Creative Education (CE) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2013.49084

This research aims to examine teachers’ general cynicism inclinations in respect to some variables and life satisfaction level and the relevance of these inclinations with gender, relationship status and membership of a union. Research is carried out using relational inquiry module and the study group of it constituted of 395 primary school teachers who are working in Ankara during academic year of 2012-2013 and selected with the help of modeling of inordinate set. The data are collected with “The Scale of Life Satisfaction” and tested by making use of multiple regression technique. Whether the differentiation levels of teachers’ general cynicism inclinations are related with their genders, relationship status and their membership of a union are analyzed using T test. As a result, male teachers have higher degree of cynicism in cognitive dimension than female teachers. Moreover, these general cynicism inclinations in cognitive, affective and behavioral dimensions do not differ greatly according to teachers’ membership of a union and relationship status. It is observed that the cognitive and affective dimensions of general cynicism inclinations have negative-sided relation with teachers’ life satisfaction rates.

Abstract: The aim of this research is verify the validity and reliability of the organizational trust ofschool scale that advanced by Daboval, Comish, Swindle and Gaster; translated in Turkish byKamer and readvanced by us. Datas about frame validity of the scale were tested with factoranalyze. At the end of this analyiz, four sub factors (sensibility to workers, trust to administrator, openes to modernity and communication climate) were reached. Total reliabiliyt coefficient ofscale was found 0.97. Each subfactor reliability coefficient was found for sensibility to workers0,95, for trust to administrator 0, 95, for openes to modernity 0,75 and for communicationclimate 0,92. Findings show that internal-structure reliability coefficients of subfactors werefound high. At the sama time, trust level to school organization in viewpoint of teacher wasfound in difference by way of variable of sex but not by way of teachers uptimes.

Abstract: Introduction: Entrepreneur in English is a term applied to the type of personality who is willing to take upon herself or himself a new venture or enterprise and accepts full responsibility for the outcome. Entrepreneurship is often difficult and tricky, resulting in many new ventures failing. The word entrepreneur is often synonymous with founder. Most commonly, the term entrepreneur applies to someone who creates value by offering a product or service, by carving out a niche in the market that may not exist currently. Entrepreneurs tend to identify a market opportunity and exploit it by organizing their resources effectively to accomplish an outcome that changes existing interactions within a given sector. Entrepreneurship of the individuals have come into prominence today. Entrepreneurship includes production of good and services through bringing together the production factors such as labor, technology, capital, and natural resources. Entrepreneur is the one who seizes the opportunities and takes risks by bringing the production factors such as capital, natural resources and labor together to produce goods and services. Entrepreneurship is enunciatively of defending ourselves, having self confidence, expressing our feelings honestly and comfortably, and taking advantage of our own rights in a manner free of unnecessary anxiety by protecting equality in human relations. Recent years have witnessed a well-documented surge in entrepreneurship as a research theme. There is also wide acceptance of the legitimatization of entrepreneurship as an area of academic and research inquiry, on one hand, claims that research in entrepreneurship is fun and fascinating because of the richness of entrepreneurship that spans many disciplinary areas, theoretical perspectives and methodologies. It is, on the other hand, frustrating, as there is a lack of common understanding about entrepreneurship. As a result, although the field has been studied extensively and empirically, entrepreneurship research has been criticized because there is little consensus about the definitions of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. Universities need to provide a conducive learning and creative entrepreneurial environment in order to ‘see’ entrepreneurially-inclined individuals, since the environment can support entrepreneurial activity. In brief, in order to encourage and nurture entrepreneurially-inclined students, students need to be continuously exposed to entrepreneurial competencies and skills to recognize untapped business opportunities.Aims: The purpose of the study is to develop a
Construction of a Quadratic Model for Predicted and Measured Global Solar Radiation in Chile

中国物理快报 , 2007,
Abstract: Global solar radiation data for sites in Chile are analysed and presented in a form suitable for their use in engineering. A new model for monthly average data is developed to predict monthly average global radiation with acceptable accuracy by using actinographic data due to scarcing of pyranometer data. Use of the new quadratic model is proposed because of its relatively wider spectrum of values for Angstrom coefficients ao, al, and a2.
Germline cells in ovarian surface epithelium of mammalians: a promising notion

Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology , 2012, DOI: 10.1186/1477-7827-10-112
Abstract: It is a long held doctrine in reproductive biology that women are born with a finite number of oocytes and there is no oogenesis during the postnatal period. However, recent evidence challenges this by showing the presence of germ line stem cells in the human ovarian surface epithelium (OSE), which can serve as a source of germ cells, and differentiate into oocyte like structures. Postnatal renewal of oocytes may have enormous therapeutic potential especially in women facing the risk of premature ovarian failure idiopathically or iatrogenically after exposure to gonadotoxic chemotherapy and radiation for cancer therapy. This article reviews current knowledge on germ line stem cells in human OSE.
