Harmonious Society and the Changes in Concepts of Local Legislation

Abstract: Local legislation is an important part of a national legislative system. Facing the conflicts and contradictions among multiple interest groups in modern society, the role that local legislation should play in the construction of a harmonious society is especially crucial. The development of practice needs changes in concept; concept is the instruction of legislation and scientific concepts are the basis and premise for the harmony of local legislation. In formulating the harmonious socialist society, the development of local legislation requires new concepts; therefore, the concepts of local legislation, with the considerable enlargement of local legislative right, are changing from subordination to autonomy, from economic legislation to diversifying legislation. Key words: harmonious society; concepts of legislation; legislative power; autonomy Résumé: La législation locale est un composant essentiel du système de législation nationale. Face aux conflits de multiples groupes d'intérêt de la société moderne, il est important de mettre en valeur la législation locale dans la construction d'une société harmonieuse. Le développement de la pratique demande une évolution de concept. Le concept est le guide de législation et un concept scientifique est la base et la condition de l'harmonie de la législation localee.Dans la construction d'une société socialiste harmonieuse, le développement de législation locale exige une mise à jour de concept et le concept de législation locale devrait étre élargit avec le pouvoir législatif local. La législation locale devrait passer de subordination à l'autonomie, du modèle de législation économique au modèle de la législation diversifiée. Image Reconstruction Based on Homotopy Perturbation Inversion Method for Electrical Impedance Tomography

Abstract: The image reconstruction for electrical impedance tomography (EIT) mathematically is a typed nonlinear ill-posed inverse problem. In this paper, a novel iteration regularization scheme based on the homotopy perturbation technique, namely, homotopy perturbation inversion method, is applied to investigate the EIT image reconstruction problem. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness, simulations of image reconstruction have been performed in terms of considering different locations, sizes, and numbers of the inclusions, as well as robustness to data noise. Numerical results indicate that this method can overcome the numerical instability and is robust to data noise in the EIT image reconstruction. Moreover, compared with the classical Landweber iteration method, our approach improves the convergence rate. The results are promising. 1. Introduction Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is an imaging modality which seeks to reconstruct the electrical conductivity distribution inside the interested objection from the surface electrical measurements. The process of generating an image from the measurements is called image reconstruction. Being a noninvasive, portable, and inexpensive methodology, the EIT technique has been extensively applied in medical imaging, geophysical exploration, nondestructive testing of materials, and so forth [1–3]. However, the image reconstruction for EIT mathematically is by nature a nonlinear and ill-posed inverse problem, which makes the image reconstruction a challenging task. Nonlinearity increases the requirement for using iterative image reconstruction techniques rather than noniterative ones, while ill-posedness makes any numerical reconstruction method require some form of regularization technique to obtain stable solution. Image quality greatly depends on the performance of the forward solver and the measurement errors but also depends on the regularization technique and the converging nature of iterative algorithm used in inverse problem. At present, various reconstruction algorithms have been developed to improve the image quality and increase the speed of inversion algorithms [4–10]. In the past few years, iterative image reconstruction with an updated forward solution has been investigated. In particular, the Landweber iteration method is one of the most straightforward and popular iterative algorithms for image reconstruction problem [11–14]. Theconstruction of an integrative shuttle expression vector and potential utility was reported inEscherichiacoliandAnabaena(Nostoc) sp. strain PCC 7120. The vector comprised of the following elements: (a) an intergenic non-coding region fromAnabaenato facilitate its genomic integration (b) a strong functional PpsbAIpromoter fromAnabaenafor desired gene expression and (c) neomycin phosphotransferase gene with its own promoter for the selection of transfor-mants. The constructed vectorpAnFP was evaluated by cloning, transfer and expression of thegfpgene encoding green fluorescent protein. When theE.coliandAnabaenasp. strain PCC 7120 were transformed, intensive green fluorescence produced by the products of GFP protein was observed. This result indicated that the integrative shuttle vector pAnFP can be promisingly used in genome transformation for expression of heterologous genes inE.coliand microalgae such asAnabaenaandNostocstrains.

3D Finite Element Analysis of the Stray Loss in Power Transformer Structure Parts  [PDF]

In order to analyze the leakage magnetic field and stray loss in power transformer, leakage magnetic field and stray loss in structure parts of a power transformer are calculated by three-dimensional (3-D) non-linear time harmonic finite element method (FEM). The results show that stray loss and loss density in structure parts are large and which may lead to local overheating and affect performance of the transformer. The magnetic shields are used to reduce the stray loss and loss density of power transformer. Effects of these shields on stray loss and loss density of structure parts are discussed. The results show that stray loss and local overheating can be reduced and eliminated effectively by adding magnetic shields. It provides some references for the analysis of stray loss and optimization design in transformer.

Abstract: Aimed at the current treatment status of the polymer-flooding wastewater in Bohai oilfield, electrochemical technology used for polymer-degradation and oil-removal was researched. It formed the process flow of cyclone mixed dosing → electrochemical removal oil → inclined tube removal oil → walnut shell filter, and a set of skid mounted wastewater containing polymer treatment plant was designed and manufactured, which was used for the field test of electrochemical treatment of wastewater containing polymer in offshore oilfield. The result shows that the oil removal rate of the electrochemical treatment process is over 98%, and the synergistic effect is significant especially used in conjunction with water clarifier of BHQ-04. When the amount of water clarifier is 50 - 150 mg/L, the oil content, the median particle diameter and the suspended solids content of the filtered water is 8 - 18 mg/L, 1.9 - 2.26 μm and 1.39 - 2.04 mg/L respectively, which reach the scene water quality standards for water injection.
Transient Solution for Lossy Transmission Line by Means of Orthogonal Projection Method

Abstract: A novel electromagnetic transient analysis technique by means of the orthogonal projection method for lossy transmission line is proposed. By employing the proposed method, the traveling waves propagating from one terminal to another can be quickly obtained with less amount of computation at considerably large steps. First of all, the differential function to variable time can be approximated to be the convolution with a fixed vector relates to a certain set of orthogonal basis, e.g. Daubechies' basis. The partial differential telegraph equations related to both variable time t and distance x are then transformed to be differential equations only related to x. The solution of such equations can be obtained accordingly. The discrete coefficients of propagation function for lossy line are obtained as well, by which the propagating traveling waves can be calculated precisely at considerably large sampling periods with less amount of computation.

Abstract: The title layered coordination polymer, [Cd(C14H16N5O3)2]n or [Cd(ppa)2]n, where ppa is 8-ethyl-5-oxo-2-(piperazin-1-yl)-5,8-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxylate, was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The CdII atom (site symmetry 2) exhibits a distorted cis-CdN2O4 octahedral geometry defined by two N-monodentate and two O,O′-bidentate ppa monoanions. The extended two-dimensional structure resulting from the bridging ppa species is a grid lying parallel to (001). An N—H...O hydrogen bond helps to establish the crystal packing.

Abstract: We developed a new approach for the reconstruction of phylogeny trees based on the chaos game representation (CGR) of biological sequences. The chaos game representation (CGR) method generates a picture from a biological sequence, which displays both local and global patterns. The quantitative index of the biological sequence is extracted from the picture. The Kullback-Leibler discrimination information is used as a diversity indicator to measure the dissimilarity of each pair of biological sequences. The new method is inspected by two data sets: the Eutherian orders using concatenated H-stranded amino acid sequences and the genome sequence of the SARS and coronavirus. The phylogeny trees constructed by the new method are consistent with the commonly accepted ones. These results are very promising and suggest more efforts for further developments.

Security situation awareness is a new technology about security. This paper brings it to the assessment of security situation of metro station which serves as a new way to secure the security of passengers as well as the operation of the metro station. This paper sets up an index system for assessing the security situation awareness and makes a prediction model for the security situation of metro station based on PSO/SVM after doing lots of researches and analyses. Furthermore, through case studies, we find that the model has high accuracy and ability to accurately predict the security situation of metro station in the future and a certain practical value.

Abstract: Higher medical education in China is dually challenged by inadequate understanding of career motivation among high school graduates and by insufficient self-directed learning capability as a result of long-term exam-based education. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is one of the most essential basic courses at Fourth Military Medical University (FMMU), but students usually feel torn to deal with it. We have been making efforts to improve teaching efficiency for over twenty years. Our teaching reform involves design of students-centered experimental course, reorganization of theoretical course and attempt to evoke critical thinking in class. A few tips are shared with regards to how to make the course of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology more rewarding.
