The Mode Research of China’s Urban Land Assets Securitization  [PDF]

Abstract:

Urban land purchasing and reserving system is an innovation in urban land usage in china, despite several financial problems with it. Land securitization is the best choice for carrying out the urban land reserve system. In the framework of urban land purchasing and reserving system, the urban land securitization was divided into two subunits, land real assets securitization and land credit assets securitization, according to whether the assets are entity or not. According to the types of securities, the former includes land bonds, investment funds and land trust plan three modes, while the latter includes balance-in mode, balance-out mode, quasi-off-balance-sheet mode and off-shore four modes. Discussion the aforementioned operation modes lead to suggestions for improving urban land securitization.

Abstract:

In this paper, a model of two-wave mixing in the photorefractive crystal, which takes account of the difference in spatial frequency in a beam, has been built to study the image enhancement effect in coherent optical amplification. Based on the theoretical analysis of the model, the gain distribution for each pixel in the signal beam has been obtained. It shows that the unevenness of the gain is induced by the difference in spatial frequency in the beam. The factors that impact on the uniformity of image enhancement have been analyzed. As an example, the effects of these factors in a given photorefractive crystal have been studied through simulation.

Abstract: The indentation hardness of a given material is usually load-dependent and such a phenomenon is generally referred to as the indentation size effect (ISE). The existence of ISE means that, if hardness is used as a material selection criterion, it is clearly insufficient to quote a single hardness number. Several empirical or semi-empirical equations, including the Meyer’s law, the Hays-Kendall approach, the energy-balance approach, the proportional specimen resistance (PSR) model and the modified PSR model, etc., have been proposed for the description of the variation of the indentation size with the applied test load and for determining the so-called load-independent hardness. This paper reviews these existing empirical equations, with a special emphasis on the analysis and the application of the modified PSR model.

Abstract: 1.When equipped with 2-rough norm and restricted to continuous paths with bounded variation, the area operator is a closable unbounded operator. 2.The area defined through Riemann-Stieltjes integral is the only possible candidate to enhance a path with vanishing 2-variation into a geometric 2-rough path. 3.Young integral is extended to p^-1+q^-1=1 by assigning a finer scale continuity.
A 6-GHz ROM suitable for DDFS application in GaAs HBT technology

Abstract: Read-only memory (ROM) is widely implemented as a phase-to-amplitude mapping block in direct digital frequency synthesizers (DDFS). This paper derives an equivalent model for the ROM in a DDFS to analyze and reduce the access time that is critical to the performance of the DDFS. Moreover, the signal skew observed in the simulation waveform is illustrated. The proposed 64×3-bit ROM is integrated as a part of an 8-bit DDFS, which operates functionally at 6 GHz. Measurement results demonstrate the improvement in the spur free dynamic range.
A 5.3-GHz 32-bit accumulator designed for direct digital frequency synthesizer

Abstract: A 32-bit pipeline accumulator with carry ripple topology is implemented for direct digital frequency synthesizer. To increase the throughout while hold down the area and power consumption, a method to reduce the number of the pre-skewing registers is proposed. The number is reduced to 29% of a conventional pipeline accumulator. The propagation delay versus bias current of the adder circuit with different size transistors is investigated. We analyze the delay by employing the open circuit time constant method. Compared to the simulation results, the maximum error is less than ±8%. A method to optimum the design of the adder based on the propagation delay is discussed. The clock traces for the 32-bit adder are heavily loaded, as there are 40 registers being connected to them. Moreover, the differential clock traces, which are much longer than the critical length, should be treated as transmission lines. Thus a clock distribution method and a termination scheme are proposed to get high quality and low skew clock signals. A multiple π-type termination scheme is proposed to match the transmission line impedance. The 32-bit accumulator was measured to work functionally at 5.3 GHz.
A quantification model for apoptosis in mouse embryos in the early stage of fetation

Abstract: Apoptosis is the most important inducement and modulator for embryos in the early stage of fetation, i.e. after the 8-cell stage, mostly the morula and blastula stage, to proceed to the stage of nonlinear development. Using a two-photon laser scanning microscopy (TPLSM) system, we obtained 3-dimensional (3D) fluorescent images of preimplantation mouse embryos. A model for quantification was established. The statistical results for the spatial location of apoptosis bodies in embryos was obtained following image processing, as well as investigation of the kinetics of apoptosis. It was found that most (70%) apoptosis occurred in the trophectoderm, and the departure between the centroid and geometric center of embryos had a step transition when embryos developed into the 32-cell stage, which was consistent with the theoretical prediction that the blastocele would induce a symmetry break of the distribution of cells in embryos.

Abstract: 本文报道了一款采用1μm砷化镓异质结双极型晶体管工艺设计制造的10GHz 8-bit超高速直接数字频率合成器芯片。采用8级双边沿触发流水线累加器和正弦加权数模转换器相结合的无ROM架构,将砷化镓异质结双极型晶体管工艺的高速性能最大化,从而大幅提高了电路的工作频率。在10GHz内部有效时钟频率下,芯片可以输出直流到5GHz的正弦波,第一奈奎斯特区的平均无杂散动态范围为23.24dBc。在-4.6V单电源供电下,芯片的直流功耗为2.4W。芯片集成了1651支晶体管,总体面积为2.4×2.0 mm2。
