Abstract: 温差发电技术是一种绿色环保的发电方式,具有无振动、无噪音、体积小以及安全可靠寿命长的特点。本文综述了温差发电技术的研究意义以及现状,介绍了该发电技术的原理。在此基础上,本文给出了大规模集成温差发电器件的设计思路、工艺流程以及测试结果。通过对小功率的样机进行了测试,验证了设计和工艺的可行性。该方案的成功有助于使温差发电技术突破材料成本的制约,为大规模应用奠定基础。最后,对温差发电技术的商业化生产进行了展望。
Thermal electric generation (TEG) is a green energy technology that it has advantages of no-vibration, environmental, no noise, small volume, and long life expectancy. This article will review its current state of development and introduce its principal as well as a new approach by the large-scale integration (LSI) for high-power devices. Using off-shelf devices, we designed, studied, and measured some specified devices. In order to address the commercial fundamentals, we proposed a solution by utilizing LSI TEG to reduce cost. This solution can breakthrough a barrier in processing cost. The article will discuss manufacturability of TEG for future commercialization in a large scale.

Abstract: 温差发电是一种利用热电材料中微观粒子的迁移,将温差产生的热流直接转变为电能的技术。具有体积小、无噪声、可靠性高等特点,是绿色环保的发电方式,具有广阔的应用前景。目前温差发电技术大规模应用的重要制约是发电成本,而微型热电器件的高密度集成技术将是解决这一问题的有效突破口。中国华能集团以国家千人计划专家为核心的研发队伍将以此为切入点,瞄准高效率、大功率热电器件制造技术进行攻关,开发出适用于工业余热回收和可再生能源利用的大功率温差发电装置。
Thermoelectric generation (TEG) is a technology which can directly convert heat flow into electricity with migration of micro-particles among dissimilar thermoelectric materials. TEG is a noiseless, reliable, space-saving, and eco-friendly power generation method, which has great potential in applications. Currently there is an important cost factor to address in order to break-through wide applications of TEG in marketplace. The cost can be under good control with a proposed high density integration of micro thermoelectric devices. Lead by a National 1000-Plan Expert, the research team from China Huaneng Group is making huge efforts in developing the fabrication technology of high efficiency and power density thermoelectric generators. TEG is renewable energy and is suitable for the utilization of waste heat recovery.

Abstract: 固体温差发电(TEG)技术是利用塞贝克效应直接将热能转化为电能。TEG的设备具有体积小、无噪声、可靠性高等特点。该技术用绿色环保的发电方式,具有广阔的应用前景。其中对太阳能热的利用是温差发电技术近年发展起来的应用和市场热点。本文对比了温差发电技术与其它太阳能发电方式的异同、并综述讨论太阳能温差发电原理和关键技术。介绍华能集团以国家“千人计划”专家为核心、在开发技术领先的具有市场竞争力的太阳能温差发电解决方案。
Solid state thermal electric generation (TEG) technology directly convert thermal energy to electrical energy. TEG is advantageous in terms of its small size, silent operation and high reliability over traditional sterling-driven thermal electric generators. Furthermore, TEG is one of green technologies with broad applications. In this paper, we compare solar TEG with other solar energy technologies in compelling market values. Moreover, we’ll illustrate the principle and the key technology of solar TEG. We will further review the progress of the solar energy project benefited from a dedicated grant for 1000-plan expert in the China Huaneng Group. This project is lead by the expert of the national 1000-plan in related areas, is to develop products with added IP values, and is to provide a competitive energy solution with TEG technology.

Abstract: 可再生能源热电联产技术对于节能减排、改善环境以及实现绿色经济具有积极的意义。太阳能、地热能和生物质能是最具规模化潜力的热电联产可再生能源。本文介绍了国内外可再生能源热电联产技术的发展现状,并对比了各技术的优劣。目前,地热热电联产技术较为成熟,而适应面更广的太阳能热电联产尚处于工程示范和技术开发阶段。基于太阳光谱综合利用的光伏温差发电热电联产技术有望成为下一个研究热点。可再生能源热电联产技术的推广离不开智能电网,而以满足本地用能需求为主,多余电力出售给智能电网的可持续社区将为该技术的大规模推广奠定有力的基础。
The technology of combined heat and power generation on renewable energy (CHP-RE) is of posi- tive significance for energy saving, environment improving and green economy. Solar energy, geothermal energy and biomass energy are the most potential renewable energies for large scale CHP. This paper intro- duced the CHP-RE development at home and abroad, and compared several main CHP-RE technologies. The CHP on geothermal energy is mature, while the CHP on solar energy, which can be used widely, is still in the stage of project demonstration and technology development. The photovoltaic-thermoelectric CHP, based on the comprehensive utilization of solar spectrum, will be the next hot topic in future. The CHP-RE cannot be promoted without smart grid. The sustainable community will lay the foundation for large scale utilization of CHP-RE, in which the needs of local energy are satisfied first and excess electricity can be sold to smart grid.
薄冲积层下开采地表动态移动规律与特征

Abstract: 位于采煤影响区的高压线、输气输油管道、河道等设施对地表动态移动极为敏感。以甘肃某煤矿在金沙河下开采为背景,通过现场地表移动监测,获得薄冲积层条件下综放开采地表动态移动变形规律。研究表明:薄冲积层下综放开采地表具有下沉移动起始期很短、活跃期较长等特点。地表移动活跃期位于工作面前方110m至工作面后方400m范围内,历时185d,期间地表点下沉量可达到该点总下沉量的90.7%;地表移动剧烈期在工作面后方50m至150m范围内,但剧烈扰动时间相对较短,历时约60d。基于测点下沉曲线为s型分布、下沉速度曲线类似为正态分布特点,建立了考虑开采时间和工作面推进速度因素的地表下沉及下沉速度动态模型,并追踪刻画出地表测点往复式下沉与水平运动的轨迹。薄冲积层下开采,地表裂缝更易平行于工作面走向方向发育,并且随工作面的推进,地表裂缝具有前移和密集区向工作面外侧小范围扩大的时空特征。

Abstract:
随着国民经济的不断发展,汽车保有量逐年攀升,与此同时,环境、能源以及噪声等问题不断恶化,节能减排已成为我国汽车工业发展的市场和技术大势所趋。本文开发了一套平板式的汽车尾气温差发电装置,可回收汽车尾气的能量发电,以供汽车使用,从而可达到节约燃油的目的。装置由两个吸热气箱和三个冷却水箱相互层叠而成,吸热气箱和冷却水箱间夹装热电片组。将该装置与一辆实验皮卡车进行了集成,安装于三元催化器和消声器之间。实际道路的测试过程中,该发电模块的峰值功率可达300 W,可在一定程度上满足汽车正常行驶中的电力需求。
Under the great development of Chinese economy, the recent number of cars being sold and on road has increased year after year in China. Meanwhile, there are huge issues concerning the en-vironmental quality, the energy supply, and noise levels. To address the issues, this paper intro-duces a technology utilizing flat-plate model of the automobile tail-pipe energy harvesting (ATEH), which recovers energy from the automobile pipe exhaust gas. This technology can reduce a car’s gasoline consumption. The ATEH is designed, and is composed of two hot boxes and three cold boxes. The exhaust gas flows through the hot boxes, while the cooling water flows through the cold boxes. Thermoelectric units are assembled between one hot box and one cold box. To test its roadside performance, the ATEH was integrated with a pickup truck. The installed unit is located between the three-way catalyst and the muffler. Based on the automobile roadside test, maximum output power of the ETEG was 300 W per unit. To some extent, the ATEH can meet the normal electricity demand of a car.

Abstract:
提出了一种基于支持向量机分类器的线条图像语义主题自动发现方法。首先对训练图像进行分块,在对图像子块进行聚类后,得到由聚类中心构成的类集合;从每幅训练图像的注释文字中提取所有名词构成关键词集合。其次,对未标注的测试图像进行同样分块处理,计算子块与每个关键词的相关性,得到每个子块的标注词集合。最后,计算每个关键词在各个子块标注中出现的次数,取出现次数最多的关键词作为图像的语义主题。实验结果表明,所提出的方法对于线条图像的语义主题自动发现是有效的,具有比较好的性能。
A semantic topic discovery approach of the line image, based on support vector machine, has been proposed in this paper. Firstly, the training images are divided into non-overlapping sub- blocks with same size. After clustering image sub-blocks, we obtained class set generated by cluster centers, and extracted all nouns from text annotation of each training image in order to obtain a keyword set. Secondly, the un-label testing image is also divided into non-overlapping sub-blocks as same as training images, we calculated the correlation between the sub-block and each keyword, and a keywords set for each sub-block may be obtained. Finally, the number of each keyword appearing in the each sub-block is calculated, we let the keywords with maximum to occurrences number be the semantic topics of the line image. The experimental results confirm that proposed automatic semantic topic discovery approach for line image is effective and has good performance.
开采扰动河床防渗治理方法

Abstract: 以甘肃某煤矿在金沙河下开采为背景,针对扰动河床防渗问题,采用地表移动监测和离散元数值模拟,揭示了开采扰动河床地表移动规律和地层破坏特征及渗流路径;研究出能够协调和缓冲开采扰动河床变形的柔性“四元结构”防渗治理方案,自下而上依次为:加固层起提高河床强度、减轻因地下采动对河床的影响、增强河床整体性的作用;防渗垫层预防河床错动和砾石对防渗层的折损,同时可吸收部分河床局部变形;防渗层是河床主要防渗结构,由柔性和延展性俱佳的高强防渗土工膜制成;防渗保护层具有固定和保护防渗层的功能。同时,提出了扰动河道防渗治理的平、纵断面设计原则,建立了扰动河床综合动态防渗体系。
