Theoretical Deduction of the Hubble Law Beginning with a MoND Theory in Context of the ΛFRW-Cosmology  [PDF]
Nelson Falcon, Andrés Aguirre
International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics (IJAA) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ijaa.2014.44051
Abstract: We deduced the Hubble law and the age of the Universe, through the introduction of the Inverse Yukawa Field (IYF), as a non-local additive complement of the Newtonian gravitation (Modified Newtonian Dynamics). As a result, we connected the dynamics of astronomical objects at great scale with the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker ΛFRW) model. From the corresponding formalism, the Hubble law can be expressed as = (4π[G]/c)r, which was derived by evaluating the IYF force at distances much greater than 50 Mpc, giving a maximum value for the expansion rate of the universe of H0(max≈ 86.31 km·s-1Mpc-1, consistent with the observational data of 392 astronomical objects from NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (NED). This additional field (IYF) provides a simple interpretation of dark energy as the action of baryonic matter at large scales. Additionally, we calculated the age of the universe as 11 Gyr, in agreement with recent measurements of the age of the white dwarfs in the solar neighborhood.
Aguirre Briones,Andrés;
Polis (Santiago) , 2009, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-65682009000100014
Abstract: chile experiments a period of readequacies on social issues. the civic demand for more equality and social security reflects in the public debate about distributive dimensions such as minimum wages. as an attempt to give answers to these requirements, the democratic government has implemented reforms in the educational field, in labour and previsional areas. the present paper proposes to contribute to an institutional characterization of the chilean social policy and an analysis of the distributive dynamics. for the achievement of this goal, specialized studies about the welfare states are resorted, adapting these contributions to the configuration of the social policies in the national context. further on, some social indicators linked to the treatment of inequality and poverty are introduced, comparing the distributive measures with the ones used in the countries of the ocde.
Aguirre Veloso,Patricio Andrés;
Ius et Praxis , 2006, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-00122006000100007
Abstract: law n° 19.971 concerning international commercial arbitration contains rules relative to determining the law applicable to contracts, in accordance with which the parties are enabled to choose, with a high degree of autonomy, the law controlling the contract, even allowing fragmentation of the law or the choice of non-state laws. in the event that the parties do not designate the law applicable to the contract, the arbitral tribune will determine the rules of dispute in accordance with which the legislation governing them will be designated. in this sense, the regulation contained in the law on international commercial arbitration confirms the full force of the national legal code concerning autonomy in disputes as a connecting factor in contractual matters, accepted only partially by the doctrine and the jurisprudence. these circumstances permit the anticipation of possible controversies regarding the attainment of the aforementioned autonomy. taking into account that the content of law n° 19.971 corresponds, with few variations, to that of the uncitral model law on international commercial arbitration when interpreting the first, it is pertinent to consider the history of establishment, commentaries and jurisprudence relative to the second, background that should be taken into account on fixing the meaning and the extent of its decrees

Revista CS , 2012,
Abstract: This article analyzes the speech of a group of self-identified homosexual men in Cali inwhich they refer to the visibilization of homosexuality and its consequences. Distancingitself from the explanation of such speech as “internal homophobia” or as “endo-discrimiation,”the current study instead utilizes Judith Butler’s concept of performativityin three categories of analysis: allegory, implicit and explicit norms, and desire/aversion.Based on this analysis, this hate speech can be read as a succession of performative actsthat constitute an idealized subject while simultaneously reaffirming a desired yet threatenedmasculinity. These performative acts not only allow them to defend themselves againsta perceived persecution for a sexual abjection that threatens heteronormativity, but alsoallow for a strong component of homoerotic desire to be embedded within such speech.
Pinochet Olave,Ruperto Andrés; Aguirre Veloso,Patricio;
Ius et Praxis , 2006, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-00122006000100009
Abstract: this is the last article in a series of four in which i have presented a comprehensive study of the formation of consent or agreement by electronic means. it deals with the location of electronic consent, analyzing, in the first section, the rules for its determination provided by the spanish and chilean law, and highlighting the differences between the solutions found in each national law. the second section moves to a more current discussion of the locus of consent formation, drawing from applicable international law instruments. notwithstanding these rules, it is to be noted that the contemporary trend is to give more leverage to the will of the parties in determining the jurusduction and law to be applied to the controversies that may arise from a contract, with the excepcion of consumer law, where as it is well known, most rules are not disposable by the agreement of the parties due to the tutelary role of the law in that area

Paidéia (Ribeir?o Preto) , 2010, DOI: 10.1590/S0103-863X2010000100014
Abstract: the production of drawings in group and the rorschach test were used in the course of a semi-intensive psychiatric treatment of a patient with schizophrenia cared for in a psychosocial care center. the structural-phenomenological method, which aims to understand individuals' way of being and experiencing a disease based on what they reveal in images and language, was used. the patient inserted colors, which represent affective expression, on drawings of achromatic colors and integrated human figures on deformed human contents showing availability in relationships. the rorschach indicates a more appropriate contact with reality given the diminished distorted perception of fantasized form and figures. the patient was discharged after persecutory symptoms and social isolation decreased. the use of such techniques has aided the difficult task of diagnosing and monitoring changes in patients in multidisciplinary mental health care.
