O imaginário das águas e o aprendizado erótico do corpo

Abstract: throughout human history, imaginary waters have carried out an overflow of meanings and symbolisms in the cultural universe of human beings, springing as symbols of contradictions. beyond all oppositions, investigating the erotic learning of the body brings forward questions about the occident's civilizing process, such as: in which ways has water pervaded the transformations concerning the individual's relationships with his\her bodies? the relation between water and eros is perceived as an important element for the erotic learning of the body, observed as a set of rules concerning the use of water in bath. therefore, is contact with water one of the possibilities to enjoying intensity of the senses? is proximity with water a possibility of transgression? the article navigates through discussions about the imaginary of the waters as well as through water as a support for the imagination and for bath's (un)pleasures in history.

Abstract: the mechanism of language in schizophrenia: a lacanian study. in order to characterize what is specific about the way language operates in schizophrenia, mapping and analysis of theoretical-clinical elements found in freud and lacan's texts will be carried out. the line of thought in this research will follow freud's notions from 1915 about "the word as a thing" and the "organ language", as well as lacan's conception from 1954 about "the symbolic as real" and the idea from the 1970's about the outer world of the schizophrenic in relation to social bonding. such elements will be exemplified through clinical vignettes and the report of louis wolfson, a schizophrenic.

Abstract: in the dinamicy of intertextuality, in rhizomatic writing, i have woven three films - the oyster and the wind, the breast and the moon, the sacred mound - that depict children's different personal experiences of the discovery of sexuality and of gender relations. this is part of a larger project entitled "weaving gender and sexual diversity in a protection network", funded by secad/mec in 2007. this text is part of the subproject "the rights of the child". many children who are protagonists of this play have made it possible to write this script. the text argues that the adult often applies the violent power of his/her look onto the child's desire - which can dodge such power - building an escape. but it also acknowledges that the adult can, intentionally, enable a child to saturate him/herself in the subject of sexuality and gender.

Abstract: Diante da crescente importancia que o Brasil vem ganhando no cenário intencional e das prerrogativas de tornar o país a quinta economia mundial em um horizonte ‘breve’ de tempo, esse artigo buscou analisar o comportamento do setor industrial e do comércio externo. Seguindo a perspectiva Kaldoriana de desenvolvimento, o setor industrial é considerado o ‘motor’ do crescimento econ mico, o que torna relevante a discuss o sobre a trajetória desse segmento. Entre os principais resultados deste estudo, destaca-se que o setor industrial vem perdendo representatividade no produto interno e no emprego total da economia, o que caracteriza um processo de desindustrializa o. Porém, o processo instaurado n o parece ser fruto da maturidade econ mica, cenário em que a indústria perde espa o naturalmente para o setor de servi os, mas sim fruto, de um contexto de sobreaprecia o cambial e de ‘reprimariza o’ da pauta de exporta es. Abstract In face of the importance that Brazil conquest in the intentional context and of the prerogatives to conduce the country to the fifth economy world in a 'short' horizon of time, this paper research the behavior of the industrial production and of the external trade. Following the Kaldorian development perspective, the industrial sector is considered the 'engine' of the economical growth, this turns important the discussion on the path of that segment. Among the principal results of this study to observe that the industrial sector is losing representative in the gross domestic product and in the total employment of the economy, what characterizes a deindustrialization process. However, the established process doesn't seem to be fruit of the economical maturity, scenery in that the industry loses space naturally for the sector of services, but, this process emerge of a context of overvaluationc exchange rate and of ' reprimarizing' of the line of exports.

Abstract: this text aims at analyzing the regimento interno das aulas publicas de 1.as letras of the espírito santo province (1871) and the mutual instruction implemented in this regulation, emphasizing the guidelines to the practice of reading and writing teaching. to develop this study, we used documental research. the article concludes that the utilization of the mutual instruction allowed the maintenance of models of reading and writing teaching based in the systematic study of letters, of the syllables, of the sentence and, finally, of the reading of religious texts and others, which intended the constitution of religious and patriotic feelings in individuals. it also concludes that the adoption of this method, considering the working conditions of the schools, represented the lack of interest of the provincial governments in offering the minimal working conditions of the schools, mainly in reference to the guarantee of adequate education and remuneration of the teachers.

Abstract: this work is part of a broader study that investigates the history of alphabetization in the state of espírito santo (1870-1920). it analyzes the method of teaching reading and writing concretized in the object lessons by norman calkins, translated by rui barbosa, and its use in espírito santo through the regulation of public instruction of 1882. it concludes that the use of such a method believed in the idea that the educational reform, essential to renew society and the human beings, would be based on the change of methods and teachers. it advocates that this use was essential to help and support the critics to the old methods of spelling and the mutual method in espírito santo.

Abstract: this article has stemmed from a research developed from the perspective of gender and cultural studies, linked to michel foucault's post-structuralism. by connecting those fields, i have analyzed some of the ways gender has crossed (embodied and mobilized) and constituted the pedagogical discourse which, associated with other discourses, has defined and regulated what has been understood as school performance in the first grades. in order to compose the research corpus, i have built an investigation methodology, which i have called group of discussion, with teachers of initial grades from both municipal and state schools in s?o leopoldo/rs. the intertwining of conceptual tools and materials has enabled me to visualize, as well as discuss, analyze, and problematize the power relationships that have constituted, classified, and ranked boys and girls in differentiated, hierarchical places concerning school performance, thus assigning different meanings to it.

Abstract: the present text is part of the results of a wider documental study whose objective was to analyze the programs focused on child literacy implemented by the ministry for education since 2003. it seeks to understand the origins of the program for literacy assessment and the changes that happened during its development; also, based on the exam of the reference matrices for the assessment of full and initial literacy and of the documents that comprise the kit of the provinha brasil, it aims at understanding the conceptions of full and initial literacy, of idiom/language and of reading that give support to the assessment model adopted by the ministry for education. it concludes that the program has its origins in the definitions made by world organizations for the literacy decade (2003-2012). the autonomous model of literacy is the ground of the assessment program and, because of that, the emphasis lies on the learning of the abstract units of language. reading, a dimension associated to initial literacy, is understood as the process of decoding and identifying ideas expressed in explicit form in short texts. considering the aspect analyzed, the article proposes that the conception of idiom/language as a structure sustains the creation of the reference matrices and the construction of the topics of the exam. finally, it questions in what way the provinha brasil, thought of as a pedagogical instrument, may be able to contribute to the formation of readers and writers.

Abstract: due to historical and technical reasons, the use of immunohistochemistry (ihc) in bone marrow biopsies (bmb) has not till recently been introduced in diagnostic evaluation. however, this scenario has changed owing to the exponential growth in the number of antibodies available for paraffin-embedded material and the development of techniques for antigen retrieval and material decalcification. not only does this text aim to assist pathologists in the selection/interpretation of antibody panels used in routine laboratories, but it also lists literature references highly useful for diagnostic practice in accordance with the author's experience.
