Abstract: 为了精确地对体数据进行可以交互的切割模拟,提出了切割距离场的概念和一种基于切割距离场的三维体数据切割算法,该算法利用切割距离场作为切割体的数据表示形式,在图形处理单元(gpu)的着色器中同时实现体重建和实时切割两种功能,实验结果表明该切割算法可以达到可交互的速度,可以处理任意形状的切割体。

Abstract: 提出了一种基于变换优化的彩色图像压缩预处理算法,该算法由变换组合优化、彩色分量加权、csf滤波3部分组成。实验结果表明,在非常大的压缩比率范围下,该算法的客观质量和主观质量都优于jpeg2000有损变换算法和jpeg2oo。无损压缩算法。

Abstract:
基于安卓智能手机应用软件,使用单一目视折光仪探头,利用数字图像处理技术,使目视折光仪数字化,方便数据处理和智能分享,满足不同液体物质浓度的快速测定。以蔗糖、食盐和乙醇溶液浓度测定为例,实现了纯溶液浓度的快速分析。
Based on Android smart phone application softwares, we use visual refractometer with a single probe. Using digital image processing technology, the visual refractometer is digitized to facilitate data processing and intelligence sharing and meet the quick concentrations measurement of dif-ferent liquid substances. Taking sugar, salt and ethanol concentrations measurement as example, we achieve a rapid analysis of pure liquor’s concentration.

Abstract: 全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装在小型产品上应用较多,而在大型产品上应用较少。 首先测试了 5 种楞型瓦楞纸板的力学性能参数,制作了 4 种瓦楞结构并对其静态和动态缓冲性能进行了测试。 在此基础上,以海尔XQB45-10B 波轮洗衣机为例,基于产品的基本参数和流通环境,设计并制作了海尔洗衣机的全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装。 该设计方案通过了实验室安全性测试,证明了使用瓦楞纸板代替塑料缓冲包装材料的可行性。 为在大型产品上推广应用全瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫提供了参考。
Cbfβ人工miRNA干扰载体构建及稳定细胞株系的获得与鉴定

Abstract: 目的构建Cbfβ基因干扰载体,获得Cbfβ人工miRNA干扰载体和稳定细胞株系,检测其对间充质干细胞C3H10T1/2细胞成骨分化的影响。方法设计特异性干扰小鼠Cbfβ基因的人工miRNA序列,构建Cbfβ干扰载体BlockitmiRNA-cbfβ-miRNA1/miRNA2,将其转入C3H10T1/2细胞获得稳定细胞株;用BMP-2诱导3d后采用荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)和Western印迹检测Cbfβ、Runx2和成骨标志基因ALP表达水平。结果成功构建成骨转录因子Cbfβ的干扰载体并获得了稳定细胞株系,成骨标志基因ALP和Cbfβ的mRNA和蛋白表达水平明显下降(P<0.05),而Runx2下降不显著(P>0.05)。结论miRNA-cbfβ-miRNA1/miRNA2载体可以抑制成骨转录因子Cbfβ的功能,进而降低成骨标志基因ALP蛋白和mRNA的表达,并获得可以影响成骨过程的稳定细胞株系。

Abstract: 低碳电源电网协调规划为面向低碳目标的电力规划模式,为此,给出了低碳电源电网协调规划模式,建立了涵盖发电、输配电、用电、调度等环节的低碳电源电网规划协调度评价指标体系。基于层次分析法–距离协调度组合模型对低碳电源电网规划的协调度进行评价,首先运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重,然后基于距离协调度模型对发电、输配电、用电、调度4个子系统的协调度和发展度进行评价,从而得到整个系统的综合协调度。以南方某两省区为对象,比较不同电力系统的规划协调度并分析其原因,最后在此基础上给出了相应建议。
验潮与gps联合监测南极中山站附近海冰厚度变化

Abstract: ?基于力学平衡原理提出了一种联合验潮与gps测量极区海冰厚度的新方法由海冰上的gps观测可得到海冰上表面高验潮可提供海水面高联合两种观测数据可计算得到海冰干弦高度再结合海冰表面积雪厚度与冰雪密度数据由力学平衡原理可构建海冰厚度的计算模型根据这一原理通过中国第28次南极科考队在中山站附近海冰上的实验监测到了2012年9月22日至11月9日的海冰厚度变化与钻孔实测冰厚相比其总体精度达到了cm级最大差异为8.9cm差异的均方根为5.4cm.

On the Effect of Salt Spray Corrosion on Very High Cycle Fatigue Performance of Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy

Abstract: 针对航空发动机压气机叶片腐蚀环境下的超高周疲劳问题,研究了盐雾腐蚀对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金超高周疲劳性能的影响。首先对试件进行加速腐蚀处理,然后对未腐蚀和腐蚀后的两种钛合金试件进行了超高周疲劳试验。试验结果表明:Ti-6Al-4V钛合金试件具有较强的耐腐蚀性,腐蚀后试件的超高周疲劳寿命没有明显降低。S-N曲线显示,腐蚀前后试件的S-N曲线两条曲线均呈连续下降趋势,并不存在传统疲劳概念上的无限寿命。断口分析表明:疲劳寿命低于108次时,两种类型的试件裂纹均萌生于表面;当循环寿命超过108次时,部分未经腐蚀处理的试件裂纹萌生在内部,成类似“鱼眼”状,腐蚀后试件疲劳裂纹萌生在试件腐蚀的表面处。
Aiming at the problem of Very High Circle Fatigue (VHCF) of aero engine compressor blade in corrosion environment, the effect of salt spray corrosion on the VHCF performance of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was studied. Firstly, the specimens were subjected to accelerated corrosion treatment, then, very high cycle fatigue experiment was carried out for two kinds of specimen including corroded and not corroded titanium alloy. Experimental results indicate that Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy specimen has relatively strong corrosion resistance; the very high cycle fatigue life of specimen does not decrease significantly after corrosion treatment. S-N curve show that both curves present continuous downtrend, does not exist the infinite life which comes from traditional fatigue concept. Fracture surface analysis indicates that when fatigue life is lower than 108 times, the cracks of two kinds of specimens initiate on the surface; when fatigue life is higher than 108 times, the cracks initiate in the interior of a part of uncorroded specimens and are as similar as “fish eye” type, while the cracks initiate on corroded surface of corroded specimen

Abstract: A transform optimization based preprocessing algorithm was presented. The method integrates combination of transforms, color component weighting and CSF filtering. Experiment results showed that proposed algorithm outperforms JPEU2000 lossy and lossless algorithm in both objective and subjective duality in wide range of compression rate.

Abstract: In order to clip volume data by interactive speed,we proposed the concept of Clipping Distance Field (CDF) and a CDF based clipping simulation algorithm.By combining volume rendering and clipping in the shader of GPU,the algorithm also achieved the high rendering/clipping speed required by interactive simulation.The result shows that the algorithm can process clipped data with different shape.
