Os sentidos do cooperativismo de trabalho: as cooperativas de m?o-de-obra à luz da vivência dos trabalhadores

Abstract: this article, synthesis of a research presented as doctoral thesis, discusses the senses produced about the cooperativism taken from observations and the descriptions from workers about their living experiences on work relations present in their cooperatives and tries to build a psychosocial critic concerning manpower cooperatives. it is based on observations, informal talks and 14 semi-structured interviews with cooperators from various cooperatives. the most important elements of differentiation in the interviews are: different ways of participation in different cooperatives; cooperative management and work management relationship. it concludes that the sense of cooperativism from the industrial and popular cooperatives that were studied is marked by self-management dilemmas, while, at manpower cooperatives, it is marked by precarious conditions of work in relation to the traditional employment contract.

Abstract: work accidents (wa) are outcomes of the ways societies produce the conditions for their existence and become social objects by means of theoretical-practical constructions. conceptions based on personal or psychological factors have been presented to blame workers for wa. we have investigated these conceptions in the workers' discursive practices in an attempt to identify interpretative repertoires and their rhetoric and argumentative features. we conducted a case study at a metallurgic company. it was based on observations, informal conversations, evaluations of document, and interviews involving twenty workers. a pervasive presence of the heinrich's dominoes theory was observed in the patterns of understanding wa, and the predominance of explanations for unsafe acts supported by naturalization of risks and by institutionalized transmission practices. nevertheless, the discursive construction of the wa occurs in a dilemmatic way. we found contradictions among the different interpretative repertoires, as well as the presence of denaturalizing events; both of them produce semantic ruptures and manifestations of resistance. thus, this research revealed polyssemic and rhetoric features of the discursive practices that attribute meanings to wa.

Abstract: Gamma uranium-molybdenum alloys have been considered as the fuel phase in plate type fuel elements for material and test reactors (MTR), due to their acceptable performance under irradiation. Regarding their usage as a dispersion phase in aluminum matrix, it is necessary to convert the as cast structure into powder, and one of the techniques considered for this purpose is the hydration-dehydration (HDH). This paper shows that, under specific conditions of heating and cooling, γ-UMo fragmentation occurs in a non-reactive predominant mechanism, as shown by the curves of hydrogen absorption/desorption as a function of time and temperature. Our focus was on the experimental results presented by the addition of 8% weight molybdenum. Following the production by induction melting, samples of the alloys were thermally treated under a constant flow of hydrogen for temperatures varying from 500°C to 600°C and for times of 0.5 to 4 h. It was observed that, even without a massive hydration-dehydration process, the alloys fragmented under specific conditions of thermal treatment during the thermal shock phase of the experiments. Also, it was observed that there was a relation between absorption and the rate of gamma decomposition or the gamma phase stability of the alloy.

Abstract: this work discusses the origin of common bean, phaseolus vulgaris l. modern and archaeological samples were genetically analyzed, using sequences of phaseolin (phs). the archaeological sample was found in a cave in northern minas gerais state. our results showed that this sample is close to those found in northern south america and mexico, indicating cultural influences in the past, between those regions and minas gerais. besides, there must have been a single domestication event, probably between northern south america and mexico.

Abstract: Este artigo discute a educa o em sua rela o com o Estado neoliberal brasileiro. Como institui o financiada e/ou regulada pelo Estado, a educa o institucionalizada tem atendido a propostas e finalidades específicas de grupos restritos, de caráter mercadológico, direcionadas no campo estrutural, definido principalmente pelas escolas. Nestes espa os, a educa o exercida pelos agentes da educa o (formuladores de políticas públicas, professores, estudantes, comunidades em geral), promove um ensino que estimula a reprodu o das tradicionais regras sociais, mas também atua como válvula para pensar e questionar as desigualdades impostas por tais regras.This article discusses education in its relation to the neoliberal state in Brazil. As an institution funded and/or regulated by the state, institutionalized education has responded to specific merchandising targeted proposals and purposes by limited groups, oriented in the structural field defined primarily by schools. In these spaces, education pursued by agents of education (policy makers, teachers, students, communities in general), promotes an education that encourages the reproduction of traditional social rules, but also acts as a valve to think and question the inequalities imposed by such rules.

Abstract: In a period of growth and aggravation of the aboriginal people claim, in Latin America, which culminated in the election of Evo Morales to the presidency of Bolivia, the thought of the Pperuvian intellectual José Carlos Mariátegui (1895-1930) became important to understand the historical and political processes, as well as the contradictions that involve the development of the Latin American societies. Tthe objective, in this article, is to analyze the Mariátegui’s thought related to the natives’ history role, in general, and to the Iinca people, in particular, in Latin American political context. Em um período de recrudescimento das lutas dos povos indígenas na América Latina, que culminou com a elei o do líder aymará Evo Morales à presidência da Bolívia, o pensamento do intelectual peruano José Carlos Mariátegui (1895-1930) tornou-se uma referência obrigatória à compreens o dos processos históricos e políticos e das contradi es que envolvem o desenvolvimento das sociedades latino- americanas. Nneste artigo, o objetivo é analisar as linhas gerais do pensamento mariateguiano em rela o à sua interpreta o do papel histórico dos povos originários, em geral, e do incaico, em particular, na arena política latino-americana.

Abstract: O objetivo deste artigo é promover uma discuss o entre filosofia, cinema e ensino. Um texto (primeira se o da primeira parte de “Ser e Tempo”), com um tema filosófico (ontologia) e um filósofo (Martin Heidegger), foram escolhidos para compor a estrutura do trabalho, junto com o filme “Waking Life” (de Richard linklater), em uma turma com estudantes de filosofia do ensino médio. Outro texto,espelhado em alguns dos conceitos fundamentais da obra de Heidegger foi elaborado para constituir a pe a principal da reflex o textual filosófica em sala de aula. O texto foi distribuído e posteriormente lido e discutido com os estudantes, em seis aulas, cada uma com cinquenta minutos. Depois do texto, três cenas do filme foram exibidas, uma vez de forma ininterrupta e uma outra de forma pausada, em duas aulas, com a discuss o entre a linguagem e os temas das cenas do filme com a linguagem textual filosófica. Por fim, em mais uma aula, uma produ o escrita que respondesse a um questionário sobre o exercício realizado foi feita pelos estudantes para a finaliza o do trabalho.
