自我控制影响诚信行为的机制:调节作用模型

Abstract: 尽管以往研究从多种自我控制理论的角度解释自我控制对诚信行为的影响,但却没有指出具体的影响机制,以及缺乏考虑神经机制和自我控制资源调节变量在其中的作用。为了更系统地解释自我控制影响诚信行为的作用机制,我们从自我控制双系统理论和自我控制资源理论的视角,提出自我控制影响诚信行为的调节作用模型,该模型认为:如果自我控制资源没有受到损耗,即个体有足够的自我控制资源,那么个体可以维持意识层面的个人标准,从而表现出与个人标准相符合的诚信行为;相反,如果自我控制资源损耗会使个体用于维持意识层面的个人标准的资源减少,导致个体无法维持意识层面的个人标准,潜意识层面的冲动就会使个体的自我控制失效,从而导致个体表现出不诚信的行为。未来的研究可以从自我控制影响诚信行为的调节作用模型的视角,采用动态的认知神经研究方法,探讨自我控制影响诚信行为的心理和神经机制。

Although previous studies try to explain the influence between self-control and the honest behavior from a variety perspective of the theory of self-control, but it does not indicate the specific mechanisms of the influence, and it lacks consideration of the role of neural mechanisms and resources which is the manipulated variable. In order to explain the mechanism of self-control affecting the honest behavior more systematically, we put forward the moderating model of self- control affecting the honest behavior from the perspective of the theory of dual systems of self-control and the theory of self-control resource, which is that: if the resource of self-control is not depleted, individuals can maintain the personal standards in the level of consciousness, because they have sufficient self-control resource, and demonstrate the honest behavior consistent with their personal standards; Conversely, if the self-control resource of individual is depleted,

Abstract: 诚信行为是社会道德体系的一种典型行为表现,它是个人社会性发展的一个重要表现,同时也是建设诚信社会的必要组成成分。针对近年来社会上出现的一系列诚信危机行为,文章从心理学视角进行了剖析。分别从人格特质模型、自我保护/提升动机模型、自我控制资源模型、道德行为双面模型、社会学习模型以及社会认知模型对诚信行为作出解释,并基于这六个心理学模型提出重塑个人诚信行为的建议。
Integrity behavior is a typical behavioral expression of social moral system, which is critical to individual social development and is also an important component of building integrity society. Concerning on a series of integrity crisis events happening recently, the present article aimed at explaining this phenomenon from the angle of psychology. The paper discussed the integrity behavior from the perspectives of personality trait, self-protection/enhancement motive, self-regulatory resource, dual-respect model of moral behavior, social learning model and social-cognitive theory. Additionally, the article also gave some suggestions for re-building individuals’ integrity behavior from these six psychological theories.

Abstract: 运用问卷调查法对439名中学生进行调查,探讨青少年社会适应行为与自我意识之间的关系。结果发现:(1)青少年自我意识的总体发展水平比较好,年级差异显著,性别差异不显著。(2)青少年自我意识对其社会适应行为具有较好的预测性,能够解释良好适应行为13.50%~39.40%的变异,解释适应不良行为5.90%~14.90%的变异;(3)自觉性和品德评价对良好社会适应行为总体和学习适应的正向预测作用具有跨年级和跨性别的稳定性;(4)在不同年级样本中,焦虑感是神经症行为的稳定和强有力的正向预测因素,自制力是社会性不良行为的稳定和强有力的负向预测因素。在不同性别样本中,自制力是独立生活和经济活动的稳定正向预测因素。

Abstract: ?核心自我评价是一种潜在的、宽泛的人格结构,被定义为个体对自我能力和价值所持有的最基本的评价和估计。在过去十余年里,核心自我评价的研究重点从早期关注结构的验证与测量、探讨核心自我评价在工作领域中的功能,到近期开始转向探讨与心理健康、学业行为等变量的关系。另外,核心自我评价的预测作用和调节作用可从动机、图式、能力、应对与获益和自我验证五种机制进行解释。核心自我评价的起源、过高核心自我评价是好是坏、核心自我评价还应包括或排除哪些因素、核心自我评价是否只有高低之分、“参照框架”对核心自我评价的预测力有何影响等涉及核心自我评价性质的问题目前仍没有得到解决。未来的研究可着眼于扩大研究领域、解决与核心自我评价性质有关的问题以及对核心自我评价进行本土化研究。

Abstract: 研究试图探讨青少年学习适应行为的认知机制以及大五人格特质在其中所起的作用.采用青少年社会适应行为量表、大五人格简式量表及元认知问卷对广州市985名中学生进行测试.结果表明:(1)学校、年级因素在元认知总分、学习适应行为上均存在显著差异;(2)学习适应行为与元认知、大五人格各维度均存在显著相关;(3)大五人格各特质在元认知与学习适应行为的关系间起到中介作用.

Abstract: 本研究对广东省五所中学2816名初高中学生进行了学习适应性的问卷调查,结果表明(1)在学习期望和学习意志力分测验中学习适应性不良的检出率高于全国理论比率;(2)在学习动机、学习方法、学校环境、家庭环境以及学习期望上存在显著的性别差异;(3)在学习期望、学校环境、学习意志力分测验中高中生学习适应性不良的检出率显著高于初中生;(4)二类学校学生在各测验中的得分高于一类学校和三类学校,而且检出率低于一类学校和三类学校。

Abstract: 采用问卷调查法对地震地区933名中学生进行调查,考察青少年创伤后应激障碍的状况,并探讨社会支持在人格与创伤后应激障碍之间的调节作用。结果表明(1)震后六个月,约67.6%的青少年患有ptsd或部分ptsd。(2)大五人格特质中的神经质对事件影响量表总分以及唤醒、侵扰、逃避均有预测作用;宜人性对事件影响量表总分、侵扰、唤醒有预测作用。验证了社会支持在大五人格与逃避、人格与唤醒、人格与事件影响量表总分间调节效应显著的结论。

Abstract:
为探讨亲子依恋、自尊和人际信任与诚信行为的关系,本研究采用问卷调查法收集727名青少年的数据。研究结果发现,青少年的亲子依恋、自尊、人际信任均与诚信行为存在显著正向相关;亲子依恋对青少年的诚信行为有直接的正向预测作用;亲子依恋能够通过自尊与人际信任两条路径对青少年诚信行为产生中介效应;亲子依恋通过自尊→人际信任的路径对诚信行为产生链式中介效应。
To investigate the relationship of parent-child attachment, self-esteem, interpersonal trust and honesty behavior in adolescent, a sample of 727 students were assessed with the questionnaire survey. The results described that there was significant positive correlation between parent-child attachment, self-esteem, interpersonal trust and honesty behavior. There was also a significant positive correlation between parental attachment, self-esteem and interpersonal trust. Parental attachment can predict the integrity behavior. Parental attachment has influence on the honesty behavior of adolescents through self-esteem and interpersonal trust. Parental attachment has influence on the honesty behavior through the chain mediating role of self-esteem→interpersonal trust.

Abstract: 对1179名粤澳两地初中生进行身体自我测试结果表明:粤澳两地学生对自己身体的满意程度存在显著差异;广州生对自己身体的满意度要普遍高于澳门生;男生对身体的满意程度明显高于女生;随着年级的升高,初中生对自己身体的满意度呈现下降趋势。
