Vidal Pacheco,Enrique;
Educere , 2009,
Abstract: the following article is about the process of the socio-educational relationship in art school-museums in venezuela produced in the 80?s and the 90?s, and the vision that we can have on the pedagogical and organizational parallelism between the teachings in official schools and the one taught in these cultural institutions during this period. in this first delivery we focus on confirming, under a critical look, practices and experiences in this field, only the ones applied in some art museums in the country?s capital, leaving the provinces for some other time. at the end of it, we tried to synthesize the conclusions and included an extended bibliohemerographical database, on both direct consultation terminology and related documents for future research.
Ferro Vidal, Luis Enrique;
Cuicuilco , 2009,
Abstract: what is attempted in this work is to characterize to the virgin from guadalupe like an aesthetic unit that it deciphers with more depth an íconos system that he/she explains and it expresses much more than the entirety of the work. see as an aesthetic unit and conformed by an íconos system it recreates us a world of images that you/ they leave the painting that you/ they energize and they offer a projection of a social life of the chichimeca jonaz in guanajuato, as well as the ???h? of the half-deserted queretano. to reach the fixed goal it is necessary to establish that this cultural phenomenon will be analyzed from the theory of the complexities where the history, the myth and the iconography will spill in a hearth to build a narrative of the image guadalupana in the social life of these two indigenous towns.

Enrique Leonardo Kato Vidal
Very Special (de Sitter) Relativity

Physics , 2008, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevD.77.127702
Abstract: The effects of a non-vanishing value for the cosmological constant in the scenario of Lorentz symmetry breaking recently proposed by Cohen and Glashow (which they denote as Very Special Relativity) are explored and observable consequences are pointed out.
LA DESMEMORIA IMPUESTA A LOS HOMBRES QUE TRAJERON: CARTAGENA DE INDIAS EN EL SIGLO XVI Y XVII. UN DEPóSITO DE ESCLAVOS THE 'UN-MEMORY IMPOSED TO THE MAN THEY BROUGHT: CARTAGENA OF INDIAS IN THE XVI AND XVII CENTURY. A SLAVE HOLDER

This paper will focus on the role slaves played in the city of Cartagena de Indias in the seventeenth century. It will also focus on how the city became a slave warehouse and the role they played in shaping this colonial society. Their jobs, dances, sociability and ethnic origin are presented as main characters in the shaping of this city.
Isolation of epithelial cells, villi and crypts from small intestine of pigeons (Columba livia)

Biocell , 2008,
Abstract: the isolation of viable enterocytes, villi and crypts from the small intestine of a feral bird (columba livia) is important for performing physiological experiments in ecologically relevant processes of membrane transport. the effectiveness of mechanical disruption, enzymatic digestion and chelating agents were compared. the objectives were to isolate enterocytes, villi and crypts from the small intestine of young pigeons; to evaluate the viability of the isolated intestinal epithelial cells isolated; and to verify the integrity of enterocytes by biochemical features. enzymatic and mechanical methods yielded both elongated columnar and spherical cells. with the chelating method villi and crypts were obtained. all methods produced a high yield of intestinal epithelial cells with about 50 % viability. brush border enzymes (sucrase-isomaltase and alkaline phosphatase) activities were high and, as reported in chickens, they did not differ along the intestinal villus-crypt axis. although the three methods have good viabilities, the enzymatic technique gives the best yield in cell number, while the chelating method provides the highest populations of morphologically distinctive villi and crypts.

Bosque (Valdivia) , 2008, DOI: 10.4067/S0717-92002008000300006
Abstract: berberidopsis corallina is an endemic species from chile, presenting conservation problems and being catalogued as “endangered” species. its persistent diminution is associated to cutting and competition with eucalyptus spp. and pinus radiata. the objective of the present work was to contribute in the management for the recovery of this species through the evaluation of its reproductive capacity by means of propagation by cuttings. for vegetative propagation, semi-woody cuttings were collected during march of 2007 in villa las araucarias, region of la araucanía. the collected cuttings were treated with indolbutyric acid (iba) at different concentrations (0, 500, 1,000 and 1,500 mgl-1) as rooting stimulator. after five months of maintenance of cuttings in a bottom heating, an 87% of total rooting was obtained. the best result concerning the process of rizogenesis was shown by 1,000 mg l-1 iba with a 90% of rooting. besides, the highest average of root length was found in this same treatment with an average of 13.6 cm. the greatest number of roots was obtained in 1,500 mgl-1 treatment with a value average of 38.1 roots by cuttings. it is concludes that b. corallina can be vegetatively reproduced through the rizogenesis of cuttings treated with iba, as a practice to contribute to the recovery of this species.

Abstract: Els complements per a navegadors web (add-on) n'estan ampliant les funcionalitats. The numbers of functions of web browser add-ons are increasing. Such add-ons included the recently launched LibX. This tool enables interaction between libraries online public access computers (OPAC) and the Web. This paper examines the limitations of this tool, in terms of the automatic detection of data and the automation of tasks. A system (NextLib) is proposed that can overcome these limitations by using a combination of different applications. This system is made up of a semantic database (LibX), a programme for automatically detecting data (Data Detector) and a learning by example (LBE) programme. The integration of these tools may allow greater interaction between the user and a website, and between a website and an OPAC.
