Saladino García, Alberto;
Latinoamérica. Revista de estudios Latinoamericanos , 2010,
Abstract: enrique dussel is one of the forgers of the philosophy of liberation whose imprint is to deploy a radical anti-capitalist critique. given that in his broad and rich work are several references to aboriginals in america, it seemed to me appropriate to systematize his thoughts on that matter. two works so establish: his doctoral thesis in the decade of the sixties and other text in the decade of the nineties, which appeared with two different titles. in their approach are embroidered topics to build an explanation of the genesis of the problem of the indigenous people in latin-america, their status as colonized and possibilities about the necessary improvement of that situation.
The level of infestation with the vector of cattle babesiosis in Argentina
Guglielmone, Alberto A.;
Memórias do Instituto Oswaldo Cruz , 1992, DOI: 10.1590/S0074-02761992000700020
Abstract: studies were carried out to determine the differential aptitude to sustain the only vector of cattle babesiosis in argentina, the tick boophilus microplus, throughout the infested region of this country. tick counts on bos taurus cattle were used as the main criterion to classify favourable (f), intermediate (i) and unfavourable (u) areas for its development. the geographical limits of each area set up using data of non-parasitic tick stages, temperature, water balance and map recognition of flooded and unflooded zones. the f area contained 16.5 x 10 (elevado a sexta potência) ha with a cattle population of 6 x 10 (elevado a sexta potência); the i and u areas had 25 x 10 (elevado a sexta potência ha with 2.7 x 10 (elevado a sexta potência) cattle and 198 x 10 (elevado a sexta potência) with population of 2.4 x 10(elevado a sexta potência) cattle, respectively. research on the relationship amongst babesia-boophilus-cattle is needed in the f area for tick development which coincides with the best region for cattle breeding.
Moreno Do?a,Alberto;
Polis (Santiago) , 2010, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-65682010000100018
Abstract: school has traditionally been associated with knowledge. the question normally asked in schools is: what do you know? it is not usual to hear this other question: what do you feel? we will explain in this essay that this is due to the traditional way of understanding the educational process in schools. that is the reason why we propose to reformulate the formal educational process, starting by democratizing schools, and more specifically, allowing pupils to self organize in relation to the time and educational spaces. freedom to make decisions in an autonomous way and freedom as something that generates a nice and fruitful coexistence are two important conditions for the abovementioned democratization.
Yorio,Alberto A.;
Revista argentina de neurocirug?-a , 2010,
Abstract: this paper discusses some anatomical and physiological evidenc that shows a network of neurons with sensorimotor integration properties, called "mirror neurons". these neurons are characterized by encoding actions both made by the individual as reported, suggesting that it would constitute the neural substrate of understanding the meaning of the actions of other individuals. it also raised other hypotheses that link the mirror neuron system with coding skills learned behavior, the ability of imitation of human social behavior, training and understanding of abstract concepts, communication and language. the location of the mirror neuron system at the crossroads between the cerebral cortex areas in which they process information related to spatial orientation, vision and hearing, would facilitate the integration of different sensory modalities required for complex actions learned. the "motor engrams" and "motor innervation pattern, classically postulated mechanisms independent of the encoding of" praxia "would have a real existence as complementary functions of the mirror neuron system whose center is located in the supramarginal gyrus located in the left inferior parietal lobe. injury to this structure of the central nervous system and the white adjacent matter causes neuropsychological disorder known as ideomotor apraxia. from the integration of sensory and motor mirror neuron system may also be the coding circuit of other types of information, such as abstract concepts and the use of metaphors, which is a special ability of the human.

Alberto A. Zalles
