Abstract: 本文分析了在线监测和备份保护对PON网络的意义,并提出了一种新的采用光时域反射仪(OTDR)和光开关的PON网络在线监测和保护方案。实验表明,该方案可以同时实现对PON网络的在线监测和对馈线段的保护。
A novel online monitoring and protection scheme based on Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) and optical switches is proposed. In the experiment, online monitoring as well as the protection of feeder fiber can be achieved.

Abstract:
运用巴中地区区域自动站逐日、逐小时降水资料和NCEP 1? × 1?间隔为6 h的再分析资料分析了巴中地区降水气候特征,并具体对比分析巴中地区引发滑坡的三种不同类型强降水特征,得出结论如下:1) 巴中地区年降水量整体表现为“南北多、东西少”的分布特征。强降水事件集中发生在6~9月,可分为持续性强降水、突发性暴雨和连续性暴雨三种类型。2) 窑厂坪的滑坡由持续性强降水引发,特点是降雨持续时间长,小时降水强度变化不大,累积降水量大。黑马山滑坡由突发性暴雨引发,其特点是降水持续时间短,累积降水量大。老河沟后山滑坡由连续性暴雨引发,特点为降水过程中出现多次强降水,强降水间有数小时的时间间歇。3) 三次降水过程前期中高纬经向环流强盛,且均出现高空急流,但其主要影响系统略有不同。4) 三次强降水过程前期在低层均有明显的偏北气流存在,冷空气由北向南侵入,存在较强的对流性不稳定能量,垂直上升运动较强,但上升运动出现的高度存在差异。
By using the weather station precipitation and NCEP 1? × 1? reanalysis data, this paper analyzed the climate characteristics of precipitation and the characteristics among three different types of heavy rain events which triggered the landslides in Sichuan Bazhong area, and the results show that: 1) The annual precipitation in southern and northern is more than eastern and western of Bazhong area. 2) Yaochangping landslide triggered by persistent heavy rainfall, which characterized by long duration, little change of hourly precipitation and large accumulation precipitation. Heimashan landslide is triggered by sudden rainstorm, which is characterized by short duration and large accumulation precipitation. Laohegou landslide triggered by continuous rainstorm, characterized by two or more times of precipitation events with several hours of intermittent during the entire precipitation process, the landslide occurred in the mid-late period of the precipitation process. 3) Strong meridional circulation occurs early in three rainfall events in high latitudes, but its main impact system is slightly different. 4) There was significantly northern airflow existing in the low level during the prophase of the three heavy precipitations and the cold airflow irrupted from north to south direction, with strong convective instability energy and with strong vertical upward movement. However, the height differences emerged during the upward motion.
东海异养细菌生产力的时空分布

Abstract: 1997年2–3月和1998年7月,在东海海区乘“科学一号”考察船进行两个航次的调查,利用异养细菌特异示踪物[甲基-3H]胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-Tdr)并入DNA的速率测定东海(27°–32°N,122°–130°E)异养细菌生产力(BP)。结果表明,1997年2–3月(冬季)异养细菌生产力较低[0.46–2.62μgC/(L*h)],1998年7月(夏季)异养细菌生产力较高[3.50–15.70μgC/(L*h)]。冬季和夏季在长江口和410站附近都有一个异养细菌生产力的高值区。通过两个连续站的昼夜观测发现冬季异养细菌生产力变化是底层>中层>表层,夏季是中层>底层>表层。异养细菌生产力与初级生产力(PP)之比,即BP/PP,冬季的均值为0.17(0.04–0.30),夏季的均值为0.32(0.21–0.43)。BP/PP冬季的高值区在长江口附近,夏季的高值区在111站附近,这与长江冲淡水有密切相关。

变压器套管局部放电的特征与识别

Abstract: 变压器套管的局部放电是引起绝缘劣化,导致套管着火和爆炸的重要原因,现有的套管局部放电测量需要利用套管末屏的接地线,操作复杂,且容易受地网中的脉冲信号干扰。为了解决这个问题,文中提出了一种基于特高频技术的变压器套管局部放电检测及模式识别方法。根据实际套管典型缺陷,在实验室以110kV变压器出线套管为试验对象,制造了套管顶部悬浮、套管末屏引线接触不良、套管下部均压环悬浮模型、套管下瓷套沿面放电这4种缺陷模型。利用传统脉冲电流和特高频检测方法,测量了局部放电特性,对比分析了脉冲电流PRPD、特高频PRPD、NV图谱的特征。研究结果表明套管缺陷局放特高频PRPD谱图与脉冲电流法所测结果基本一致;根据PRPD、NV图谱的形态特征,可以辨识出套管局部放电缺陷类型及可能的放电部位。文中的研究成果对推动套管局部放电带电检测有重要意义。
高磁性与无磁性趋磁细菌的获得及磁小体释放技术研究

Abstract: 利用特殊的磁富集传代法获得高磁性和无磁性AMB-1菌株。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察和Cmag值测定,对这两种菌株进行了验证。优选了条件,使高磁性AMB-1菌株在培养192h后出现自溶现象,磁小体从细胞内释放出来。
