单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎关节间隙变化的影像学研究

Abstract: 摘要 目的: 探讨单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者双侧关节间隙的闭口位关节曲面断层片特征。方法: 收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院颞下颌关节专病门诊诊断为单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者27例,使用数字化曲面断层X片机记录患者在牙尖交错位时双侧颞下颌关节矢状位曲面断层片,使用软件CliniView9.2重建,并测量颞下颌关节髁突的前、上、后间隙距离,健侧与患侧相互比较。结果: 患侧的前、上、后髁突间隙较患侧分别增宽约32.46%、64.62%、55.05%。不对称指数结果显示,上间隙对造成髁突间隙不对称影响较大,单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者的患侧髁突前、上、后间隙均明显大于健侧(P<0.05)。结论: 单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者的患侧髁突间隙均比健侧增宽,且上间隙对双侧关节间隙的对称程度影响较大

Abstract: 摘要 目的: 探讨单侧后牙正锁牙合、关节弹响与咀嚼肌电活动的相关性。方法: 分别收集新疆医科大学大学生单侧后牙正锁牙合组人数40例,单侧关节弹响组人数40例,无关节弹响的个别正常牙合人数40例,分别记录各组下颌姿势位(mandibular postural position,MPP)及牙尖交错位(intercuspal position,ICP)紧咬时双侧颞肌前束(temporal anterior muscle,TA)及咬肌(masseter muscle,MM)的表面肌电值(surface electromyography,SEMG),并计算出咀嚼肌不对称指数,单侧后牙正锁牙合组、单侧关节弹响组均与无关节弹响的个别正常牙合组比较研究。结果: 单侧后牙正锁牙合组锁牙合侧MMP时TA与MM较正常组均有较弱的肌电活动(P<0.05),非锁牙合侧与正常组差异无统计学意义,锁牙合侧咀嚼肌肌电均较非锁牙合侧高(P<0.05)。单侧后牙正锁牙合组ICP紧咬时锁牙合侧TA及MM肌电活动均较正常组及非锁牙合侧弱。锁牙合组咀嚼肌不对称指数均大于个别正常牙合组。单侧磨牙正锁牙合组较单侧前磨牙正锁牙合组在MMP及ICP咀嚼肌不对称指数高(P<0.05)。单侧关节弹响组在MMP及ICP紧咬时与个别正常牙合组比较咀嚼肌肌电均无统计学差异。结论: 锁牙合与咀嚼肌肌电变化有关,关节弹响与咀嚼肌肌电变化无关

Abstract: 摘要 目的:评价利多卡因、弥可保、得宝松以1∶1∶1混匀封闭注射治疗翼外肌痉挛的疗效。方法:收集翼外肌痉挛患者28例,并对其进行3次为一疗程的封闭治疗。分析治疗1个疗程前后患者的临床特征、疼痛VAS评分、下颌功能运动、Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数的变化。结果:第3次注射结束后与治疗前相比,翼外肌痉挛患者的疼痛VAS评分降低(P<0.05),张口度增加(P<0.05),侧方及前伸边缘运动增大(P<0.05)、Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数均减小(P<0.05)。结论:封闭注射治疗翼外肌痉挛有效

Abstract: 摘要 目的: 探讨反牙合与颞下颌关节结构紊乱病的相关性。方法: 收集59例,诊断为颞下颌关节结构紊乱病伴反牙合患者。将颞下颌关节结构紊乱病患者分为可复性关节盘移位、不可复性关节盘移位。根据反牙合牙位、反牙合牙形态功能、反牙合牙数目、反牙合牙相对中线关系分组,运用SPSS22.0软件对数据行卡方分析。结果: 反牙合牙位与颞下颌关节结构紊乱病有关,前后牙均有反牙合的颞下颌关节结构紊乱病患者与不可复性关节盘移位有关(P<0.05);其余分类均无相关性。结论: 反牙合牙位是颞下颌关节结构紊乱病的潜在影响因素,牙合疲劳易诱发关节结构紊乱
A Unique Perspective on Data Coding and Decoding

Abstract: The concept of a loss-less data compression coding method is proposed, and a detailed description of each of its steps follows. Using the Calgary Corpus and Wikipedia data as the experimental samples and compared with existing algorithms, like PAQ or PPMstr, the new coding method could not only compress the source data, but also further re-compress the data produced by the other compression algorithms. The final files are smaller, and by comparison with the original compression ratio, at least 1% redundancy could be eliminated. The new method is simple and easy to realize. Its theoretical foundation is currently under study. The corresponding Matlab source code is provided in? the Appendix.

Abstract: In this paper, a synchronization QoP (quality of presentation) mapping concept is proposed for meeting the quality requirement of multimedia real-time transmission. The essence of this idea is to create a tool to measure the synchronization quality for distributed multimedia systems from the viewpoint of perceptive field through building the fuzzy mapping from QoS (quality of service) to QoP. Based on Dr. Ralf Steinmetz's perception experiment, the algorithm to construct the synchronization QoP mapping is proposed. This algorithm is based on approximating perceptual annoying curves. By extracting the fuzzy membership functions, it implements the fuzzy mapping from QoS to QoP. With this algorithm, the paradigm which applies the fuzzy QoP mapping to time model of multimedia synchronization in real-time multimedia communication is also presented. Using the fuzzy membership function of fuzzy QoP mapping as conditions of fuzzy control mechanism, the transition of synchronization semantics can be controlled to adjust the quality of media synchronization.

Abstract: 1.06μm激光以3.5×1013W/cm2管壁辐照强度注入带侧向喷口Mg微管靶管内。利用X射线条纹相机测量Mg10+和Mg11+离子沿侧喷方向发射X射线谱随时间变化过程,X射线时间分辨谱结果表明,三体再复合过程是实现Mg10+离子激发态1s4p和1s3p能级间粒子数反转的主要机制。用2660?紫外激光探针探测侧向喷口处等离子体电子密度,其密度值与用光谱分析获取的一致。

Abstract: With a given density profile of plasma,the temperature profiles of the plasma operating in the negative central magnetic shear mode,the H-mode and L-mode of conventional magnetic shear,are calculated respectively by applying the energy equation of electrons and ions,according to the thermal conductivity in different operational regimes.And then the electron cyclotron current drive and wave power deposition in the above modes are investigated with the relativistic Fokker-Planck equation incorporated into a ray tracing code.The result shows that in the mode of negative central magnetic shear,the current drive efficiency is the highest,meanwhile the zones of power deposition and current profile are wide.In the H-mode of conventional magnetic shear,the current drive efficiency is low,and the zones of power deposition and current profile are narrow.In the L-mode of conventional magnetic shear,the current drive efficiency is the lowest,the zones of power deposition and current profile are very narrow.
