O percurso teórico e empírico do GT Trabalho e Educa??o: uma análise para debate

Abstract: work elaborated with the objective to give continuation to the periodic inventory, in the form of "state of knowledge", of the scientific production of the gt, from the works selected and argued for the group in the annual meetings of the anped, of 1996 the 2001, retrieving the guideline of thematic presented in similar inventories, carried through of 1987 the 2000. from the theoretical and metodological point of view, the gt is oriented by the historical materialism, it also contemplates the discussion of other theoretical lines and has as commitment the transformation of the exploration forms and degradation of the human being. from the contents point of view, the most recurrent subjects are the following ones: work and education - theory and history; work and basic education; professionalization and work; education of the worker in the context of the social relations of production; and work and education in the social movements.

Abstract: in this paper, we resume the main aspects of a previous paper that aimed at continuing the report of work and education gt's scientific production, from the papers selected and discussed by the group at anped's annual meetings (1996 to 2001), resuming the agenda of issues presented in similar reports, analyzing the production from 2002 to 2007. from the theoretical and methodological point of view, gt is guided by the historic materialism, also contemplating the discussion of other theoretical lines and it is committed to the transformation of exploration and belittling forms of the human being. from the point of view of the contents, the most present recurrent issues are as follows: work and education - theory and history; work and basic education; work and education within social movements; worker education in the social relations of production; and enhancement of skills and work which are constituted within the main issue of the most recent period analyzed in this text.

Abstract: we develop an analysis of the notion of mental representation, in the domain of visual perception, from a cognitive science perspective. emphasis is given on a connectionist view, according to which mental representations are emergent properties of the interaction between brain-like systems and structured light in the environment. we suggest that such a notion of mental representation indicates a way out of an ancient dispute between representationalism and eliminativism regarding the existence of mental representation in the human perceptual system.

Abstract: O presente trabalho está baseado numa sinopse de uma experiência vivenciada durante o estágio quatro, realizado no curso de Servi o Social. A experiência vivenciada resultou num Trabalho de Conclus o de Curso quando se descreveu e analisou a assessoria como uma das possibilidades de trabalho do Servi o Social junto às express es da quest o social. Neste trabalho, haverá um relato de uma das atividades de assessorias realizadas durante o estágio, a uma prefeitura municipal da regi o que desenvolve o Programa de Erradica o do Trabalho Infantil – PETI. A assessoria, na atualidade, pode ser utilizada como mais uma das formas de inser o do Servi o Social no mercado de trabalho. Abstract: this paper is based on vygotsky's ideas about the importance of social interaction and art on human development: it is inferred that cognitive dimension and affectivity are involved. discusses the performance of theatrical activities at school as an educational practice that motivates learning, social interaction and subject's personal expression. the theater is an artistic form that privileges the use of language and promotes the development of imagination and generalizing thought. as a collective activity, the theater promotes a special form of interaction and cooperation between subjects. the theater motivates the students for learning and allows them to build their own knowledge. one understands that is possible to promote student's learning and development through theatrical activity and language.
