Abstract: 复杂、重大的决策活动经常会面临深度不确定的决策环境,其决策难度和风险远超一般不确定环境下的决策.自21世纪以来,对深度不确定环境下决策分析方法的研究已成为决策分析领域新的重要方向之一.对此,首先梳理了该领域的研究现状,总结了深度不确定环境下决策问题的特征和难点,分类阐述了4种主要方法的起源与发展、核心思想、实现步骤和典型应用;然后进行了案例分析;最后展望了该领域未来的研究方向.

Abstract: 以抗菌素为主的药物防治已成为水产养殖业病害治疗的重要措施,其中喹诺酮类药物在水产上的应用尤为广泛。由于水产用药仍存在盲目性,故对药物的应用研究具有重要的意义。文章综述了近年来喹诺酮类药物的研究现状及其在水产方面的应用和药物代谢研究概况,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:
提取具有代表性的特征进行纹理描述和分类一直是纹理分析的热点。本文针对不同皴法的国画,运用了一种Gabor滤波器技术进行分类:通过纹理特征提取,利用几何归一化和光线归一化方法将国画图像进行预处理,再对Gabor滤波器组滤波后组成的高维特征矢量通过主成分分析(PCA)进行降维,最后采用支持向量机(SVM)方法进行纹理分类。这种分类方法的准确率可达95.5%
Extracting the effective features for texture description and classification has always been the hot spot of the texture analysis. In this paper, according to different texture of traditional Chinese painting, we use a kind of Gabor filter technique to classify the painting. By texture feature extraction, first of all, we preprocess the traditional Chinese painting images with geometric normalization and light normalization, after that we process the group of the Gabor filter of high dimensional feature vectors by principal component analysis (PCA) for dimension reduction. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) method is employed for texture classification. The accuracy rate of this classification method can reach 95.5%.

Abstract:
喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb.)是一种恶性入侵植物,依赖极强的表型可塑性成功入侵不同水陆生境。为揭示喜旱莲子草响应生境条件变异发生表型可塑性反应的相关信号通路,作者在模拟不同水陆生境的同质园环境下,利用多种植物激素及其抑制剂设计了一系列“正反”处理实验,比较喜旱莲子草形态特征可塑性变异式样在不同处理下的异同。结果表明:从陆地到水生环境后,喜旱莲子草响应环境变异发生快速的节间伸长、髓腔扩大的适应性可塑性反应;节间伸长和髓腔扩大的形态可塑性反应都需要乙烯的参与,而赤霉素仅参与节间伸长的形态可塑性反应,生长素仅参与髓腔扩大的形态可塑性反应。这些结果说明,环境因子主要通过乙烯、赤霉素和生长素信号通路介导了水陆生境变异下喜旱莲子草表型可塑性变异的发生。
Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb. is a malignant invasive weed in China. It has successfully invaded both aquatic and terrestrial habitats through phenotypic plasticity. To understand the signaling pathways potentially responsible for the development of phenotypically plastic variation in response to changing environment, A. philoxeroides were treated by a variety of phytohormones and their inhibitors under two common gardens, which respectively simulated the typical aquatic and terrestrial habitats colonized by A. philoxeroides in natural environments, then morphological variations among plants under different treatments were compared. The results showed that pond habitat promoted rapid elongation of internodes and further expansion of stem pith cavity in A. philoxeroides, contributing to their adaptation to submergence; ethylene was involved in both internode elongation and stem pith cavity expansion process, gibberellin was only involved in the internode elongation process, and auxin was only involved in the stem pith cavity expansion process. These results suggest that the ethylene, gibberellin and auxin signaling pathways are potentially responsible for the development of phenotypically plastic variation of A. philoxeroides in responding to changing water habitat.

Abstract: The correlation of oxygen and carbon isotopes and planktic foraminifera assemblages in core MD77181 collected in the Bay of Bengal with those in core MD81349 from the 90°E ridge indicates that there were upwelling actions during Marine Isotope Stages 2 and 3, because the relative abundance of upwelling species rose, the surface paleoproduction increased, the surface water temperature decreased, the thermoline became shallower, and the salinity rose. The upwelling actions might be related to boosting of the northeast monsoon. Especially in the interglacial phase of Marine Isotope Stage 3, almost all environmental indexes such as paleoproduction and carbonate dissolution showed peak values, and strong fluctuations exist on the high background. It should be a reflection of the vertical movement induced by transform of the Indian summer monsoon-winter monsoon transforming.

Abstract: An embedded image detection system for liquid reagents based on color character is designed and implemented. System fitting the concentration of liquid reagents by color characters includs detection image. The core hardware of system is embedded microprocessor, and CCD camera is used to acquire detection image. The design of image acquisition function and color image processing algorithms is important to the system. The experiment of content detection for DNA shows the feasibility of system.

Abstract: 磺胺类抗生素(SAs)是水环境中经常检出的一类微污染物,其检出浓度可达μg/L水平.抗生素因可诱导细菌抗药性及产生抗性基因而备受关注.光化学转化是抗生素类污染物在表层水体中的重要消减途径,影响其环境归趋和生态风险.水中溶解性物质可显著地影响抗生素的光化学行为.然而,水中溶解性有机质(DOM)及其与金属离子的相互作用对SAs光转化的影响机制仍不清楚.本文以水产和畜牧养殖中广泛使用的磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMZ)为对象,考察了DOM及其与典型重金属离子Cu(II)的配合物对SMZ光转化的影响机理.结果表明,激发三重态DOM(3DOM*)是促进SMZ光降解的主要活性物种,其反应机理为电子转移伴随质子转移.DOM-Cu(II)复合体系中,DOM-Cu(II)配合物可以通过光致电荷转移生成·OH促进SMZ的光降解.
