通风条件下室内甲醛气体释放规律及其预测模型

Abstract: 采用环境测试舱模拟室内环境,考察在不同空气交换率情况下细木工板中甲醛气体释放规律,并建立指数平滑灰色预测模型ES-GM(1,1)对细木工板中甲醛气体释放过程进行模拟。结果表明细木工板中甲醛气体释放可以分为初始快速释放阶段、稳定释放阶段和长期缓速释放阶段;ES-GM(1,1)对空气交换率为1次/h±3%的甲醛气体浓度预测,平均绝对误差为0.0033,平均相对误差为2.433%;ES-GM(1,1)对空气交换率为2次/h±3%的甲醛气体浓度预测,平均绝对误差为0.0020,平均相对误差为2.458%,适合对室内甲醛气体释放进行长期全过程预测。

Abstract: ?对一座底部隔震的钢筋混凝土异形柱框架结构进行了8度(0.2g)罕遇地震波作用下弹塑性时程响应计算.计算中考虑了非比例阻尼性质.将其结果与非隔震的相同结构在8度(0.2g)和7度(0.1g)罕遇地震下的计算结果进行了比较,发现如果隔震的异形柱结构满足水平向减震系数的要求,上部结构可像矩形截面柱结构一样按《建筑抗震设计规范》降低抗震设防烈度1度进行设计.

Abstract:
目的: 对辣螺中的糖蛋白进行分离纯化,并分析其理化性质。方法: 采用缓冲溶液低温提取辣螺中的糖蛋白,以硫酸铵对糖蛋白粗提液进行梯度分级沉淀,各级组分经DEAE-52阴离子交换柱分离、纯化,得到的糖蛋白命名为LGP-1, LGP-2, LGP-3, LGP-4,再经Sephadex G-100层析纯化,得到的糖蛋白命名为LGP-Ⅰ, LGP-Ⅱ, LGP-Ⅲ, LGP-Ⅳ, LGP-Ⅴ, LGP-Ⅵ, LGP-Ⅶ。结果: 40%级硫酸铵沉淀得到3种糖蛋白组分(LGP-Ⅰ, LGP-Ⅱ, LGP-Ⅲ)。60%级酸铵沉淀得到3个糖蛋白组分(LGP-Ⅳ, LGP-Ⅴ, LGP-Ⅵ)。总糖含量17.86%、20.00%、13.14%、21.57%,蛋白质含量56.72%、62.58%、71.86%、60.86%。结论: IR分析表明,各组分均含有多糖的?OH、?COO?、?NH、?C?O?C等特征基团。
Purpose: This paper studied on extraction, isolation and purification as well as physical chemistry properties of the Glycoprotein from Thais clavigera Kuster. Method: The crude extract was then fractionated with 3 concentrations of ammonium sulfate solution. LGP-1, LGP-2, LGP-3, LGP-4 were prepared from the crude through DEAE-cellulose. LGP-I, LGP-II, LGP-III, LGP-IV, LGP-V, LGP-VI, LGP-VII were prepared through Sephadex G-100 chromatography. Result: The results showed that three glycoprotein components were carried out from 40% grade ammonium sulphate precipitation, named LGP-I, LGP-II, LGP-III. Three peaks appeared for 60%s, named LGP-IV, LGP-V and LGP-VI. The sugar were 17.86%, 20.00%, 13.14%, 21.57%, and the contents of protein were 56.72%, 62.58%, 71.86%, 60.86%. The IR indicated glycoprotein groups contained ?OH, ?COO?, ?NH, ?C?O?C characteristics.

Abstract:
目的:优化疣荔枝螺多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用水提醇沉法并辅以超声微波法,考虑提取温度、提取料液比、提取时间以及提取的超声功率为变量,采用单因素实验和正交试验优化工艺条件。结果:本实验在提取温度为70、提取料液比为1:10、提取功率为600 w、乙醇沉淀浓度为90%时,得到的疣荔枝螺多糖的量最多。结论:该提取、精制工艺简便、快捷、高效,为疣荔枝螺多糖的进一步研究提供了基础
>Objective: The present study aims to optimize the extraction and purification procedure for polysaccharides from Thais clavigera Kuster. Method: We used water, ethanol to extract the polysaccharides and microwave-ultrasonic wave aided extraction. Abstract: 共振隧穿是电子的隧穿概率在某一个能量值附近以尖锐的峰值形式出现的隧穿,是目前为止最有希望应用到实际电路和系统的量子器件之一,其特点是器件的响应速度非常快。本文用传递矩阵的方法分别计算了在外加偏压下,对称双势垒、三势垒应变量子阱结构的透射系数与入射电子能量和隧穿电流与偏置电压的关系,模拟了应变多量子阱结构的隧穿系数和I-V特性曲线。计算得到隧穿电流峰值位置与实验测试值符合得很好,对于设计共振隧穿二极管并为进一步实验提供理论指导具有重要的意义。

Abstract:
基于削峰填谷和等比例调整等负荷率调整策略,提出调整策略对应的负荷调整算法;基于此,建立系统可靠性指标随系统负荷率变化的样条插值模型。两种负荷率调整策略均针对给定时段(如一年或一天)内,在满足负荷电能需求下,调整负荷谷峰差及负荷曲线,即在系统平均负荷不变的前提下改变系统最大负荷及其他时段负荷,以达到提高负荷率的目的。应用IEEE-RTS 79系统验证了模型的有效性。算例表明:随着系统负荷率的提高,系统可靠性呈非线性上升规律,即提高系统负荷率可提高系统可靠性;但是,当负荷率提高到一定程度时,系统可靠性的提高会出现明显的饱和现象。
Load rate adjustment strategies based on reducing peak and filling valley and the proportion of load shifting are presented, and the algorithm for the load adjustment is also presented. The rela-tionship between the system reliability and the load rate is modeled using the spline interpolation method. Both the two load rate adjustment strategies can adjust the peak-valley difference and the load curve satisfying load demand in a given period of time; that is, the maximum load and the load in other times of the system are changed with the same average load in order to improve load rate. The validity of the model is verified using the IEEE-RTS 79 system. Results indicate that with the increase of the system load rate, the system reliability increases in a non-linear way, which also means the reliability performance of the system can be improved by increasing the system load rate; however, when the loading rate increases to a certain extent, saturation will arise in the sys-tem reliability.
