三峡水库运行调度对鄱阳湖湖口水文情势影响分析

Abstract:
2009年三峡水库已经转入全面运行期。本文通过对1950年以来湖口站水位流量资料进行分析结果表明:近60年来湖口站年平均水位和平均流量虽然总体上略有下降,但是变化幅度不大且具有较明显的周期性。2003年以后变化幅度较大,尤其是2006年之后下降趋势十分显著。为进一步分析三峡水库运行调度对鄱阳湖湖口水文情势产生的影响程度,根据三峡水库运行调度情况对湖口水位流量在不同运行期进行了分析。结果显示水库蓄水期由于减少了长江干流流量,长江干流水位较天然情况下降低,湖口出流加快;在枯水期使得湖口站的枯水期提前,枯水期持续时间增长;洪水期和泄水期对鄱阳湖湖口影响不大。
The Three Gorges Reservoir had shifted into comprehensive operation stage since 2009. This paper analyzed daily water level and discharge data of Hukou station from 1950 to 2009. The results show that the average annual discharge and water level of Hukou station decrease slightly in the past 60 years and the changes show obvious pattern of periodicity. From 2003, especially after 2006, the average annual discharge and water level have declined significantly. According to the operation rules of Three Gorges Reservoir, this paper analyzed the hydrological impacts of Three Gorges Reservoir on Hukou hydrological regime in different operation periods. It is found that the decline of discharge and water level of Yangtze River caused by the water storing of Three Gorges reservoir leads to the dry season ofPoyangLakeappearing earlier and lasting longer. However, the influence on Hukou hydrological regime is not obvious at flooding and releasing periods.

Abstract:

我国水资源面临的形势十分严峻,水资源短缺、水污染严重、水生态环境恶化等问题日益突出,已成为制约经济社会可持续发展的主要瓶颈。最严格水资源管理制度是解决我国水问题的有效途径。本文根据最严格水资源管理制度的内涵,在阐述最严格水资源管理与水资源优化配置关系的基础上,分析了目前水资源优化配置研究面临的技术问题与挑战,并从最严格水资源管理的考核要求出发,提出了在最严格水资源管理制度下,动态的水资源优化配置模型结构、求解算法和方案评价等方面的对策和建议,从而为实施最严格水资源管理制度提供技术支撑和保障。
China faces a very serious situation of water resources, with increasingly conspicuous problems of water resources shortage, serious water pollution, deterioration of the water ecological environment, and so on, which have become major bottlenecks inhibiting sustainable economic and social development in the country. Applying the strictest water resources control system is the most effective way to solve these water resources problems. The optimal water resources allocation is the core issue of the strictest water resources control system. The challenges and controversies in optimal water resources allocation research under the strictest water resources control system have been analyzed according to the relationship between the strictest water resources control and the optimal water resources allocation. In order to satisfy the requirements of the strictest water resources control system, the dynamic structure of new water resources allocation model, the optimal solution algorithms and the scheme evaluation methods have been presented and suggested. What have been analyzed and suggested in this paper will be very helpful for applying the strictest water resources control system in China.

Abstract:
本文利用土地利用数据和土壤类型资料,分别建立了流域植被网格参数库和土壤网格参数库,构建了鄱阳湖未控区间流域5 km × 5 km网格分布式VIC水文模型,并提出了水文参数网格化方法。应用结果表明,分布式流域模型的模拟结果略优于集总式水文模型,能较好地模拟区域径流过程和水资源量。在更精细的地形、土壤、植被数据支持下,分布式VIC模型的应用效果会有提升空间。本研究首次把分布式VIC水文模型应用于鄱阳湖未控区间流域,对于湖区等无资料地区的水文模拟分析提供了参考和有效途径。
With land use data and soil type data, the grid vegetation and soil parameter banks were estab-lished respectively. A distributed VIC hydrological model with spatial resolution of 5 km × 5 km was applied in the Poyang Lake uncontrolled intervening basin, and a grid parameterization scheme was proposed to calibrate hydrological model. Application results show that the distributed VIC model performs fair better than lumped model, i.e., the distributed VIC model can basically well simulate runoff hydrograph and water resources quantity in this study area. Meanwhile, with the support of more sophisticated terrain, soil and vegetation data, the application results of distributed VIC model will be considerably promoted. This study will provide a reference and ap-proach for hydrological simulation in the ungauged plain lake basin.

Abstract:
选用目前具有代表性的三水源新安江模型、半分布式TopModel和分布式VIC模型,开展降雨径流模拟计算,分析比较各种水文模型在平原湖区的适用性。选择鄱阳湖未控区间内的博阳河和西河流域,分别进行三个水文模型的参数率定和检验。应用结果表明,VIC模型的效率系数比TopModel模型和新安江模型高出10多个百分点,径流总量相对误差均控制在5%以内,低于其余2个模型。VIC分布式水文模型的模拟结果明显优于集总式和半分布式水文模型,能较好地模拟湖区流域的降雨径流过程和水资源量。
The lumped Xin’anjiang model, semi-distributed TopModel model and distributed VIC model were selected for rainfall runoff simulation in order to compare the suitability in the plain lake region. The Boyang and Xi River sub-basins in the Poyang Lake uncontrolled intervening basin were used to calibrate and verify these hydrological models. Application results show that the model efficiency of VIC model is 10% higher than those of Xinanjiang and TopModel models, the relative error of total runoff is within 5% and much better than other two models. The distributed VIC model performs much better than lumped and semi-distributed models and is able to simulate rainfall runoff and water resources well in lake area.

Abstract: 三峡水库建成蓄水后,水库周边区间流域产汇流条件发生改变,新形成的入库洪水较天然条件下的坝址洪水具有“洪峰增大,涨水段洪量增大”等特性。本文基于多输入单输出系统模型模拟计算三峡建库前的入库流量系列,定量分析了三峡入库与坝址的年最大洪峰、3、7、15 d洪量之间的关系,整编得到三峡入库流量不连续序列,据此开展三峡入库洪水频率分析,并与坝址计算成果进行比较。结果表明,入库系列与坝址系列的洪峰以及3 d、7 d洪量差异明显,15 d洪量变化不大,入库百年一遇设计洪峰较坝址设计洪峰增大7.89%,入库百年一遇3 d、7 d、15 d洪量较坝址设计洪量分别增大5.49%、2.52%和0.31%,现状条件下采用入库洪水设计值作为三峡水库防洪调度的科学依据更为合理。
The runoff generation and confluence conditions at intervener basin have been changed after the com-pletion of the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR). Since the reservoir inflow has higher peak with larger flood volume in the rising limb compared to the floods at dam site, the original designed flood results at dam site can no longer satisfy the current requirement of operation and management for TGR. In this paper, a multiple inputs and single output linear system model was built to calculate the historical reservoir inflow series and then linear regressions were used to determine the quantitative relations of flood peaks, 3 d, 7 d and 15 d flood volumes between inflow series and flood series at dam site. Subsequently, the simulated inflow series combined with historical floods were obtained and used for inflow frequency analysis. Comparing the inflow frequency analysis results with the existing design flood at dam site, the flood peaks and 3d, 7 d flood volumes are increased significantly, while the change of 15 d flood volume is not evident. It is shown that 100-year designed inflow peak discharge, 3 d, 7 d and 15 d inflow volumes are 7.89%, 5.49%, 2.52% and 0.31% larger than those of designed floods at dam site, respectively. Therefore, it’s more rational to take the designed inflow floods as scientific bases for TGR reservoir operation and management.

Abstract:
本文结合鄱阳湖区水量平衡研究现状,借鉴以往的研究经验,探讨具有普遍意义的水量平衡分析方法,重点研究了水量平衡差别标准问题,找出水量平衡的判别依据和标准;结合湖区的地形水系和水流特性、水文测验情况等,分析了影响水量平衡的原因及其影响程度;最后针对不同影响因素及其资料情况,采取不同方法对不平衡现象进行修正,从而得到较为合理的湖区水量系列。选取鄱阳湖区的博阳河流域作为典型流域进行详细的分析,取得了较好的结果。
This study took the current research status of water balance in the Poyang Lake area and previous research experiences as reference to explore the analysis method of universal significance on water balance, focused on the research of different standard problems on water balance, and found out the criterion and standard of hydrologic balance. The reasons and level of the influences on water balance were analyzed based on combining the terrain and lake water systems, and the flow characteristics and hydrological survey status. Finally, according to different affecting factors and types of data, reasonable water yield series were obtained through carrying out different methods to revise the imbalance problems. Boyang River basin of the Poyang Lake area was selected as typical basin to be analyzed in details, and considerable results were obtained.

Abstract: 以华北落叶松和白杄为研究对象,通过人工控制条件下的幼苗栽培实验,设置光照、基质水分和基质氮素3个环境因子的多个水平,分析了华北落叶松和白杄苗期生长对3个环境因子变化的响应,对两个树种苗期生长策略的差异进行了综合比较分析。研究结果表明,华北落叶松的苗期生长对光照条件的变化有显著响应,而对基质水分和氮素水平变化的响应不显著,一定程度的遮荫有利于幼苗生长,该树种虽为阳性树种,但苗期具有一定耐阴性。白杄的苗期生长与华北落叶松相比较为缓慢,对光照条件的变化不敏感,但对水分条件的变化有显著响应,阴湿环境不利于白杄幼苗的生长,一定程度的干旱反而可能促进幼苗的生长,基质氮素含量过高可能还会对幼苗生长带来抑制作用。华北落叶松和白杄苗期生长对环境条件异质性的不同响应模式,必将影响两者的种间关系及其在群落中的共存机制,影响群落的动态趋势和过程。

Abstract: The middle route water transfer project diverts water from Danjiangkou reservoir to North China. The transferable water quantity depends on water resources of the upstream of the reservoir. The study mainly analyses the present state of water resources and their utilization. Meanwhile, water consumption in the year 2000 and 2020 is predicted by using index method, regression model and grey model. The changing tendency of the incoming water quantity flowing into Danjiangkou reservoir is examined. Results showed that the upstream of the reservoir is rich in water resources, the incoming water quantity flowing into Danjiangkou reservoir will not significantly drop due to industrial and agricultural development in the upstream. Thus, the reservoir has the capacity to provide water for North China.
