Abstract: Considering the uniqueness of meromorphic functions concerning differential monomials ,we obtain that, if two non-constant meromorphic functions f(z) and g(z) satisfy ,where k and n are tow positive integers satisfying k ≥ 3 and n ≥ 11 , then either where c1, c2, c, are three constants, satisfying (c1 c2)n+1c>n+1=- 1 or f = tg for a constant t such that tn+1 = 1
Effective Government Intervention in Establishing Optimal Financing Frame for Transnational Operation of Private Enterprises

Abstract: A government’s financing policies are essential to its private enterprises’ transnational operation and development. Many foreign governments have attached much importance to their private enterprises and supported them by formulating a series of preferential financing policies and providing corresponding conditions for them. In this paper, Chinese private enterprises’ financing statuses in domestic and international markets are analyzed, in order to increase the financing strength for the transnational operation of Chinese private enterprises from the view of emphasizing government support.

Abstract: Introduction: Non-invasive methods that can predict sperm recovery in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) arouse interest of clinicians. The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive value of sperm retrieval in NOA. Materials and Methods: In the retrospective study, fine needle aspiration (FNA) was performed on 306 patients with NOA at the department of andrology, Wuhan Tongji Reproductive Medical Hospital. Inhibin B, FSH and LH plasma levels were analyzed and sperms were retrieved in 67 of 306 cases (21.89%). Results: There were statistically significant differences between successful and unsuccessful sperm recoverygroups in terms of mean serum inhibin B, FSH and LH levels. The areas under the curve (AUC) of inhibin B, FSH and LH were 0.696, 0.729 and 0.747 respectively, and the AUC for the combined value of the three hormones is 0.832. The cut-off points were 27.31 pg/ml, 11.68 IU/L and 4.04 IU/L for inhibin B, FSH and LH respectively. Conclusions: This study suggests that the combined evaluation of inhibin B, FSH and LH is a more effective predictor for successful sperm retrieval in patients with NOA before decision making of an invasive procedure than any single factor.
FEM and EFG Quasi-Static Explicit Buckling Analysis for Thin-Walled Members  [PDF]

Abstract: The quasi-static explicit finite element method (FEM) and element free Galerkin (EFG) method are applied to trace the post-buckling equilibrium path of thin-walled members in this paper. The factors that primarily control the explicit buckling solutions, such as the computation time, loading function and dynamic relaxation, are investigated and suggested for the buckling analysis of thin-walled members. Three examples of different buckling modes, namely snap-through, overall and local buckling, are studied based on the implicit FEM, quasi-static explicit FEM and EFG method via the commercial software LS-DYNA. The convergence rate and accuracy of the explicit methods are compared with the conventional implicit arc-length method. It is drawn that EFG quasi-static explicit buckling analysis presents the same accurate results as implicit finite element solution, but is without convergence problem and of less-consumption of computing time than FEM.
Design of Ultra-Wideband MIMO Antenna for Breast Tumor Detection

Abstract: A MIMO antenna composed by microstrip line-fed circular slot antenna is proposed. This antenna is used in ultra-wideband microwave imaging systems aimed for early breast cancer detection. The antenna is designed to operate across the ultra-wideband frequency band in the air. The mutual coupling between the antenna elements has been investigated to be low enough for MIMO medical imaging applications. Both the simulation and measurement results are shown to illustrate the performances of the proposed antenna.
Emergency Materials Supply Chain Coordination by the Joint Mechanism between Government and Enterprises

Abstract: This paper researches into the sales of co-reserve emergency supplies by government and enterprises united, in which the government ( by commission, holding a company) ordered emergency supplies from the Suppliers and updates the selling dynamically within the validity period of the quality of the materials. It also analyzes that the demand change caused by the change of the sensitivity coefficient of the price-demand function under unexpected emergencies may lead to the failure of the coordination of the original supplier-government-retailer three-tier supply chain and the paper also gives the optimal strategy for the supply chain to respond to the emergencies, and puts forward the corresponding quality discounts and revenue sharing contract. Finally, the equation used in this paper shows that this mode of cooperation can not only reduce the government budget, but also has the anti-emergencies ability.

Abstract: Let $f$ be a transcendental meromorphic function in the complex plane $\mathbb{C}$, and $a$ be a nonzero complex number . We give quantitative estimates for the characteristic function $T(r,f)$ in terms of $N(r,1/(f^l(f^{(k)})^n-a))$, for integers $k$, $l$, $n$ greater than 1. We conclude that $f^l(f^{(k)})^n$ assumes every nonzero finite value infinitely often.
Reliability analysis of structure with random parametersbased on multivariate power polynomial expansion

Abstract: A new method for calculating the failure probability of structures with random parameters is proposed based on multivariate power polynomial expansion, in which the uncertain quantities include material properties, structural geometric characteristics and static loads. The structural response is first expressed as a multivariable power polynomial expansion, of which the coefficients are then determined by utilizing the higher-order perturbation technique and Galerkin projection scheme. Then, the final performance function of the structure is determined. Due to the explicitness of the performance function, a multifold integral of the structural failure probability can be calculated directly by the Monte Carlo simulation, which only requires a small amount of computation time. Two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method. It is shown that compared with the widely used first-order reliability method(FORM)and second-order reliability method(SORM), the results of the proposed method are closer to that of the direct Monte Carlo method, and it requires much less computational time.

Abstract: The molecularly imprinted technology and the self-assembly technique were used together on the calixarene surface acoustic wave (SAW) chemical sensors to detect organophosphorus compounds. 25-(thioalkyl-alkoxy)-p-tertbutylcalix[4] arene with self-assembled monolayer character was the sensitive coating of the sensors. The sensors had a special response to organophosphorus compounds and the response frequency shift of this sensor to organophosphorus compounds in 0.1 mg/m3 was 350 Hz. The response frequency increased linearly with the increase of the concentration of DMMP in the range from 0.1 to 0.6 mg/m3. The possible explanation of the interaction between the coatings and organophosphorus compounds was discussed.

Abstract: ByBimolecular Nucleophilic Substitution, four new types of alkylene triphenyl double quaternary phosphonium salt were synthesized respectively by using triphenylphosphine, 1,3-dibromopropane, 1,6-dibromohexane,1,10-dibromo- decane, 1,12-dibromododecane as raw materials and using DMAC as the solvent, under a certain temperature and reac- tion time. The productivity is 58% - 83%. The molecular structures of the products were characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. The sterilizing effect of 1,6-hexylidene triphenyl double phosphonium bromide(HTDPB) and 1,12- dodecylidene triphenyl double phosphonium bromide(DoTDPB) was evaluated by using extinct dilution method.The experimental result shows that the sterilizing effect of DoTDPB is better than the effect of HTDPB under the same drug concentration and contact time. When the concentration of DoTDPB was 20 mg/L and the contact time was 0.5 h, the sterilizing rate of DoTDPB used to kill saprophytic bacteria (TGB), sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and iron bacteria (IB) was 95.56%, 84% and 99.58% respectively.
