Costa, Gilvan Luiz Machado;
Perspectivas em Ciência da Informa??o , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S1413-99362008000100010
Abstract: this study investigates indications of changes in teaching practices and development in a public school where math teachers, together with an external agent, have formed a collaborative group aiming at introducing communication and information technologies in the pedagogical practice. learning in a collaborative context is approached and involved participating teachers who were interviewed after being observed during their teaching practice in the classroom and during the group meetings. the study shows that the combination between collaborative work, reflections about their own teaching practice and use of communication and information technologies as teaching tools can decisively contribute for students? learning and teachers? professional development, as well as for the generation of a new teaching culture.
This article analyzes the relation between reason and violence, in the light of Jürgen Habermas’s work. It seeks to rescue perspectives of emancipation inherent in modern rationality, as over against a conception that regards reason solely as domination and violence.
Filosofia do direito e teoria jurídica em habermas: implica es reconstrutivas para uma teoria da sociedade = Philosophy of law and legal theory in Habermas: reconstructive implications for a theory of society
Hansen, Gilvan Luiz,Hamel, Marcio Renan
Veritas , 2011,
This text examines the distinction and relation between legal philosophy and legal theory in the book Law and Democracy by Jürgen Habermas. To that end, I seek at first to reflect on the concepts of law sociology and philosophy of justice from the dialogue that opposes Habermas to Dworkin and Rawls, on the philosophical basis of equality and distribution. Subsequently, we analyse the arguments about the social integrative function of law that Habermas develops from the works of Parsons and Weber, in order to see what Habermas meant by integrative function of law as well as the contribution of that category for a reconstructive theory of the society. The conclusion points to the link between his philosophy of right to a sociological theory, when, through the concept of communicative reason, he eschews metaphysical discussions of the absolute and seeks to develop a concept of society capable of resisting the dimensions of the life world and system.

Desenvolvimento Docente. Trabalho Colaborativo. Problemata : International Journal of Philosophy , 2012, DOI: 10.7443/problemata.v3i2.14956
Abstract: Past fifty years of the work “Structural change in the public sphere” by Habermas, his work still arouses interest and continues current. This work presents in its context a brief history of the formation of Brazilian public sphere, showing some of its contrasts and challenges with emphasis on ethical and discursive means for solving conflicts. Emphasizes mediation as an instrument of recovery of citizenship for the formation of the public sphere. Finally, it discusses how the public sphere is realized under the Brazilian university. The public University, a space for human formation by excellence, has been going through major changes in recent times. Apart from realizing the challenge to attend a increasingly complex society, it has undergone profound structural changes with the implementation of expansion projects designed without proper debate discursive, like the REUNI. Urge that society critically and actively monitor this process to ensure the maintenance of quality of education and its relevance as a public space and democratic.

Abstract:

Repeat blocks, microsatellites or simple sequence repeats (SSRs) can produce good co-dominant molecular markers for genetic diversity analysis and the determination of self-pollination rates in progenies originating from open pollination of selected genotypes. The enrichment of guarana genomic libraries was underway when it was confirmed that we are working with a complex polyploid species with 210 chromosomes. The probes (CA)12, (CT)12 and (TC)14 were used to finish the enrichment of four libraries for repeat blocks and the screening of a databank of expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from guarana seeded-fruits was accomplished as well. Fifteen clonal cultivars were genotyped with three replicas at 10 out of 27 identified loci using the 59 alleles that passed the reproducibility criterion. A large number of short repeat blocks were identified and this was considered to be a consequence of the recent polyploidization event. However, blocks with eight or more repeats ideal for genotyping were scarce. Annealing of most probes to short blocks by partial complementarity could explain the scarcity of longer blocks in genomic libraries but cannot explain why they were rare in the ESTs. Due to the complexity of the genotypes, alleles were treated as dominant traits. ESTs harboring repeat blocks had the functional annotation renewed. Locus GRN07 is inserted in a homologue of the MOTHER OF FLOWERING LOCUS T AND TFL1 (MFT), in which 3’-UTR displays clear post-transcriptional regulatory features. MFT and its variants are probably involved in the determination of seed germination and embryo growth characteristics. Other accessed loci can be involved in plant architecture and defense reactions. It was concluded that the
