Abstract: Recently the explored reserves submitted in the oil field mainly situate at the end of deposit in delta front area. During the exploitation and production, problems mainly show on lithologic deposit, for example, reserves are low and difficulty of producing is huge. Based on results of sand body dissection of dense well network of developed oil deposit, and combined with explored reserves, this article researches a relation between extent of well control and reserves precision of explored reserves of lithologic deposit in delta front area by well diluted method. This article has significant influence on objectively understanding our unexploited reserves

Abstract: In the title coordination polymer, {[NaZn(C11H8NO6)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n, the Zn atom is coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral environment by three carboxylate O atoms from two (4-carboxylatophenylimino)diacetate ligands and one water molecule; the Na atom is in an distorted octahedral coordination environment formed by four carboxylate O atoms from three (4-carboxylatophenylimino)diacetate ligands and two water molecules. The Zn atoms and Na atoms are linked by (4-carboxylatophenylimino)diacetate ligands into a three-dimensional framework; the uncoordinated water molecules fill the voids of the skeleton and stabilize it by O—H...O hydrogen bonds.

Abstract: First in this paper a systematic and comprehensive hybrid index evaluation system of regional logistics competitiveness is designed according to the characteristics of China’s regional logistics system under supply chain globalization envi-ronments, and systematic analysis and discussion of the connotation of the various factors in the index evaluation sys-tem are made. Then based on hierarchy analysis thought and fuzzy decision-making principles, the development trend of China’s regional logistics industry is assessed systematically and comprehensively. With the result of the above as-sessment, the key factors and the gradual evolution process of promoting regional logistics industry competitiveness under supply chain globalization environments are discussed. Also, in this paper it points out that enhancing the strength of urban logistic enterprises will promote the competitiveness of regional logistics industry. And the logistics competitiveness of a few major economic zones in China is discussed with conclusion that discrepancy exists in terms of China’s provincial capital city’s logistics development. At last, development strategies for regional logistics are put forward aimed at the west regions of China which have weak competitiveness in logistics industry.

Fisher’s Fiducial Inference for the parameters of a totality uniformly distributed on [α, β] is discussed. The corresponding fiducial distributions are derived. The maximum fiducial estimators, fiducial median estimators and fiducial expect estimators of α and β are got. The problems about the fiducial interval, fiducial region and hypothesis testing are discussed. An example which showed that Neyman-Pearson’s confidence interval has some place to be improved is illustrated. An idea about deriving fiducial distribution is proposed.

Effect of tapered angles in an artery on distribution of blood flow pressure with gravity considered  [PDF]

The tapered angles of an artery significantly influence the local hemodynamics. However, as gravity is considered, little is known about the effect of tapered angles on the hemodynamics. In this study, we explored whether the effect of tapered angles on the distribution of blood flow pressure (DBFP) differed with gravity considered or not. Numerical simulations of the DBFP in a single vessel were performed based on such tapered angles as 0°, 0.5° and 1°. In the model used for simulation, gravity was introduced as a body force. We obtained the following simulations: i) The larger the tapered angles were, the better distributed the blood flow pressure; ii) The tapered effect was an important factor leading to nonlinearity in blood flow pressure; iii) Gravity affected DBFP coupling with the tapered angles, yet independently influenced the dimension of the DBFP. At the same time, the effective intensity of gravity decreased with the increase of tapered angles.

Abstract: Since the first gene therapy drug (rAd-p53, Gendicine) for tumor virotherapy was approved in China in 2005 and the oncolytic herpes simplex virus (HSV, T-VEC) drug was approved in US in 2015, tumor virotherapy has become more and more promising. However, tumor virotherapy still has many unresolved issues, and novel recombinant oncolytic viruses need to be constructed. HSVs are ideal to be oncolytic viruses due to its large genome size, wide infection range and safety. Current technology to construct a recombinant HSV is based on virus homologous recombination, which is laborious and time-consuming. Therefore, there is a need to improve the technology used for making recombinant oncolytic viruses. Fortunately, clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats CRISPR-associated protein 9 (CRISPR/Cas9) system provides a formidable and efficient genome editing tool, enabling researchers to precisely manipulate specific genomic elements, and facilitating the elucidation of target gene function. CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology and next generation sequencing technology provided the possibility to make recombinant herpes viruses efficiently, precisely and rapidly. Indeed, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology has been recently used to make herpesvirus recombinants successfully. This review will summarize the latest development and molecular mechanisms of CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology and its recent application in herpesviruses.

Abstract: In the process of oil and gas well drilling and completion, under the action of positive pressure gradient or self-absorption, drilling and completion fluid solid phase particles block the reservoir pore and form the filter cake. The filter cake plays a vital role in reservoir protection, and is closely related to the oil and gas well productivity from cake formation to remove. The filter cake is always expected to be thin, tough, with low permeability and easy to remove. Many scholars made a lot of research from the filter cake layer structure, space truss structure, pore structure and the structure of fractal structure of filter cake. However, the researches on the structure of the filter cake are mainly conducted qualitatively at home and abroad, while the quantitative research progress is slow. At the same time, the research on the relationship between the filter cake structure and its performance is also relatively weak. In recent years, with the wide application of horizontal wells, it has called widespread attention on how to effectively remove filter cake in order to improve the oil and gas well production capacity at home and abroad. The widely-used filter cake removal technology mainly includes natural clear, mechanical removal, chemical removal and biological removal technology currently. Among them, the biological removal technology is developed in recent years as a new type of filter cake removal technology. With the further development of mud cake removal technology and downhole filter cake removing circumstance with increasing complexity, a single filter cake removal technology cannot completely meet the requirements. The filter cake removal technology is developing in the direction of the composite to clear, in order to obtain ideal filter cake removal effect.

Abstract: The present manuscript mainly introduces three linguistic methods to detect lies, namely Hand- writing Analysis, Voice Stress Analysis, and Non-Verbal Analysis and the application of these linguistic deception detection approaches in various fields, such as law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and forensic context. These major deception detection techniques are illustrated by examples based on graphology, psycho-physiological stress response, and non-verbal communication studies.
