Abstract: 随着我国机动车数量的迅猛增加,其产生的尾气排放污染和能源消耗已成为许多城市所面临的一个重大问题。本文从道路能耗计算的实际需求出发,对道路能耗变化规律进行研究,通过分析机动车的行驶特征,提出了一种基于机动车行驶模式的道路能耗模型以及建模方法。该模型首先对机动车的行驶模式进行量化表示(引入VSP-ES分布),设计实现了一个基于VSP-ES分布的路链聚类算法以及路链属性到行驶模式的分类算法,实验表明这种分类算法在测试样本集上具86%的分类准确性。并在此基础上,本文实现了基于国产软件(包括国产操作系统、国产数据库以及国产中间件)的道路能耗监测系统,通过用户输入日期,以及早高峰、平峰、晚高峰时段来监测道路能耗情况。
With the rapid increase in the number of vehicles in our country, the exhaust emissions and energy consumption have become a major problem which many cities have to face. According to the practical demand of road energy consumption, this paper firstly does research on the variation law of the road energy. With the method mentioned above, this paper quantify the driving pattern of vehicles (import the variation: distribution of the vehicle specific power and engine stress), put forward a clustering model of road link based on the distribution of vehicle specific power and engine stress and a classifier which decides the VSP-ES distribution of road link by its attribution. The experiments show that this method made a great classification accuracy of 86%. Then considering the driving patterns of the vehicles, the paper proposed a link-based energy consumption model based on the driving patterns of vehicles. Abstract: 为提高微小型压电发电机的发电性能,设计了一种悬臂梁式的柔性风力发电机,通过实验与理论相结合的方法,分析了柔性悬臂梁振子的结构类型和结构尺寸对发电机输出电压的影响规律. 研究发现,合理选择压电振子的长、宽以及基底厚度,使压电振子在给定风速下产生共振将有助于提高发电机的发电能力. 在0~50 m/s的风速范围内,对不同结构尺寸的柔性压电发电机的发电能力进行了测试,实验结果表明:在压电振子能够发生共振的前提下,基底的厚度对发电性能的影响不大,而振子的长度及宽度对压电发电机的输出电压影响较大,且输出电压不随振子尺寸单调递增;在其他参数均为定值的前提下,压电振子的最优长度为40 mm,最优宽度为11.3 mm.
In order to improve the performance of micro piezoelectric generator, a design of flexible cantilever-beam piezoelectric generator was proposed. The influence of the beam's shapes and parameters on the output voltage of the piezoelectric generator, through theory and experiments was studied. Therefore a generator with appropriate structure parameters, such as length, width and substrate thickness will resonate easily on given wind speed, which helps to improve the power capacity of generator. Within a given wind speed range of 0 to 50 m/s, the power generating capacity of the flexible piezoelectric generator with different dimensions was researched. The experimental results imply that, the thickness of the substrate almost doesn't affect the power performance with resonance, but the length and width of generator has a greater influence on the output voltage, and the output voltage is not monotone increasing with the length and the width. The optimum length of piezoelectric generator is 40 mm, and the width is 11.3 mm.

While Automated Fare Collection System is widely used in many cities all over the world, large amount of swiping card data has been recorded. By using the data, this paper proposed a novel method to recognize passenger flow direction in urban cities. At the beginning of this paper, subway stations are divided into three kinds, including stations in residences, stations in work area and stations in mixed area. Then a model is built to recognize the passenger flow directions in peak hour. Finally, passenger flow patterns in Beijing are analyzed.

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze small molecular metabolic in plasma in order to find the spectra of plasma inmetabolic syndromes (MS) of spleen qi deficiency, which is different fromothers. Basic documents of this subject were colected in combination with the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome and spleen qi deficiency. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was used in the separation of plasma metabolites. The results showed that the spectrum of plasma in MS of spleen qi deficiency is different fromhealthy subjects in metabonomics (P< 0.05). It is concluded that three compounds are possibly the latentmarkers of MS. And another three compounds are possibly the latent markers of spleen qi deficiency.
wavetm生物反应器灌注培养生产种子细胞的开发和应用

Abstract: 近年来,国内中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(chinesehamsterovary,cho)生产罐的培养规模已达上千升,国外已达上万升,最终的生产罐前需要多级摇瓶、种子罐进行种子细胞扩增,扩增效率较低,严重影响了抗体、融合蛋白等生物制品的生产效率。文中利用wavetm波浪式生物反应器,通过灌注培养的方法,成功地实现了种子细胞的高效扩增。wavetm波浪式生物反应器灌注培养方法制备种子细胞,cho细胞密度高达2.28×107cells/ml时仍处于指数生长期且细胞活力大于95%,以此细胞作为种子细胞,4×105cells/ml接种于另一个wavetm生物反应器进行流加培养,最大活细胞密度仍可达1.73×107cells/ml。通过此种扩增方式,1台wavetm20/50即可为1000l或2000l的生产罐提供种子细胞,种子细胞的扩增倍数(splitratio)可以达到1∶50~1∶100倍,与传统不锈钢罐种子细胞扩增倍数1∶2~1∶10相比,可以显著减少2~3级种子罐,种子细胞的扩增时间减少7~9d,极大地提高生产效率。
强迫性用药行为的神经生物学机制研究进展

Abstract: 行为的核心特征是强迫性用药,即成瘾者对药物的寻求和摄取失控.药物成瘾行为的形成过程是由最初的目标导向性模式(A-O)向习惯化模式(S-R)的过渡,并最终发展为强迫性觅药和用药.成瘾行为形成过程的演变伴随腹侧纹状体(VS)到背侧纹状体(DS)多巴胺(DA)系统控制的转移;在DS中,中外侧纹状体(MLS)与长时程训练的觅药过程有关,而背外侧纹状体(DLS)则选择性参与强迫性觅药的调控.最新的研究还发现,长期用药导致的前额叶(PFC)功能的损害与强迫性行为的产生直接相关,且PFC不同亚区到纹状体的谷氨酸能投射对于觅药行为的调控存在竞争关系.此外,除了DA系统,五羟色胺(5-HT)系统对强迫性用药行为的形成也具有重要作用.本文将重点讨论成瘾相关的脑环路在强迫性觅药或用药过程中发挥的调控作用及其功能转换的潜在分子机制.
