The Evolution of E-Commerce Payment  [PDF]

Abstract:
Firstly, a game model is established under unconstrained market conditions to illustrate the basic evolutionary rule of the market of e-commerce payment method. It is concluded that the establishment of e-commerce payment market is not normative under the unconstrained market conditions, which shows the importance of the introduction of the third party payment for the establishment of standardized e-commerce trading market. In this way, a standardized e-commerce market can be established. This paper analyses the model parameters to illustrate the strategies and methods to achieve good market behavior. And then it improves the model by adding legal supervision and penalties for illegal businesses and other market constraints. And it’s proved that the regulation of market is very important in creating a good market environment and exit block. Finally, this paper gives some useful suggestions on how to form a good standard of market behavior.

Abstract:

For current physical examination and medical institutions, the majority of Medical projects need a long time to get the result, this wastes user too much time. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a program to achieve viewing the results of examination anytime or anywhere with the help of cell phone applications software. The program proposed to solve the problem that user have to wait for the medical test results for a long time and cause the time waste, compared to the programs which using e-mail, SMS and mailing report card to inform the user the results, this one is to be more efficient, while also better meet user and medical institutions requirements. In addition, in order to test the practicality and feasibility of the program, with IOS devices as the material basis, this paper constructs a Web client system, based on the GPRS technology, we can realize the data communications between the Web server and a client which is the workbench IOS devices. Through testing, we can proof this Web client system has certain practical and development value, with the physical examination institutions become popular gradually, I believe that this design ideas of the system will be used extensively in the medical system, and also will bring a person more convenient.

Spurious Pass-Band Suppression in Coupled-Serial-Shunted Lines Wideband Band-Pass Filters

Abstract: In this paper, a synthesis method is presented for Chebyshev type II band-pass filters in the microwave frequency range. We investigate the cause of the second harmonic passband of coupled-serial-shunted lines bandpass filters. Filters are employed substrate suspension, wavy-edge coupling, ring resonators, defect ground structure (DGS), and a combination of the wavy-edge coupling and ring resonators may be used and were investigated to suppress the harmonic pass-band. With a combination of the wavy-edge coupled-lines and ring resonators, the harmonic pass-band of the parallel-coupled line filter is rejected more effectively. Several filters are fabricated and measured to demonstrate the design.
LANGUAGE COMPETITION AND CHALLENGES IN PLURILINGUAL EDUCATION: THE CASE OF A HAKKA SCHOOL IN TAIWAN

Abstract: The Council of Europe and Taiwan are both promoting plurilingual and intercultural educations for all students, regardless of social group. This paper aims to challenge the assumption that language learning can be expected to benefit all students equally. A Taiwanese socio-cultural study of junior high school students’ (age 13) English language learning processes is used as an example for discussion. Findings from the Hakka School, which is the focus of this paper, revealed emerging inequality arising from the enforcement of a mother-tongue education policy in Taiwan. Language competition and identity clashes are creating a new and worrisome divide that threatens to widen existing gaps not only between urban and rural regions but also among other social groups within Taiwanese society. This study leads to sev-eral conclusions, highlighting implications for teachers of first and second languages, including English, other educators, and policy makers in areas like Europe and Taiwan.
On paratopological groups

Abstract: In this paper, we firstly construct a Hausdorff non-submetrizable paratopological group $G$ in which every point is a $G_{\delta}$-set, which gives a negative answer to Arhangel'ski\v{\i}\ and Tkachenko's question [Topological Groups and Related Structures, Atlantis Press and World Sci., 2008]. We prove that each first-countable Abelian paratopological group is submetrizable. Moreover, we discuss developable paratopological groups and construct a non-metrizable, Moore paratopological group. Further, we prove that a regular, countable, locally $k_{\omega}$-paratopological group is a discrete topological group or contains a closed copy of $S_{\omega}$. Finally, we discuss some properties on non-H-closed paratopological groups, and show that Sorgenfrey line is not H-closed, which gives a negative answer to Arhangel'ski\v{\i}\ and Tkachenko's question [Topological Groups and Related Structures, Atlantis Press and World Sci., 2008]. Some questions are posed.
The mapping $i_{2}$ on the free paratopological groups

Abstract: Let $FP(X)$ be the free paratopological group over a topological space $X$. For each non-negative integer $n\in\mathbb{N}$, denote by $FP_{n}(X)$ the subset of $FP(X)$ consisting of all words of reduced length at most $n$, and $i_{n}$ by the natural mapping from $(X\bigoplus X^{-1}\bigoplus\{e\})^{n}$ to $FP_{n}(X)$. In this paper, we mainly improve some results of A.S. Elfard and P. Nickolas's [On the topology of free paratopological groups. II, Topology Appl., 160(2013), 220--229.]. The main result is that the natural mapping $i_{2}: (X\bigoplus X_{d}^{-1}\bigoplus\{e\})^{2}\longrightarrow FP_{2}(X)$ is a closed mapping if and only if every neighborhood $U$ of the diagonal $\Delta_{1}$ in $X_{d}\times X$ is a member of the finest quasi-uniformity on $X$, where $X$ is a $T_{1}$-space and $X_{d}$ denotes $X$ when equipped with the discrete topology in place of its given topology.
An Expert System Approach to Medical Region Selection for a New Hospital Using Data Envelopment Analysis  [PDF]

Abstract: An appropriate medical region must be selected before establishing a new hospital. Once established, a hospital may bring many medical doctors and facilities to the area. Not only can the distribution of medical resources in that area be influenced, but also competition among different hospitals can be enhanced. The government needs to consider the issue of medical resource distribution; therefore, medical region selection has important policy implications. This study uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) to establish the effective indicators, and also uses an expert system on the equality of medical resource distribution to identify medical areas lacking medical resources and where there is relatively less competition. As a result, this study can provide the necessary information to facilitate the choice of region for a new hospital. This method not only avoids assigning a hospital to a medical region where there are surplus resources, but it can also reduce the risk of excessive competition.
The topological properties of $q$-spaces in free topological groups

Abstract: Given a Tychonoff space $X$, let $F(X)$ and $A(X)$ be respectively the free topological group and the free Abelian topological group over $X$ in the sense of Markov. In this paper, we provide some topological properties of $X$ whenever one of $F(X)$, $A(X)$, some finite level of $F(X)$ and some finite level of $A(X)$ is $q$-space (in particular, locally $\omega$-bounded spaces and $r$-spaces), which give some partial answers to a problem posed in [11].
A note on rectifiable spaces

Abstract: In this paper, we firstly discuss the question: Is $l_{2}^{\infty}$ homeomorphic to a rectifiable space or a paratopological group? And then, we mainly discuss locally compact rectifiable spaces, and show that a locally compact and separable rectifiable space is $\sigma$-compact, which gives an affirmative answer to A.V. Arhangel'ski\v{i} and M.M. Choban's question [On remainders of rectifiable spaces, Topology Appl., 157(2010), 789-799]. Next, we show that a rectifiable space $X$ is strongly Fr$\acute{e}$chet-Urysohn if and only if $X$ is an $\alpha_{4}$-sequential space. Moreover, we discuss the metrizabilities of rectifiable spaces, which gives a partial answer for a question posed in \cite{LFC2009}. Finally, we consider the remainders of rectifiable spaces, which improve some results in \cite{A2005, A2007, A2009, Liu2009}.

These enzymes play an important role in the turnover of extracellular matrix proteins in various tissues and their dysregulation has been implicated in disease-related processes such as arthritis, atherosclerosis, cancer, and inflammation. ADAMTS-7 and ADAMTS-12 share a similar domain organization to each other and form a subgroup within the ADAMTS family. Emerging evidence suggests that ADAMTS-7 and ADAMTS-12 may play an important role in the development and pathogenesis of various kinds of diseases. In this review, we summarize what is currently known about the roles of these two metalloproteinases, with a special focus on their involvement in chondrogenesis, endochondral ossification, and the pathogenesis of arthritis, atherosclerosis, and cancer. The future study of ADAMTS-7 and ADAMTS-12, as well as the molecules with which they interact, will help us to better understand a variety of human diseases from both a biological and therapeutic standpoint.
