Abstract: 本文通过比较详细的室内试验,不同的配合比设计,对橡胶沥青混凝土进行了车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验。通过试验发现轮胎橡胶粉能显著提高沥青混合料的高温性能,轮胎橡胶粉掺量的大小是影响混合料高温性能最主要的因素,轮胎橡胶粉掺量越高,混合料的高温性能越好,这些性能将为其实际施工及应用提供参考依据。
In this paper, a more detailed laboratory test, Different mix proportion design Rubber asphalt concrete rutting test, Freeze-thaw splitting test, Immersion Marshall Test were performed. The results show that tire rubber powder can significantly improve high-temperature asphalt mixture performance. The volume of the tire rubber powder dosage is the most important factor that affects the high temperature properties of the mixture. The higher the tire rubber powder dosage, the better high temperature properties of the mixture. The performance will provide a reference for its actual construction and application.

随着P2P平台融资业务的快速发展,风险控制成为关键领域。许多学者对P2P平台融资业务开展了有益探索,提出了信用风险、市场风险等要素。在具体实务工作P2P平台也采取了线上认证、线下考察等风险控制手段。P2P平台融资业务风险控制需要国家建立信用评级体系、健全监管制度,同时需要P2P平台加强贷前审核,利用网络大数据分析降低融资业务风险。
With the rapid development of the P2P financing, its risk control becomes the key area. Many scholars have carried out exploration into the risks of the P2P financing, including the credit risk, market risk and so on. In practice, the P2P has taken means to control risks such as the on-line certification and off-line investigation. Government shall establish the credit rating system and improve the supervisory system to control risks of P2P financing and the P2P shall reduce the fi-nancing risks through strengthening the pre-lending review and analyzing the network mass data.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于智能算法的动态故障测距算法,用于带有多支路的输电线路故障测距。该算法通过测量输电线两侧的电流、电压值,得到相对应的判别指标,从而可预先识别出故障对应的区域;然后将非故障分支进行等效,得到合并后的电气量;再对故障处的分支应用基于遗传算法的双端测距法进行初步的测距,并利用神经网络算法对所得到的测距结果进行进一步的调整,提高了线路故障的测距精度。本文所提出的计算方法只需使用变电站故障后状态下所测得的电压和电流值,并继承了基于遗传算法的故障测距方法的优点,不受故障点位置与过渡电阻的影响,且减小了线路参数偏差对最后结果的影响。使用PSCAD对所提出的方法进行验证,结果表明所提出方法的正确性和高精度性。
Considering the transmission line with multi-branch, a dynamic fault location algorithm based on intelligent algorithm is presented in this paper. Based on the measured voltage and current at two terminals, a discrimination index is proposed by which the faulted section can be located first. After that the equivalent voltage and current at the branch node is obtained by the equivalent calculation of the healthy branches. It corrects the results of fault location method based on genetic algorithm by the way of neural network algorithm, with the ranging accuracy improved when there are faults at two terminals of transmission line. The proposed algorithm only demands the measured voltage and current on the two terminals, and inherits the advantages of fault location method based on genetic algorithm, which is independent of fault type, fault resistance at fault point, etc., the influence on ranging accuracy by line parameters deviation is greatly reduced. The proposed method is simulated by PSCAD, and the results verified the correctness and high precision of the algorithm.

The aim of the pilot study is to understand the dancing education in Taiwan. We chose a senior high school as a study sample. The research included three aspects of dancing education: 1) the current situation; 2) the necessity; 3) the cultural management strategy. In the analysis of the three aspects, we discovered the pros and cons of the dancing education; furthermore, we made some suggestions. In the era of multi-culture, learning how to admire one’s self is important. We hope that the young dancers could learn their advantages and disadvantages in their profession and have a new point of view for themselves.

Abstract: The process for preparing the aldehyde slides was optimized and the properties of the aldehyde microscopic slides for immobilizing oligonucleotide were explored. The result shows that the concentration of aminosliane reagent plays an important role in the fluorescent background. Aldehyde slides with 2% aminosilane and 5% aldehyde treatment for 16 min and 30 min respectively immobilize oligonucleotide efficiently and have low fluorescence background. During oligonucleotide immobilization, terminal amino modification has no obvious specificity, but it can enhance the hybridization capacity of immobilized oligonucleotides. At low concentration (less than 10 mumol/L), hybridization signal has linear relationship with probe concentration, the hybridization signal reaches saturation when probe concentration is more than 20 mumol/L.

Abstract: 本文从相对性原理和局部光速不变性出发,建立了典型时空Dλ(1,4)的模型,讨论了其中的运动效应,计算了光谱线的频移,并在均匀分布的假定下与类星体N-Z关系的观测资料进行了比较。结果表明,河外天体的大红移可能主要不是由多普勒效应引起的,而在相当大程度上是典型时空中的距离效应。这样,运动群为SO(3,2)的模型Dλ<0(1,4)就可能是宇观时空较好的模写。
木质复合磁性板材的制备及其电磁波吸收性能

Abstract: 主要研究以磁性纤维板作为芯材制备多层复合磁性板材,并对板材的电磁波吸收性能进行研究,为木质复合磁性板材的生产及其在电磁波吸收领域的应用提供理论和试验基础。通过化学原位共沉淀法制备得到磁性纤维,并将其压制成纤维板芯材,再通过热压法与普通单板制备多层板; 对所得样品分别进行(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)分析和网络矢量分析仪分析。结果表明,不同铁盐浸渍时间对磁性纤维的磁性产生较大差异,其中72 h样品的磁性最强,饱和磁化强度(Ms)达到20.52 emu/g,24 h样品磁性最弱,只有8.04 emu/g。同时,电磁波最大吸收强度对应的电磁波频率以及有效电磁波吸收频率范围均随磁性纤维板芯材厚度的增加而减小。另外,研究还发现,通过调节铁盐浸渍时间,木质复合磁性板材对电磁波吸收的最大值和针对的电磁波频率有效吸收范围均发生了变化,并且电磁波吸收性能随着铁盐浸渍时间的增加而增强,从而达到调节电磁波吸收性能的效果。最后,研究了多层木质复合磁性板材中磁性纤维板芯材的层数对其电磁波吸收性能的影响,结果显示,在其他条件不变的情况下,随着磁性纤维板芯材层数的增加,其电磁波吸收强度由-14.14 dB(3层)增加到-60.16 dB(7层)。
In this paper, the multi-layer magnetic wood product was fabricated by hot-pressing the magnetic fiber board and the normal wood veneers layer by layer. The obtained magnetic fibers by in-situ chemical co-precipitation were used to fabricate magnetic fiber board by hot-pressing. The X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer(VSM)and the network vector analyzer were used to investigate the composition, magnetic and electromagnetic wave absorption properties of the prepared samples. The concentration ratio of Fe3+ and Fe2+ in the impregnating solution was 2:1, the concentration of ammonia was 25%. The magnetic properties of magnetic fibers were different due to the different ferric salt impregnation time. The magnetism of 72 h samples was largest with the saturation magnetization of 20.52 emu/g while the one of 24 h samples was only 8.04 emu/g. The magnetic wave absorbing capacities of the magnetic fiber boards obtained with 72 h impregnation time exhibited strongest adsorption capacities of -51.01 dB with a thickness of 3.00 mm. It was proved that this outstanding EMW absorption property was due to the strongest dielectric loss, the optimal magnetic loss, and the dipole relaxation polarization. Meanwhile, the obtained matching frequency of the fabricated multi-layer magnetic board towards the largest electromagnetic wave shielding property shifted to the low-frequency region with the increasing thickness of the contained magnetic fiber board. In addition, the magnetic wave shielding capacities of the multi-layer magnetic boards could be adjusted via the iron salt impregnation time. Finally, the influence of the number of the magnetic fiber boards in the multi-layer magnetic wood on the shielding performance was investigated. The results showed that when the other conditions remained unchanged, the electromagnetic shielding capacities of the obtained multi-layer boards increased from -14.14 dB(3-layer board containing 1-layer magnetic fiber board)to -60.16

Abstract: Over the last 25 years Monte Carlo programs were being developped in Cracow in the group guided by Prof. Stanislaw Jadach. Many of those programs became standard in their application domains. In the following let us review some aspects of such projects which were probably at the foundation of their success. We will concentrate on mathematical aspects of their design and history of their construction. It is rather difficult to cover 25 years of the research in a single talk. That is why, I have organized my presentation around Monte Carlo PHOTOS but stressing its relation to other activities and projects often realized together with Prof. Jadach. Many of omitted aspects will find their way into other perentations collected in this volume. I will concentrate on issues related to phasespace parametrization and spin amplitudes as used in our Monte Carlo programs such as MUSTRAAL, TAUOLA or KKMC and their similarities and differences with respect to solution used in PHOTOS.
