Open Access Library Journal (OALib Journal) , 2020, DOI: 10.4236/oalib.1106041
Abstract:
A phenocopy is defined as a clinical non-inherited phenotype in an indi-vidual, with environmental induction, which is identical to the genetically determined phenotype of another. Until February 2017, the IUIS (Interna-tional Union of Immunological Societies) reported in its classification 354 innate immunity errors and a final group (classification table IX) with con-ditions that are not part of the innate alterations and are called phenocopies. These are classified into two types, the associated with somatic mutations and those associated with auto-antibodies. The phenotypes that occur by any of the mechanisms mentioned are complex and varied. It is necessary to know the clinical manifestations of the pathologies classified in this group to enrich the possible differential diagnoses in individuals with suspected immunodeficiency.

Abstract:
Introduction: Primary immunodeficiencies are a spectrum of diseases that encompasses alteration of the innate and adaptive immune response. Isolated lymphocytopenia may be a manifestation of primary immunodeficiency, which is rarely considered as a diagnostic option by non-immunological physicians. Objectives: To conduct a brief review of the primary immunodeficiencies that are most frequently associated with lymphocytopenia in order to provide a resource that will help non-immunological clinicians to recognize and appropriately refer to these cases. Materials and Methods: Review of the literature with scientific articles indexed in English and Spanish. We consulted Pubmed database with the keywords: primary immunodeficiencies and severe combined immu-nodeficiencies. The limit of time was 5 years and only review papers. Re-sults: The search in the database results in 68 papers and we analyzed 35 articles because the objective of the review was Severe Combined Immu-nodeficiencies. Discussion: Persistent lymphopenia (usually <2500 xmm3) detected in blood cell cytometry that accompanies severe, recurrent infec-tions, autoimmune manifestations, atopy and cancer may suggest severe combined immunodeficiency. Causes of secondary immunodeficiency such as HIV should be ruled out. Conclusions: Persistent lymphopenia can be associated with severe combined immunodeficiency. The study should be extended in these cases by a specialist or refer the patient to a referral center for a complete evaluation.
Migration Strategies in Urban Contexts: Labor Migration from Mexico City to the United States
Fernando Lozano Ascencio
Migraciones internacionales , 2004,

Selective sandstone deterioration in the cathedrals of Salamanca, Textural anisotropy as a cause
Martín Patino, María Teresa,Madruga, Fernando,Saavedra, Julio
Materiales de Construccion , 1994,
Abstract: Textural sandstone anisotropy is related to the selective deterioration of such stone in buildings. The samples studied come from the Cathedrals of Salamanca. Stone fragments, cut in different directions with regard to the base supporting the ashlars in the wall, are studied by means of a binocular magnifying glass and the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). This shows that the sandstone microfabric has a granular and a laminar microtexture, which correspond to different directions in the plane in question as regards the position of the ashlar. Either of these circumstances coincides with the stone surface on the outside of the building and affect its surface deterioration in a different way. The SEM images of deteriorated stone were compared with those of unaffected stone, with both types coming from differently orientated cuts as regards the position of the ashlar. In conclusion, the position given to the block of stone in the building is of importance for the preservation of the stone. The speed of ultrasound transmission measured in samples from commercial quarries confirms the textural sandstone anisotropy to a greater or lesser extent.

This article examines recent trends in qualified migration in Latin America and the Caribbean and analyzes the link between the migration of qualified human resources and human development in the migrants' country of origin. Using a pluralistic theoretical perspective, with information drawn from the Human Development 2009, it provides evidence showing that the interaction between qualified migration and human development is heterogeneous, socially differentiated and complex. Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Pecuarias , 2008,
Abstract: the industry for the production and marketing of beef made profound changes in the last decade is looking to adapt the demands of the two largest consumer markets: competitiveness and quality of product. in part these changes were a consequence of health problems occurring in some countries, which generated significant changes in the size of the allocated quota to countries traditionally supplying the international market which have as their main challenge to maintain/increase the quota market gained due to the strong pressure by competing countries. in spite of health criteria and customs play an important role in determining the international marketing of beef the countries that have the largest volumes of trade that have competitive advantages (scale of production, abundance of land and work cheap, production systems in grazing with a strong investment in research and technology transfer) in their production systems that allow to market beef at low prices. however, the price is no longer the sole criterion considered in the international marketing of meat. today consumers choose the products thinking on food safety, quality standards, the uniformity of the product and the environmental impact resulting from the generation of products. thus the great challenge in the short term is to make sure the meat to be bought not to be sold, incorporating all the features in this sale inherent in the system of production. therefore the search for more favorable markets need to identify, understand and manipulate clearly the critical points of control, mainly in marketing, considered the end of the production chain.
