and the HEC-PR scheme.

Abstract: The state reconstruction problem is addressed for complex dynamical networks coupled with states and outputs respectively, in a noisy transmission channel. By using Lyapunov stability theory and H performance, two schemes of state reconstruction are proposed for the complex dynamical networks with the nodes coupled by states and outputs respectively, and the estimation errors are convergent to zeros with H performance index. A numerical simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed observers.

Abstract: The paper researched and analyzed the characteristics, deficiencies and reasons of a management system of a software enterprise project to design a software project management system based on CMMI 1.2, thus helping the enterprise to improve development and management efficiency of software project and reduce the risks and costs on project devel- opment. It studied CMMI model version 1.3 which is recently released by SEI, analyzed its characteristics and told the difference between version 1.2 and version 1.3. In addition, an improvement proposal and a solution of the software project management system were given from multiple perspectives.
