Spatial Differentiation of Urban Housing Prices in Guangdong Province and Its Influencing Factors  [PDF]

Abstract: In the context of the central government’s policies on housing prices themed on adjust measures to local conditions and classifying macro-control, it is of great significance to study the convergence and the differences of housing prices. Taking the urban area of Guangdong province as an economic unit, this paper explores the spatial heterogeneity of housing price in Guangdong Province during 1995-2014 and the spatial heterogeneity of its impact factors by means of ESDA and GWR models. The study found that the spatial structure of housing prices in the region shows a certain circle structure, while the housing prices in the Pearl River Delta region are relatively high, there is a big difference in housing prices between Zhongshan, Huizhou and other cities. In most of the cities in eastern, western and northern Guangdong, the price of housing is low, which is extremely different from the price of housing of cities in the Pearl River Delta, there is also a huge difference between the housing price of Shantou and that of its surrounding cities. The influencing factors of housing prices in different cities show a localized characteristic of unbalanced linkage. The difference between the impact of GDP per capita and the floor space of buildings completed on housing prices is the largest in the two time sections. In the middle and late time of the real estate development, the relevancy degree between housing prices and GDP per capita is no longer obvious, and is more affected by the urbanization rate and population migration, especially in western Guangdong. The completion of housing area and loan balance has the greatest sensitivity to urban housing prices in western Guangdong. The former has the least sensitivity to the Pearl River Delta region. The latter has the least sensitivity to housing price in eastern Guangdong Province. The amount of the investment in real estate development has the greatest sensitivity to Meizhou, Chaozhou, Shantou and Jieyang prices produced the largest inhibition effect, the inhibition effect of the western part of the smallest. Abstract: We first introduce the calculus of Peng's G-Brownian motion on a sublinear expectation space $(\Omega, {\cal H}, \hat{\mathbb{E}})$. Then we investigate the exponential stability of paths for a class of stochastic differential equations disturbed by a G-Brownian motion in the sense of quasi surely (q.s.). The analyses consist in G-Lyapunov function and some special inequalities. Various sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the stability of strong solutions. In particular, by means of our results we generalize the one in the classical stochastic differential equations. Finally, an illustrative example is given.

Abstract: By the calculus of Peng's G-sublinear expectation and G-Brownian motion on a sublinear expectation space $(\Omega, {\cal H}, \hat{\mathbb{E}})$, we first set up an optimality principle of stochastic control problem. Then we investigate an optimal consumption and portfolio decision with a volatility ambiguity by the derived verification theorem. Next the two-fund separation theorem is explicitly obtained. And an illustrative example is provided.

Abstract: Utilizing the Clarkson-Kruskal direct method, the symmetry of the (2 + 1)-dimensional dispersive long wave equation is derived. From which, through solving the characteristic equations, four types of the explicit reduction solutions that related the hyperbolic tangent function are obtained. Finally, several soliton excitations are depicted from one of the solutions.
Statistical Inference in Generalized Linear Mixed Models by Joint Modelling Mean and Covariance of Non-Normal Random Effects  [PDF]

Generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) are typically constructed by incorporating random effects into the linear predictor. The random effects are usually assumed to be normally distributed with mean zero and variance-covariance identity matrix. In this paper, we propose to release random effects to non-normal distributions and discuss how to model the mean and covariance structures in GLMMs simultaneously. Parameter estimation is solved by using Quasi-Monte Carlo (QMC) method through iterative Newton-Raphson (NR) algorithm very well in terms of accuracy and stabilization, which is demonstrated by real binary salamander mating data analysis and simulation studies.

Research on Evolution of Chinese Telecom Industry System Based on Dissipative Structure Theory

Abstract: In this paper, the self-organization evolution mechanism of the telecom industry which is regarded as a complex system is studied based on dissipative structure theory by taking into account the telecom industry's characteristic and practical problems . First, hte characteristic of the dissipative structure of the telecom industry system is proposed through qualitative analysis. Second, the Brusselator model of the telecom industry system is built, and the dynamic condition needed for the telecom industry system to evolve into a dissipative structure is summarized by quantitative analysis of teh evolution equation. Finally, the self-organization evolution mechanism of the telecom industry system is illustrated withe the China telecom industry. Different from traditional qualitative analysis, the dynamic and quantitative method adopted by this study gives a deep insight for the evolution mechanism of the telecom industry's system,and guides the telecom market towards rational development.

Abstract: Telecom industry system is a complex self-organizing system, the basic process of the evolution and development is studied based on hypercycle theory in this study. First of all, the reaction cycle model, the crosscatalytic cycle model and hyper cycle model of the telecom industry system are constructed. Then the hypercycle evolution is analyzed. It’s concluded that: through the cross-catalytic cycle of competing and cooperating among subsystems, the industry’s hypercycle chain is continuously expanded and the telecom industry system shows the evolution and path from disorder to order.

Abstract: This paper expounds the basic principle of simulated annealing algorithm which was applied to solve the function optimization problem and the algorithm realization process by using MATLAB language. Through the improvement algorithm results show that the method is able to function for global optimization, effectively overcome the based on the derivative of the optimization algorithm easy to fall into local optimum problems. This method not only can deepen the understanding of the simulated annealing process, but also can achieve the purpose of design intelligent system.
