Health (Health) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/health.2015.72023
Abstract: The quality of service to people in Primary Healthcare (PHC) is linked to the provision of quality service by professionals who integrate this service in the community. Accordingly, this study aims to evaluate the service given by health professionals in primary health care, from the user’s perception. This is an evaluative and quantitative study, conducted with people who use the PHC service. 180 adults are interviewed in the city of Santa Cruz, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The results show that most respondents are women. The average age is of 36.65, median of 34.00 and standard deviation of 11,554. With regards to the quality of service, it ranges from fair to good. When performing correlation between the quality of service and time spent to reach the service, most people say that they spend between 0 and 15 minutes from their house to the healthcare service unit. About reception, respondents reported being satisfied and that the service has been responsible and quality for health monitoring. Thus, it is noted that the user classifies the quality of the service in primary healthcare as regular, showing weaknesses that need to be corrected to prevent damage in service provision in Primary Healthcare.

Revista Eletr?nica de Enfermagem , 2003,
Abstract: It happened a study of the Specific Hypertensive of Gestation Disease (SHGD) and Low Weight ofNew Born (LWNB) with the objectives to verify the incidence of LWNB in mothers with SHGD and to present someepidemic data. The data was collected through a trial. From January-1998 through December-2002 in a publichospital of Goiania, we researched 239 files of pregnant women with DHEG and their respective new born. Weverified that 69,70% of the mothers had children with smaller weight than 2500g, leading us to conclude that DHEGinfluences in the incidence of RNBP, because in less than 50% of the cases, there was a birth of pre-term. Most ofthe mothers were pregnant for the first time. More than 50% of them made prenatal, however, only 39,70%accomplished more than six consultations. In 82,85% of the cases, the childbirth was via cesarean operation.

Revista Brasileira de Fruticultura , 2011, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-29452011000400003
Abstract: availability of solar radiation and photoperiod were compared between the plateau of santa catarina represented by campo belo sul (latitude -28o00'00'' longitude -51o00'00'' and height 1000 m), and the mediterranean region of southern france, represented by pech rouge (latitude 43o08'35'', longitude 03o07'59'', height 1.5 meters). the study was conducted for the maturation period of grape varieties chardonnay, portan, syrah, viognier, carignan, grenache, marselan, mourvèdre and cabernet sauvignon. the annual photoperiod, nighttime duration and global solar radiation, and solar radiation and maximum sunshine during maturation period were evaluated for both locations. differences in phenological behavior and in geographical position of the two locations resulted in differences on the availability and intensity of solar radiation, as well as on the photoperiod. despite a higher transmissivity of the atmosphere to pech rouge, the plateau of santa catarina showed a higher availability and intensity of solar radiation during the maturation period of grapes. the accumulation of photoperiod was higher in the plateau of santa catarina compared to pech rouge. these differences were caused by the shorter duration of the maturation phase in pech rouge, by the solar declination for both locations during the maturation period and by the unequal atmospheric layer in different altitudes.

Sao Paulo Medical Journal , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S1516-31802008000600002
Abstract: context and objective: diagnoses of endometriosis are based on observation of endometriotic lesions by means of laparoscopy, along with the pathological findings. the aim of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the macroscopic findings in relation to the histopathological findings. more specifically, we aimed to test the efficacy of laparoscopy alone for diagnosing endometriosis and to evaluate the laterality of endometriosis among the study population. design and setting: cross-sectional study on women undergoing laparoscopy due to pelvic pain or infertility, in the gynecology department of hospital santa cruz in curitiba, paraná, brazil, and pontifícia universidade católica do paraná. methods: a total of 976 patients underwent laparoscopy and biopsy due to pelvic pain and/or infertility. we analyzed the laparoscopic and histopathological findings from patients with pelvic endometriosis (n = 468) and patients without endometriosis (n = 508). results: in 468 (47.95%) of the cases, the clinical and laparoscopic findings were consistent with endometriosis, and this was confirmed histopathologically in 337 (34.5%). among the remaining 508 patients, although the laparoscopy was performed for other reasons relating to acute pelvic pain, eight were diagnosed with endometriosis from histopathological examination of the pelvic specimens obtained. therefore, endometriosis was confirmed in 345 patients (35.3%). in comparison with the histopathology, laparoscopy alone presented 97.68% sensitivity, 79.23% specificity, 72% positive predictive value and 98.42% negative predictive value. conclusion: laparoscopy should be used in conjunction with histopathology for diagnosing endometriosis.

Abstract: In The actions of prevention to the HIV AIDS, in the prenatal lens the advising of women infected bythe HIV about the risk from the vertical transmission causing to prohibition from the lactation and from the breastfeedingcrossed. Objective it identify joined the pregnants HIV positive the main worries as regards the impedimentfrom the breast-feeding natural and evaluate the individual educational needs of activities as form alternative to theaffectionate and psychic emotional support to the pregnant. Methodology treats itself of a boarding qualitative, theywere interviewed pregnants soropositivas inscription in the outpatient clinic of prenatal of high risk, of a PublicHospital, in Goiania GO. Analyzing the facts: them interviewed were unanimous in affirm that to pregnancy wasnot planned. It be pregnant and uncover that they are bearers of the virus HIV brought bigger expectationsregarding the pregnancy: fear, insecurity, anguish and doubts are emotions by them related. And, they stood outthat the specific groups permit bigger liberty for argument and change of experiences, the work helps to pregnantreact to the consequences of the virus HIV. Like this being, we understand that the aid to the pregnantsoroposotive, in the institution studied attends a standard quality, however, is important thing systematize thespecific formation of groups of pregnant soropositives for HIV.
Crystal Growth, Structural and Optical Studies of CuGa3Se5 Bulk Compounds  [PDF]
Dayane Habib, Georges El Haj Moussa
World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/wjcmp.2016.61004
Abstract: Bulk materials were synthesized by the Bridgman technique using the elements Cu, Ga, Se. These samples were characterized by Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS) to determine the elemental composition, as well as by X-ray diffraction for structure, hot point probe method for type of conductivity. Optical response (Photoconductivity) and Photoluminescence (PL) and PL-excitation (PLE) at temperatures from 4.2 to 77 K were also used to estimate the band-gap energy of Cu-Ga3Se5. They show a nearly perfect stoechiometry and present p-type conductivity. CuGa3Se5 either have an Ordered Defect Chalcopyrite structure (ODC), or an Ordered Vacancy Chalcopyrite structure (OVC). The gap energy obtained by Photoconductivity and Photoluminescence (PL) for the different samples is 1.85 eV. Studying the variation of the gap as a function of the temperature shows that the transition is a D-A type. The defects that appear are probably GaCu.

World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/wjcmp.2017.74009
Abstract: Using Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (SE), the optical properties of Cu(In1xGax)3Se5 bulk compounds, grown by the Bridgman method, were analyzed by varying x composition (0 ≤ x ≤ 1). Energy levels above the gap in the band scheme were determined by measuring the complex dielectric function \"\"?at room-temperature for energies between 1.5 and 5.5 eV using a variable angle of incidence ellipsometer. The transitions values E1, E2 and E3 were observed above the gap for different samples of Cu(In1xGax)3Se5 alloy. When a gallium atom replaces an indium atom, one assumes globally that the levels related to selenium and copper are unchanged. Conversely, the levels corresponding to the conduction band are shifted towards higher energies. Thus, the gap increases as the composition of gallium increases. Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (SE) gave evidence for the interpretation of the choice of gap values which were compatible with that obtained from solar spectrum. Several other characterization methods like Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS), hot point probe method, X-ray diffraction, Photoluminescence (PL), Optical response (Photoconductivity) were presented in this paper. The Cu(In1xGax)3Se5 have an Ordered Vacancy Chalcopyrite-type structure with lattice constants varying as a function of the x composition. The band gap energy of Cu(In1xGax)3Se5 compounds is found to vary from 1.23 eV to 1.85 eV as a function of x.

Abstract: Bulk materials were synthesized by the Bridgman technique using the elements Cu, In and Se. These samples were characterized by Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS) to determine the elemental composition, as well as by X-ray diffraction for structure, hot point probe method for type of conductivity, Optical response (Photoconductivity) and Photoluminescence (PL) to determine the band gap value and Spectroscopic Ellipsometry to find energy levels above the gap in the band scheme at room-temperature. They show a nearly perfect stoechiometry and present a p-type conductivity. CuIn3Se5 either has a Stannite structure, an Ordered Defect Chalcopyrite structure (ODC), or an Ordered Vacancy Chalcopyrite structure (OVC). The gap energy obtained for the different samples was 1.23 eV. Energy levels above the gap in the band scheme were determinate by measuring the dielectric function at room temperature for energies lying between 1.5 and 5.5 eV. Many transitions were observed above the gap for different samples. Spectroscopic Ellipsometry gave evidence for the interpretation of the choice of gap values which were compatible with that obtained from solar spectrum.
