地理信息志愿者信誉度评估的版本相似度模型——以面目标为例

Abstract: 针对自发地理信息中存在大量恶意、虚假、低质量数据,提出了一种基于版本相似度的VGI志愿者信誉度计算模型。该模型将每个志愿者对某个地理空间目标的一次编辑结果定义为一个版本,当其他用户编辑该目标版本时,通过计算版本相似度来获得其他用户对该志愿者这个目标版本的支持度;然后通过计算其他贡献者对某志愿者所贡献的每个目标的支持度,对所有目标的支持度进行加权平均获得该志愿者的综合信誉度。其中版本相似度综合目标空间和属性相似性的主要因素进行加权计算。然后以面目标为例阐述了本文志愿者信誉度计算过程。为了验证本文信誉度计算模型的合理性,笔者采用德国柏林OpenStreetMap数据进行试验,试验表明通过本文模型计算获得的用户信誉度与其贡献的要素质量总体上正相关。

Abstract: Workflow mining can construct process models from logs of past executions of system. Most of approaches for it assume a graphical representation of the model, namely control flow graph. Workflow schema mining extends workflow mining in nature. This paper discussed the techniques of schema mining, analyzed the challenging problems involved in it and introduced an algorithm of schema mining.

Abstract: 自发地理信息(volunteered geographic information,VGI)由大众志愿者自发标报,导致其可信度具有诸多不确定性,但目前的研究工作很少考虑用户信誉对于VGI质量的影响,因此提出基于用户信誉的VGI可信度计算模型。首先提出了VGI的用户信誉模型,模型综合考虑了用户的初始信誉和评价信誉两方面,在此基础上综合地理要素的编辑过程和贡献者的信誉等因素发展了地理对象的可信度计算模型。最后采用OpenStreetMap的真实历史数据中的线对象进行实验,实验结果表明,线要素的质量和可信度值呈正相关关系。本文从可信度的角度来评价自发地理信息,为VGI的质量评价和筛选提供了新的视角

Abstract: 提出了一种顾及信誉度的众源时空数据模型。在分析众源时空数据中地理要素、目标状态、对象版本、贡献者、信誉度、改变现实空间实体或信息空间对象状态的事件等要素间的相互作用机理的基础上,采用面向对象方法设计了一种顾及信誉度的众源时空数据组织方法,用UML对其进行描述,分析了与信誉度相关操作及其联动关系,得出了8条联动规则。开发了顾及信誉度的众源时空数据管理原型系统,验证了所提模型的有效性

Abstract: Graduation Project is a significant step for undergraduate students to synthetically practice their knowledge learned in universities. Due to many reasons, e.g. the low efficiency for title-electtion, there are no tools to support total quality control process for the entire graduation project management, the completion quality of graduation project is not as good as the authorities expected. To address this issue, we implemented a graduation project management information system based on B/S model to monitor, manage and control those which participate in the graduation project processes. It is driven by total quality control method and is supported by workflow technology. This system has been applied in our university for 6 years and becomes a very perfect, efficient and powerful-fuctions information plat.

Abstract:
副溶血性弧菌是一种嗜盐性弧菌,常分布于沿岸海水、海河交界处及海产品中。它是我国沿海地区最常见的食物中毒病原菌。食物(尤其是海产品)未作适当处理可能污染大量的副溶血弧菌,导致食物中毒。副溶血弧菌可以导致胃肠炎、伤口感染和败血病。更为重要的是,多重耐药副溶血弧菌的出现极大的威胁着人类的健康并且给抗生素治疗提出了严峻的挑战。而噬菌体治疗是控制细菌感染和污染的抗生素替代方案。对噬菌体基因组结构和基因功能的认知是实现噬菌体治疗的必需步骤。目前,国外已经有多篇关于副溶血弧菌噬菌体基因组的报道,本文立足于近几年的最新进展,着重综述了副溶血弧菌噬菌体的基因组特点。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a halophilic vibrio strain; it mainly exists in the coast sea water, the junction of river and sea, and the seafood. It is the most common food poisoning pathogenic bacteria in the coastal areas of China. Food (especially seafood) that not properly treated may contain large number of VP, resulting in food poisoning. VP can cause gastroenteritis, wound in-fection and septicemia. Most importantly, the emergence of multiple drug resistant VP has greatly threatened human health and caused a severe challenge to the treatment of antibiotics. Bacteriophage therapy is considered as an alternative way of controlling bacterial infections and contaminations. Recognition and analysis of genome structure and genes function are the required steps before bacteriophages can be approved as therapeutic agents. Up to date, there are many reports of VP phages’ genomes; this paper summarizes the latest progress in recent years, focusing on a review on the genomic features of Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteriophage.
