Research and Practice on the Profile Control Characteristics of Emulsions in Bohai Oil Field  [PDF]

Abstract: In order to study the profile control characteristics of emulsions in porous medium, the heterogeneous experimental model was established, by which the experimental scheme was designed with different permeabilities, matching degree of particle size and concentration of emulsions. Based on experimental results of physical simulation, the concept of distributing rate and changing coefficient was introduced to quantitatively evaluate the profile control characteristics of emulsions. The results of the study show that, as the permeability ratio and emulsion concentration increase, the profile control characteristics of emulsions will enhance. The profile control characteristics of emulsions will be the best. The profile control scheme with emulsions was implemented in Bohai X oil field, The research results can be used for reference to design the profile control scheme in Bohai heterogeneous reservoir.

Abstract: A oilfield was an oil reservoir with strong bottom water in offshore, the water cut was as high as 96%. In the high water cut stage, the most effective way of increasing oil production was to extract liquid and increase oil. The processing capacity of oilfield fluid was limited by the conditions. By using Petrel-RE-2017 software, combining reservoir engineering and percolation mechanics methods, this paper analyzes the effect of large-scale liquid pumping, expand coverage and shut-in coning in oil reservoirs with bottom water, and formulates the adjustment strategy of single well production structure of the whole oilfield. It was confirmed that large-scale liquid production can expand coverage and shutting down well can reduce water cut. It can provide reference and guidance for oil field with strong bottom water when it encounters bottleneck of liquid treatment capacity.
The Residual Potential of Bottom Water Reservoir Based upon Genetic Algorithm for the Relative Permeability Inversion  [PDF]

Abstract: X oilfield has successfully adopted horizontal wells to develop strong bottom water reservoirs, as a typical representative of development styles in the Bohai offshore oilfield. At present, many contributions to methods of inverting relative permeability curve and forecasting residual recoverable reserves had been made by investigators, but rarely involved in horizontal wells’ in bottom water reservoir. As the pore volume injected was less (usually under 30 PV), the relative permeability curve endpoint had become a serious distortion. That caused a certain deviation in forecasting residual recoverable reserves in the practical value of field directly. For the performance of water cresting, the common method existed some problems, such as no pertinence, ineffectiveness and less affecting factors considered. This paper adopts the streamlines theory with two phases flowing to solve that. Meanwhile, based on the research coupling genetic algorithm, optimized relative permeability curve was calculated by bottom-water drive model. The residual oil saturation calculated was lower than the initial’s, and the hydrophilic property was more reinforced, due to improving the pore volume injected vastly. Also, the study finally helped us enhance residual recoverable reserves degree at high water cut stage, more than 20%, taking Guantao sandstone as an example. As oil field being gradually entering high water cut stage, this method had a great significance to evaluate the development effect and guide the potential of the reservoir.
Interlayer Prediction Method for Braid River Reservoirs in Offshore Oil Field  [PDF]

Abstract: The interlayer structure of braid river reservoirs is complex and the interwell prediction is difficult in offshore oil field. Taking CFD11-1 oilfield of NgⅢ sand as an example, based on layer contrasting, the interlayer is divided into muddy interlayer, clay boulder interlayer, and physical interlayer according to lithology. Under the guidance of sedimentary model, we use the geology statistical inversion method to predict the clay boulder interlayer, consistent with the dynamic characteristics of oil production which is used for the prior quality control. The results of this study can objectively reveal the characteristics of interlayer space distribution. Compared with the traditional multi-well comparison and stochastic simulation model, this method is applied to the offshore oil field which is character with wide well space, sparse well network, which has very high application value in predicting the interlayer and deploying of inter-well encryption in the similar oilfield.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the idea of the right, evolution road of all mankind, and emphasizes that it should be regarded as the common purpose of human beings from the view of human evolution. Also from the point of philosophical, it is clarifying the concept of human path, emphasizing the individual and its existence, openness and humanity based on human nature (human emotion, love, care); the rational (thinking, reason) based on reason, experience, learning and research; and two goals: utilitarian and efficiency, the evolutionary of human beings. In the end, from the view of the question they focused on, attribution, solution and attitude towards human nature, it distinguishes the concept between “the evolutionary road of human beings” and “Noble Eightfold Path” to alert people that development, progress, evolutionary path of human is unparalleled and it is the right way for mankind. Purpose: The combination of reason and human nature, so as to enhancing human efficiency, meeting human needs, and ultimately promoting people into the correct, evolutionary path. One-Step Synthesis of Monodisperse In-Doped ZnO Nanocrystals

Abstract: A method for the synthesis of high quality indium-doped zinc oxide (In-doped ZnO) nanocrystals was developed using a one-step ester elimination reaction based on alcoholysis of metal carboxylate salts. The resulting nearly monodisperse nanocrystals are well-crystallized with typically crystal structure identical to that of wurtzite type of ZnO. Structural, optical, and elemental analyses on the products indicate the incorporation of indium into the host ZnO lattices. The individual nanocrystals with cubic structures were observed in the 5% In–ZnO reaction, due to the relatively high reactivity of indium precursors. Our study would provide further insights for the growth of doped oxide nanocrystals, and deepen the understanding of doping process in colloidal nanocrystal syntheses.
Controlled low-strength material incorporating recycled fineaggregate from urban red brick based construction waste

Abstract: Sixteen controlled low-strength material(CLSM)mixtures with various cement-to-sand(C/Sa)ratios and water-to-solid(W/So)ratios were prepared using recycled fine aggregate from urban red brick based construction waste. The fluidity and bleeding of the fresh CLSM mixtures were measured via the modified test methods, and the hardened CLSM mixtures were then molded to evaluate their compressive strength and durability. The results show that the fluidity of the fresh CLSM mixtures is 105 to 227 mm with the corresponding bleeding rate of 3.7% to 15.5%, which increases with the increase in fluidity. After aging for 28 d, the compressive strength of the hardened CLSM mixtures reaches 1.15 to 13.96 MPa, and their strength can be further enhanced with longer curing ages. Additionally, the strength increases with the increase of the C/Sa ratio, and decreases with the increase of the W/So ratio under the same curing age. Based on the obtained compressive strength, a fitting model for accurately predicting the compressive strength of the CLSM mixtures was established, which takes into account the above two independent variables(C/Sa and W/So ratios). Moreover, the durability of the hardened CLSM mixtures is enhanced for samples with higher C/Sa ratios.

Abstract: The effects of the transition metals copper and nickel on oxygen precipitation in Czochralski silicon under a rapid thermal process are investigated.It is found that interstitial copper has almost no effect on oxygen precipitation,but copper precipitation markedly enhances oxygen precipitation.However,neither interstitial nickel nor nickel precipitation affects oxygen precipitation.The reasons for the effects of copper and nickel contamination on oxygen precipitation are discussed in light of oxygen precipitation nucleation theory.
A novel mutation in NF1 gene in a Chinese patient with Legius syndrome like café au lait spots  [PDF]

Abstract:

Neurofibromatosis type I (NF1) (OMIM, 162200) and Legius syndrome (OMIM, 611431) both have multiple café au lait spots. It is a challenge to differentiate the two diseases. Here we report a Legius syndrome-like patient who finally was identified as NF1 with a novel mutation in NF1 exon1 (c.55G > T). The mutation caused a substitution of a glutamic acid (GAG) with a terminator codon (TAG). For those patients with only multiple café au lait macules, axillary and inguinal freckling, but without any other clinical signs in NF1 and Legius syndrome, a gene testing is necessary to give a final diagnose. We suggested to use “Neurofibromatosis type 1like syndrome” to describe those patients just like our patient reported here.
