Importancia da criatividade na escola e no trabalho docente segundo coordenadores pedagógicos

Abstract: the main purpose of this study was to explore pedagogical coordinators' perception of the importance of teachers' development/expression of creativity, investigated by means of interviews with 12 *elementary school pedagogical coordinators from private schools in brasilia, federal district. the interviews were audio taped and transcribed. content analysis was used to analyze the data. the results indicated that according to all coordinators, the presence of creativity in school life is very important, especially in teaching practice. according to the participants, the teacher must be creative mainly for reasons related to the students. the increase in the student's interest and incentive, the attribution of significance to knowledge, the facilitation of student's learning, as well as the attention to the student's educational needs were highlighted by the pedagogical coordinators to justify the importance of teachers' creativity.

Abstract: we investigated the judgments of representation of reality (jrr) and judgment of moral value (jmv) about transgressing actions, concerning the past and present time, of 20 homicidal men aged between 30 and 49 years. individual interviews using the clinical piagetian method were carried out and the following were verified: the most cited jrr in the past was the one that they would commit the homicide again, due the suffered humiliation or the experienced negative feeling; in the present they reported they would not kill again due to the crime negative consequences, to their own or the victim's characteristics and life’s value; the jmv most mentioned in the past was the one that the action would be wrong due the negative consequences; in the present all of them considered wrong the committed homicides due to the negative consequences, value attributed to life and religious reasons. we expect that this discussion permit a deeper understanding of the homicidal individual so that universal principles such as respect for life can be taught and taken into consideration.

Abstract: we investigated the judgment of representation of reality (jrr), and the judgment of moral value (jvm) of 20 homicidal subjects (30 to 49) as to the reasons of the crime, at the time of the homicide and at the present moment. individual interviews were carried out. we verified that the most indicated jrr, in the present and in the past, was the physical aggression suffered by the aggressor, justified in the present because the aggressor felt humiliated and, in the past, for having wished to take revenge due to his or the victim's characteristics; the most mentioned jvm in the past was that that their reasons were right due to the characteristics of the interviewees or those of the victims, for the humiliations suffered or because they needed to defend a life, whereas in the present, the most cited judgment was that their motives were wrong, in face of the negative consequences, and religious arguments.

Abstract: the documentation center of the university of brasilia (cedoc-unb) is a consulting department of the university higher administration. its formal aim is to collect, preserve and guarantee the access to archival documents produced and accumulated by the offices and faculties of unb, as well as to historical and cultural goods, which are an instrument for supporting the administration, culture, history and scientific and technological development. this article is limited to the photographs originated from the deanship of graduation teaching (deg-unb), existing at cedoc's collection, analyzing the acceptance of the treatment of that material to the archival theoretical and methodological directions. the system has been notably planned for privileging the image contents in opposition to what is expected from an archive, where the archival context should be the primordial point of organization and description of photographs.

Abstract: this study aims to investigate the pattern of transformation of the brazilian income distribution its geographic regions in the period 1987 - 2003. it also intends to identify the underlying factors of such transformation, specifically, the income and educational mobilities. to achieve that, static and dynamic tools have been used. among those tools, the polarization measures proposed by duclos et alii (2004) and the matrix transition of probability can be highlighted. the results show a great change in the brazilian income distribution. in general, it was observed a polarization of the wages featured by an increase in both the bottom and the top salary levels. these changes were followed by a strong educational mobility related to a decrease in the parental effect. however, differences among the regions connected to that process could also be found.
