龋影响牙本质折射系数变化的体外研究

Abstract: 摘要 目的:利用光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)分析龋影响牙本质折射系数变化。方法:选取4颗无龋坏和15颗颌面牙本质龋下颌第三磨牙。垂直牙冠长轴制备厚度为300~500 μm的10个无龋和15个龋影响牙本质切片,分别纳入对照和研究组。使用micro-CT和自建OCT扫描切片并重建其三维数字模型。应用基于改良canny边界提取技术的光程通路法分析无龋和龋影响牙本质切片折射系数;通过对比牙本质切片和参考体(K2HPO4液)的X线灰度值,计算龋影响牙本质矿化密度。结果:由参考中心点到釉牙本质界,无龋牙本质折射系数先增大而后减小,均值为1.578;龋影响牙本质折射系数无明显变化,均值为1.507,两者间存在显著差异(P<0.001)。龋影响牙本质折射系数和矿化密度间存在显著正相关趋势(P<0.001)。结论:龋引起牙本质折射系数发生改变。矿化密度是导致牙本质折射系数下降的重要因素

Abstract: 利用芯片点样仪将5种侵染马铃薯的病毒/类病毒(苜蓿花叶病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒-卫星病毒、马铃薯病毒Y、马铃薯块茎纺锤状类病毒)的保守区寡核苷酸(Oligonucleotide,oligo)探针和PCR探针点样于玻片,并以植物18S rRNA作为内参照制成基因芯片。研究探针浓度、杂交时间、杂交温度以及点样液对芯片杂交的影响,并验证优化后病毒检测芯片的特异性。结果表明,寡核苷酸探针浓度介于5~20μmol/L之间对杂交信号强度影响不大,PCR探针浓度与杂交信号强度间呈线性关系;在45℃杂交4h时,芯片的杂交信号最强,且该条件下进行杂交对两种探针芯片的影响趋势一致;点样液中以DMSO的杂交效果最好。经过整体条件优化后的两种探针芯片在杂交检测上具有较高的特异性,适于检测植物病毒。

Abstract: 应用对rDNA中ITS的PCR-RFLPs技术和方法对来自中国、日本和韩国的松树或木质包装箱中分离出来的伞滑刃属(Bursaphelenchus)6个线虫群体进行了分子鉴定.其中来自浙江镇海的松树和日本的木质包装箱中分离出的各一线虫群体被鉴定为松材线虫(B.xylophilus),而来自浙江富阳的松树和韩国、香港及日本的木质包装箱中的另一个群体等4群体被鉴定为拟松材线虫(B.mucronatus).本研究中选用的4种限制性内切酶(Hinf Ⅰ、Hae Ⅲ、MspⅠ、cfo Ⅰ)的特异性酶切位点均可以有效地鉴别松材线虫和拟松材线虫.

Abstract: Abstract An accurate and high-throughput fluorescence based method was developed for quantification of double strand DNA (dsDNA) using SYBR Green I dsDNA-binding dye. A series of diluted genomic DNA and DNA were mixed with SYBR Green I (4×), and the fluorescence signal was measured with real-time PCR instrument and calibrated with ROX (1×) as reference dye. The performance characteristics of the method were compared with spectrophotometric quantification based on ultraviolet absorption. The new dsDNA quantification using SYBR Green I exhibited linearity over a range of DNA concentrations from 0.015 to 2 ng/ l and was about 100-times more sensitive and accurate than spectrophotometric quantification. The new dsDNA quantification allowed DNA sample may contain impurities and only required a small quantity of tissue sample. It could be widely used in molecular biological and diagnostic applications as an accurate and high-throughput assay tool.
Feature Detection from High-resolution Remotely Sensed Imagery Based on Phase Congruency

Abstract: Phase Congruency was introduced as a new method to detect features from high-resolution remotely sensed imagery. Three objects i.e. paddy, road, and factory, were selected from the IKONOS Pan imagery of Nanjing. The Phase Congruency feature images were obtained by applying Phase Congruency model to the images with two-octave Log Gabor wavelets filters over 5 scales and 6 orientations. For qualitative comparison, the outputs of the Sobel and Canny detector were also presented. The results show that Phase Congruency response value was invariant in image local illumination and contrast. The other obvious difference was that the Sobel and Canny detector produced responses on each side of linear features, whereas the Phase Congruency produced a response centered on the line. The effects of varying filter orientation or scale and the effect of adding noise in the feature detection between Phase Congruency and Canny method then were compared. It was found that Phase Congruency could obtain more accurate localization because it does not need low-pass filter to restrain noise first. It was also shown that noise had been successfully ignored in the smooth regions of the image, unlike the Canny detector results fluctuated all over the image. With this invariant image feature detector, better image segmentation and object-oriented image recognition are possible.

Abstract: 采用连续培养法探讨了草履虫(Paramecium caudatum)在甲胺磷、2,4-D丁酯和甲氰菊酯3种农药胁迫条件下的个体生长和种群动态,并利用Logistic种群增长模型对种群的增长曲线进行了分析.结果表明:甲胺磷和甲氰菊酯农药胁迫能改变草履虫细胞的大小和形态;不同农药不同浓度处理下,草履虫密度增长曲线均具有"S"型生长特点;农药胁迫下草履虫密度增长曲线符合Logistic模型(R2>0.8),3种农药胁迫下K值明显降低;甲胺磷和甲氰菊酯农药胁迫下种群最大增长率低于2,4-D丁酯胁迫和对照.

Abstract: 摘要 目的:研究光学相干断层成像(OCT)技术对牙本质的成像及量化测定能力。方法:磨除20颗下颌中切牙舌侧釉质,显微CT扫描并构建牙齿三维数字模型,标记每颗牙齿舌侧面牙本质最薄处为a点并测量该位点牙本质厚度,OCT扫描相同位点处,获取牙本质OCT影像,并测量对应牙本质厚度。测量结果采用Student’s t检验及相关回归分析。结果:同一位点牙本质厚度OCT测量值显著大于显微CT测量值(P=0.004),但两者间呈显著正相关联(R2=0.9877,P<0.05)。结论:OCT可以用来对髓腔表面牙本质厚度进行无创定量测定
Synchronously Pumped Femtosecond Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on MgO-Doped Periodically Poled LiNbO3

Abstract: We report a femtosecond optical parametric oscillator based on MgO-doped PPLN synchronously pumped by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser. The wavelengths of the signal and idler are continuously tuned from 1100 to 1300nm and from 2080 to 2930nm, respectively, by changing the pump wavelength and the OPO cavity length. The maximum signal output power of 130mW at the wavelength of 1225nm is obtained, pumped by 900mW of 800nm laser radiation. This corresponds to a total conversion efficiency of 22.1%. The signal pulse duration is measured to be 167fs by intensity autocorrelation with chirped mirrors for intracavity dispersion compensation.

Abstract: A stable continuous wave mode-locked picosecond Ti:sapphire laser by using a fast semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) is demonstrated. The laser delivers pulse width of 20 ps at a central wavelength of 813 nm and a repetition rate of 100 MHz. The maximum output power is 1.34 W with pump power of 7 W which corresponds to an optical--optical conversion efficiency of 19.1%.
