Abstract:
面对日趋严重的环境污染和资源枯竭问题,经济环保的新能源发电越来越多地受到人们的重视。云南风能、太阳能、生物质能及页岩气等新能源储量巨大,开发潜力可观。本文从云南开发新能源的优势和挑战两方面分析了云南新能源发展遇到的问题,分析介绍了一种适合云南电网特点的风光储互补发电系统。
Facing the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and resource depletion, new energy power generation which is economic and environmental attracts more and more attention of us. Yunnan Province has huge reserves of new energy, such as wind, solar, biomass, and shale gas, and its potential development is considerable. This paper analyzes the problems of new energy development in Yunnan Province from two aspects: advantages and challenges in the development of new energy, and introduces a kind of wind-light-storage complementary system which is suitable for the characteristics of Yunnan power grid.
天王补心丸全方及全方缺桔梗对少寐大鼠脑神经递质的影响

Abstract: 目的:为了了解天王补心丸全方的安神作用机制以及桔梗对天王补心丸催眠作用的影响。方法:建立小鼠戊巴比妥钠协同睡眠模型,考察天王补心丸全方及全方缺桔梗对小鼠睡眠的影响;建立少寐大鼠的模型,以睡眠觉醒相关神经递质5-HT,NA及DA为分析指标,通过HPLC-ECD检测,考察桔梗配伍与否对脑内神经递质及其代谢产物的影响。结果:天王补心丸全方能够显著地性增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠协同睡眠的入睡率(P<0.05),而天王补心丸全方缺桔梗组只有使睡眠率增加的趋势,而无统计学差异;给药后全方组、全方缺桔梗组均显著性升高了大鼠中缝核单胺类递质5-TH及5-HIAA水平(P<0.05),且全方缺桔梗组与全方组相比有显著性差异;而在海马区与纹状体区只有全方组显著性升高促睡眠递质5-TH水平(P<0.05),且与全方缺桔梗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);全方及全方缺桔梗组均显著降低大鼠下丘脑DA水平(P<0.05);全方及全方缺桔梗组均显著地降低纹状体内DA代谢产物DOPAC水平(P<0.05)。结论:天王补心丸全方催眠作用机制在于促进了各脑区及核团内5-HT释放,而桔梗将有可能为调节的关键点。

Abstract:
大规模储能系统是智能电网建设的关键一环,被称为电力成产中发电、输电、变电、配电和用电之外的“第六环节”。本文结合智能电网发展需求,简要介绍了各种储能系统发展现状,重点分析了构建大规模储能系统的必要性及其发展趋势,最后结合项目组调研情况,对当前储能技术发展提出了建设性意见。
Large-scale energy storage system is an important part of the Smart Grid, it’s called the sixth part of the elec-tric system besides generation, transmission, substation, distribution and users. Based on the needs of the Smart Grid development, this article introduced the present situation of different energy storage system briefly, and mainly analyzed the necessity and development trend of large-scale energy storage system construction. Finally, combined with the pro-ject team research situation, this article put forward some constructive suggestion about energy storage technology.

Abstract:
智能电网比常规电网更加安全可靠,可以更好地兼容可再生能源发电并网,世界各地都在规划建设智能电网。国内外电网发展趋势及云南电网面临的众多安全问题都要求云南电网加快智能电网建设。本文从能源开发需求、国家宏观政策及电力体制改革要求、优化电网运行和管理模式、电网安全需要和实现在国内省网公司中的领先地位等五方面探讨了云南电网公司建设智能电网的战略意义。
Smart grid is safer and more reliable than traditional grid, and it’s more compatible for renewable energy generation, and smart grid is being in plan and construction all over the world. The development trend of power grid at home and abroad and many security problems that Yunnan Power Grid faces require Yunnan Power Grid to speed up the construction of smart grid. This article discusses the strategic significance of smart grid construction in Yunnan Power Grid in the five aspects, i.e. the energy development demand, the national macro policy and reform of the electricity management system requirements, optimization of power grid operation and management mode, the power grid security requirements and making Yunnan Power Grid achieve the leading position among all the power grids of China.

Abstract: ?:目的探讨pcsk9rs11206510基因多态性与脂代谢及发生冠心病(chd)风险的相关研究。方法选择在天津市胸科医院住院患者778例,分为chd组502例和对照组276例。入院后检验三酰甘油(tg)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(hdl-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(ldl-c)、载脂蛋白(apo)a1、apob并检测入选人群的基因型tt、tc、cc。结果chd组tc基因型组ldl-c水平较tt基因型组高(p<0.05)。chd组和对照组均以tt基因型为主,2组基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。被检总人群等位基因频率分别为t96.1%(1495/1556),c3.9%(61/1556);基因型频率分别为tt92.2%(717/778),tc7.8%(61/778)。多因素logistic回归分析apoa1、hdl-c是chd的保护因素。结论chd组tc基因型与血清ldl-c的升高有相关性,而等位基因c与chd的发病无明显相关性。

Abstract:
由于社会竞争日趋激烈,向“智慧化转型”已成为我国物流园区的一大趋势。在疏解非首都功能的大背景下,京南物流基地,作为北京市保留的四大基地之一,在过去发展的重要历史时期,发挥了关键作用。然而,在谋求更大发展中,京南物流基地的传统发展模式也难以为继,迫切需要智慧化建设来实现转型升级。本文首先介绍了京南物流基地现状,探讨基地在转型智慧园区过程中存在的问题,并提出了智慧园区建设推进的思路。
Due to the increasingly fierce social competition, the transition to “wisdom” has become a major trend of China’s logistics parks. Under the background of solving non-capital functions, Jingnan Logistics Base, as one of the four major bases reserved in Beijing, played a key role in the important historical period of development in the past. However, in the pursuit of greater development, the traditional development model of Jingnan Logistics Base is also unsustainable, and it is urgent to build wisdom to achieve transformation and upgrading. This paper first introduces the current situation of Jingnan Logistics Base, discusses the problems existing in the process of transforming the intelligent park, and puts forward the ideas for the construction and advancement of the intelligent park.
二斑叶螨对螺螨酯的抗性选育及其解毒酶活性测定

Abstract: 用螺螨酯对二斑叶螨tetranychusurticaekoch进行35代抗性选育,抗性指数达到834,并在选育过程中,对二斑叶螨解毒酶的活性进行测定。结果表明,随着选育代数的增加,抗性增强,细胞色素p450活性亦显著提高,而羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶活性较敏感品系差异不显著。说明二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗药性的增强与其体内细胞色素p450活性的增强有关。
水杨羟肟酸功能化聚苯乙烯的制备及其与Tb(Ⅲ)离子配合物的荧光发射特性初探

Abstract: 凭借氯甲基化的聚苯乙烯(CMPS)与水杨羟肟酸(SHA)之间的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,使SHA键合在聚苯乙烯( PS) 的侧链上,制备了改性聚苯乙烯(SHA/PS)。再使SHA/PS 与Tb(Ⅲ) 离子配位,制得高分子-稀土配合物Tb(Ⅲ)-SHA/PS。采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,考察了影响SHA与CMPS之间Friedel-Crafts 烷基化反应的主要因素。结果表明,当催化剂SnCl4用量为0.06 mL,35 ℃反应18 h时,SHA/PS上SHA的键合率高达33.1%。Tb(Ⅲ)-SHA/PS配合物不仅具有与Tb(Ⅲ)离子相似的荧光光谱,而且SHA/PS配体对Tb(Ⅲ)离子产生了显著的Antenna效应,使其荧光强度大幅增强。
