Abstract: 摘要 尖牙阻生是口腔中常见的牙齿发育障碍之一,其病因和发病机制尚未明确,治疗选择多样。本文通过查阅尖牙阻生相关文献,介绍了尖牙阻生的病因、对口颌系统的危害、诊断及治疗方法,以期在临床中对阻生尖牙的诊断及治疗提供参考。尖牙阻生病因与硬组织障碍、局部病理性因素、发育因素、遗传因素等有关;全颌曲面断层片及锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)是必要的诊断手段;治疗以正畸牵引导萌为主要方法,早期检查和治疗有助于口颌系统的稳定平衡及邻牙的健康

Abstract: 摘要 目的:研究位点保存术对正畸拔牙间隙关闭过程中出现牙龈折痕的影响,以评价该技术在临床应用的可行性。方法:选择对称性拔除双侧第一前磨牙的正畸病例3例,6对牙齿,采用自身左右对照。随机选取一侧进行位点保存,另一侧拔牙后进行常规处理,作为对照,术后6周开始正畸治疗。选用牙周探针进行测量,对比两组牙龈折痕的发生情况。结果:对照组上颌1例患者,下颌所有患者中均出现牙龈折痕,实验组观察到牙龈折痕的出现。结论:位点保存术能够对抗拔牙窝的萎缩,有效的预防牙龈折痕的发生

Abstract: 摘要 目的: 探讨正畸拔牙矫治病例出现牙龈折痕原因,为临床预防牙龈折痕的发生提供依据。方法: 在拔除前磨牙进行固定矫治的错牙合畸形患者中,筛查出发生的牙龈折痕病例87例,选择其中一侧出现牙龈折痕,另一侧未出现的病例65例,将出现牙龈折痕的一侧作为实验侧,未出现牙龈折痕的一侧作为对照侧,通过CBCT测量分析,比较两侧牙槽骨宽度、高度及骨密度的变化与出现牙龈折痕的相关性。结果: 牙龈折痕多发生在下颌,牙周探针牙龈折痕深度下颌均大于上颌。牙龈折痕侧牙槽骨宽度减小、高度降低以及密度减小均明显大于对照组,两组数据统计结果有显著性差(P<0.05)。结论: 正畸拔牙矫治病例中牙龈折痕的出现与牙槽骨宽度、高度及骨密度的变化具有相关性,拔牙间隙关闭过程中牙槽骨吸收,对软组织支持的丧失,可能是出现牙龈折痕的解剖学因素

Effect of gap width on enhanced magnetic optical fields in metallic split ring resonators

Abstract: We analyze the U-shaped metallic split-ring resonators (SRRs) aimed at creating highly confined and enhanced magnetic field in the near-infrared frequency range. At the magnetic resonance, the induced circulating current of the SRRs could lead to a strong enhancement of the surrounding magnetic field. Such a magnetic field enhancement is found to be dominated by the gap width between two SRR arms. By decreasing the gap width to 10 nm, the SRR is predicted to have a 3790-fold enhancement of the magnetic field at the resonance wavelength of 1340 nm.

Abstract: In this paper, the randomly site-diluted (quenched case) spinone Ising model on a honeycomb lattice is investigated under the constraint exp(K)cosh(J) = 1. Abstract: A templating method for fabricating two-dimensional (2D) arrays of micron-sized gold rings is reported. The microstructures are formed by electroless plating in a through-porous polymer membrane on a silicon substrate obtained from a closed-packed silica colloidal crystal. Our results show that the sizes of gold rings can be altered by varying electroless plating conditions for the porous polystyrene membranes. Moreover, we explain the growth mechanism of gold rings using the classical crystal growth theory that is preferential nucleation at reentrant sites
