Abstract: 摘要 目的:检测间充质干细胞表面标记(CD73、 CD90、CD105、CD271和CD34)在人颞下颌关节滑膜间充质细胞(synovial mesenchymal cells,SMCs)上的表达;同时比较这些标记在髁突肥大滑膜无病变和颞下颌关节骨关节病伴关节盘穿孔患者SMCs上表达水平的差异。方法:分别采用多次贴壁培养和组织块法分离得到髂骨骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)和颞下颌关节原代SMCs并传至3代,应用流式细胞仪检测CD34、CD73、 CD90、CD105、CD271的表达水平。结果:髂骨MSCs及颞下颌关节SMCs表面CD73、CD90、CD105表达量均>90%,CD271表达量<1% ,CD34表达量较低为0.47%~30.00%。结论:髂骨MSCs和颞下颌关节SMCs高表达CD73、CD90、CD105,CD271和CD34表达量较低;CD34在人颞下颌关节骨关节病患者SMCs上的表达量较髁突肥大滑膜无病变患者高
Electronic Raman Scattering in Graphene

Abstract: Linear dispersion near the Dirac points in the band structure of graphenes can give rise to novel physical properties. We calculate the electronic contribution to the Raman spectra in graphenes, which also shows novel features. In the clean limit, the Raman spectrum in the undoped graphene is linear (with a universal slope against impurity scattering) at low energy due to the linear dispersion near the Dirac points, and it peaks at a position corresponding to the van Hove singularity in the band structure. In a doped graphene, the electronic Raman absorption is forbidden up to a vertical inter-band particle--hole gap. Beyond the gap the spectrum follows the undoped case. In the presence of impurities, absorption within the gap (in the otherwise clean case) is induced, which is identified as the intra-band contribution. The Drude-like intra-band contribution is seen to be comparable to the higher energy inter-band Raman peak. The results are discussed in connection to experiments.

Abstract: Accurate detection of liver fibrosis stage and fibrosis procession is crucial for assessing prognosis and candidacy for treatment of patients with chronic hepatic disease. A significant need exists for developing a noninvasive technique for quantitative detection of liver fibrosis stage. Magnetic resonance elasto-graphy (MRE) is one of the most repidly advancing technologies for classifying the liver fibrosis. This study establishes a platform for liver fibrosis classification, and discusses some details in developing stimulator and displacement-phase imaging pulse. At last, the preliminary result and analysis of phantom experiment are given, which would form a basis for subsequent research on phantom MRE and its clinic application.
Mechanism of Pseudogap Detected by Electronic Raman Scattering: Phase Fluctuation or Hidden Order?

Abstract: We study the electronic Raman scattering in the cuprates to distinguish the two possible scenarios of the pseudogap normal state. In one scenario, the pseudogap is assumed to be caused by phase fluctuations of the preformed Cooper pairs. We find that pair-breaking peaks appear in both the B1g and B2g Raman channels, and they are smeared and tend to shift to the same energy with the increasing strength of phase fluctuations. Thus both channels reflect the same pairing energy scale, irrespectively of the doping level. In another scenario, the pseudogap is assumed to be caused by a hidden order that competes with the superconducting order. As an example, we assume that the hidden order is the d-density-wave (DDW) order. We find analytically and numerically that in the DDW normal state there is no Raman peak in the B2g channel in a tight-binding model up to the second nearest-neighbor hopping, while the Raman peak in the B1g channel reflects the energy gap caused by the DDW order. This behavior is in agreement with experiments in the pseudogap normal state. To gain further insights, we also calculate the Raman spectra in the DDW+SC state. We study the doping and temperature dependence of the peak energy in both channels and find a two-gap behavior, which is in agreement with recent Raman experiments. Therefore, our results shed light on the hidden order scenario for the pseudogap.

Abstract: In the present study we analyze the biomechanical properties of life-form parenchyma, derive the relationship between MR displacement-phase image and the elasticity of life-form parenchyma, thereby study the local frequency estimation(LFE) algorithm. Finally the algorithm is relized by Matlab, and the inversion results of phantom MRE image demonstrate the effectiveness of the LFE algorithm, which would form a basis for subsequent research on liver fibrosis classification .
A Scalable Classification Algorithm Exploring Database Technology

Abstract: This paper focuses on the study of efficient and scalable classification algorithm that tightly integrates classification technology with relational database system technology. In this paper, an approach based on grouping and counting is proposed to build classifier, which uses SQL (structured query language) provided by relational database to implement the major computation tasks. In order to improve the performance, several optimization strategies and a redundant rules'pruning strategy together with a feature selection method integrating with the process of inding classification rules are also proposed.With all methods and strategies,the classification algrthm can find a compact set of classification rules quickly from a large volume of data.In addition the same classification accuracy with current popular classification algorithms and high training speed,the unique features of the classification algorithm also include its linear scalability with respect to the number of training samples and the number of attributes,and the simplicity in implementation.

Abstract: Electronic Raman experiments have shown the presence of two types of gaps in hole-doped cuprate superconductors: one is the gap that increases with underdoping and survives in the pseudogap normal state and the other is the gap that traces the superconducting dome and disappears above the transition temperature. Abstract: 采用碱浸除杂-预氧化焙烧-活化改性-高压酸浸工艺处理云南地区电炉钛渣,制备高品位人造金红石.研究了电炉钛渣碱浸除硅、铝的机理,考察了搅拌速率、粒度、温度、NaOH浓度、液固质量比、浸出碱试剂单因素对浸出率的影响,SiO2与Al2O3浸出率高达75%和50%;正交实验结果表明,NaOH浓度为1.5 mol/L,、液固质量比为8、温度为沸腾温度(92.7℃)、浸出时间为1 h的条件下,浸出效果较理想;通过碱浸渣预氧化,有60%的TiO2以金红石形态析出,且在低于700℃下过程受界面化学反应控制,扩散较快,表观活化能为31 kJ/mol/,850℃下过程受扩散控制,随空气流量增大氧化率提高.

Abstract: A new quality and quantity analyzing method for waste gas from chemical industry, especially for acrylic acid ester using air-sampling combined with GC/MS and honeywell air purifier system was firstly advanced in this paper.According to the experiments, the maximum disposal capability of the honeywell air purifier system for acrylic acid ester gas was calculated as about 1 kg·h-1 and the feasibility and validity of the method was also proved by parallel tests.
Research on Dynamic Change and Effect Factors of Xianghai Wetland

Abstract: The Xianghai Natural Reserve is one of the most important natural reserves in China,located in the northwest of Jining province,Northeast China.It is of great biological,economic,social and cultural significance.With climate change and human over-activities,the water area of the wetland is descending quickly,hence the reserve is faced with threat of saline-alkalization and drying up.In this paper,based on the technologies of Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System,landsat imageries of different periods,rainfall data of five metrological stations,population,farmland and livestock data of Tongyu County from statistical yearbooks are used to quantitatively analyze dynamic change and evolution of the wetland over the last 15 years. The results show:(1)that the total area of the wetland decreased from 500km2 to 422km2,and salty swamp enhanced from 127km2 to 204km2 between 1988 and 2002,the obvious change is shrinkage and disappearance of small ponds around Xianghai reservoir,and original swamp vegetation types are being replaced by salty meadow or grass types.(2)There are complementary relations among pure water,swamp and salt marsh according to annual rainfall amount,when area of pure water increases,the other two types will decrease and vice versa.But the salt marsh possesses an increasing tendency,whose area has expanded from 119km2 to 204km2 since 1998,indicating that the environment of the wetland is degenerating.(3)Since 1981,the rainfall amount has decreased continually(except 1998),and there is obvious synchronous relationship between rainfall and area of the wetland.The growth of population,increase of farmland and livestock need lots of water,which lead to over-grazing and desertification. So,the main reasons for the degeneration for the wetland are the degenerating regional en-vironment,rising temperature,too much population and human over-using water resources.In the future,lots of materials,such as surface runoff data,and regional NDVI data etc.,must be collected to farther analyze and research dynamic change,the effect of regional climate change on the wetland,the function of the wetland to the surrounding environment,thus better method or suggestions can be put forward to continually protect Xianghai Wetland.
