The Analysis of the Investment Climate in China after the Financial Crisis  [PDF]

Abstract: Is Chinese investment climate worse off after the financial crisis? Has the investment climate structure in China changed? Based on these two questions, by comparing the investment situation between 2007 and 2013 in different provinces and cities, the paper uses principal component analysis and cluster analysis from province, cluster and region perspectives to study the regional investment climate changes in China after the financial crisis. The study shows that after the financial crisis the general investment climate does not have huge changes. The east, middle, and west regions have significant differences, among which there is better investment climate in the east region, the evolvement in the middle region is distinct, whilst the improvement from the west region is less. This paper also gives a few political suggestions towards the results.
Research on Knowledge Gap Recognition Mechanism of Virtual Industry Cluster

Abstract: As a new organizing form, VIC gets rid of regional limit of traditional cluster, realizing virtual space agglomeration which crossing space and time. Knowledge sharing and complementary is foundation to form VIC and be one of the main goals. As preparation of the knowledge transfer, recognizing and making up for knowledge gap did not caused most scholars' attention. This study argues that, knowledge gap recognition is the premise of knowledge transfer, combined with knowledge theories, the connotation of knowledge gap were introduced. Based on the classification of strategic management of knowledge, we got knowledge gap types and designed recognition process of knowledge gap from endogenous and exogenous factors. We had respectively detail analysis on both knowledge demand and supply. This study used Bipartite Graph Theory to match knowledge gap between two sides, studied six costs which might occur during the process of make up for knowledge gap and according to the costs to choose the way to fill the gap.

Abstract: Because of enterprise’s own resources can not meet the needs of the innovative activities, more and more enterprises looking forward to cooperative innovation with others. In the cooperation process, for multidimensional, there is a game behavior. Due to the fact that incomplete information exists in the process of cooperation, most multidimensional game belongs to incomplete information game. According to the definition of fuzzy stable set and solution, in this study, the fuzzy mathematics is used in multidimensional game and provides league members with incomplete information state problem decision support. At the same time, provides new ideas to the analysis of dynamic gains among cooperation process.

Abstract:
The mechanical response of shock-loaded microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) is simulated to formulate guidelines for the design of dynamically reliable MEMS. MEMS are modeled as microstructures supported on elastic substrates, and the shock loads are represented as pulses of acceleration applied by the package on the substrate over a finite time duration. For typical MEMS and shock loads, the response of the substrate is closely approximated by rigid-body motion. Results indicate that modeling the shock force as a quasi-static force for MEMS with low-natural frequencies may lead to erroneous results. A criterion is obtained to distinguish between the dynamic and quasi-static responses of the MEMS.

Abstract:

A model is provided to predict the prawn’s harvest in aquaculture through analytical research in agrometeorology, mathematical statistics, synoptic meteorology and et al. It is found out that the Benefit Analysis of the Best Harvest is one of the most ideal ways. The models for the breeding objects, climate prediction and analysis of market quotation should be set up and perfected continuously. Only when the dynamic numerical simulation of the growth is accurate and the short-term weather forecast and the market quotation are reliable, will the suitable harvest time be predicted precisely. We used to write this paper with the foundation on ideologies.

Changing Characteristics on Dust Storm in Jiangsu  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on observation data of dust storm for the years 1960-2006 from weather stations across Jiangsu, this essay provides a statistical analysis on the characteristics and trends, including the timeframes and regions of the incidences of four weather phenomena: sandstorm, blowing sand, floating dust and haze in an effort to better understand the trend of dust storm changes in Jiangsu Province, China. The result indicates that, on average, the incidences of sandstorm, indi- cated with the total number of days in a year in Jiangsu is low and on a declining trend. With the improvement of the environment, no sandstorm has been observed for many years. In general, those of blowing sand and floating dust have been reducing, and showing a significant improvement during the recent years. What should be noted, however, is the accelerated increase in haze incidences, particularly, in Southern Jiangsu.
THE SERIES OF DIFFRACTION BY CONDUCTING CYLINDER

Abstract: This paper suggests an approximation method for solving the problems of diffraction due to perfectly conducting cylinder, the section of which is a smooth curve C of arbitrary form. The principle of the method is similar to that of H. Bremmer: The field of diffraction due to a cylinder with a polygonal section (which is an inscribed polygon of the curve C) is expanded into a series. The first term of the series is the geometrical field. The second term of the series is the sum of the elementary diffraction fields due to the wedges of the polygonal cylinder. These fields are taken as those of Sommerfeld's problem, i.e., both sides of each wedge are infinitely extended. Each of these elementary fields falls on the neighbour wedge and is diffracted by the latter, and this diffracted field in turn falls on the next neighbour wedge and is again diffracted by the latter, etc. The field diffracted by the wedges one after another in such a way is called the main tangential elementary field. The third term of the series is the sum of these main tangential elementary fields. The field diffracted by wedge A, being diffracted again by the neighbour wedge B, reflects back on wedge A again, and then propagates in this direction progressively in a manner mentioned above. Such a field is called once-reflected elementary field. The fourth term of the series is the sum of these once-reflected elementary fields, etc. In general, the m-th term of the series is the sum of the (m-3) times-reflected elementary fields. Every elementary diffracted field due to any wedge is taken as the solution of Sommerfeld's problem for this wedge in the manner mentioned above. As the sides of the inscribed polygon approach to zero, the inscribed polygon approaches to the curve C, and each term of the series becomes an integral, the limit of the summation of the series approaching to the rigorous solution of the initial problem.The first three terms of the series are deduced individually. For the general m-th term a recurrent formula is given. Finally the condition of convergence of the series is discussed.
GENERALIZATION OF THE BREMMER SERIES

Abstract: This paper gives a generalized statement of the Bremmer theory in the case that the medium and the incident wave are of general form (it is called the local principle of the process of wave motion) and proves it schematically. The Bremmer serieses of three concrete cases are deduced in a way similar to that used by Bremmer. These are:1) Planely stratified medium, obliquely incident plane wave;2) Cylindrically stratified medium with a line source coincident with the axis of the cylinder;3) Spherically stratified medium with a point source at its centre.Finally the author has attempted to give a mathematical form for the condition that the process of wave propagation can be described rigorously by rays, and points out the unstrictness in a paper of Bellman and Kalaba.

Abstract: A scheme of multi-exposure holographic method for obtaining a single mask for realization of a kind of unitary transforms is suggested. The formula of signal-to-noise ratio of the transform due to masks of this sort is deduced from a statistical point of view.
