硅橡胶/云母/氧化硅系热性能和陶瓷化机理

Abstract:
采用甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶为基体,添加成瓷填料云母粉、补强填料气相二氧化硅制备在高温下可形成自支撑陶瓷体的烧蚀材料。通过TG-DSC测试其在室温至1000℃过程中的热性能变化。并采用FTIR和XRD分析在不同温度下燃烧产物的成分组成及其变化。结果表明,当云母粉的添加量为40份时,在1000℃时残留率约为66.21%,在600℃以上成瓷填料与硅橡胶开始发生从有机相向无机相转变的陶瓷化反应,而且随着温度的升高,成瓷化程度逐渐加深。由此简述陶瓷化机理,硅橡胶分解产生的二氧化硅与云母粉发生反应,在填料边缘处形成起桥接作用的共熔混合物,冷却后形成陶瓷化产物。
In this paper, methyl vinyl Phenyl Polysiloxane rubber (PVMQ) ablative composite filled with mica and silicone oxide was prepared. Its thermal properties were tested by TG-DSC analysis from room temperature to 1000?C. After it was fired at different temperatures, the products were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that when the addition of mica was 40, the residual rate at 1000?C was 66.21%. When the temperature was above 600?C, the filler and organic silicon rubber started to transform from organic to inorganic. As temperature rose, the extent of porcelain was gradually deepened. So the ceramic mechanism of the composite could be described that the silicon oxide decomposed from silicon rubber reacted with mica. Then eutectic mixture which had a bridge effect was formed at the edge of fillers and the ceramic products were obtained when cooled down.

Abstract:
根据云母粉对聚合物材料的瓷化阻燃作用,以三元乙丙(EPDM)为基体,通过添加云母粉,在高温有氧环境下,使云母粉发生熔融,与裂解碳层发生物理交联,形成致密陶瓷复合结构,达到高温耐烧蚀的目的。本文通过形貌分析(SEM)、质量烧蚀率、X射线衍射仪(XRD),研究不同温度段下,云母粉对EPDM烧蚀性能的影响,发现在1100?C,云母粉形成了以莫来石为主晶相的陶瓷层,获得较好的烧蚀性能。
Based on the ceramified flame-retardant effect and ceramification of mica on polymers, by adding mica to the EPDM matrix, a dense ceramic composite structure was formed by physical crosslinking the melted mica with the cracked carbon layer under high temperature aerobic conditions. So the high temperature ablation resistant can be achieved. We studied the impact of mica on EPDM ablation performance under different temperature ranges by morphology analysis (SEM), mass ablation rate and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that mica formed ceramic layer with mullite as the main crystal phase in 1100?C, and obtained a better ablative resistant performance.
马来酸酐改性聚乙二醇的结晶特性与增稠机理

Abstract: ?采用马来酸酐改性聚乙二醇的方法合成了含有反应活性端基的改性聚乙二醇结晶物(peg-mah)。x射线衍射测试结果表明,peg-mah具有高度结晶性;dsc测试表明其熔点在63.5℃;偏光显微图像说明了peg-mah对up增稠机理:peg-mah熔融分散,冷冻后一部分以微晶析出而对体系增稠,另一部分以长链冻结形式对体系增稠;粘度测试表明,peg-mah结晶物用量在5%左右可使up树脂混合物粘度达到107cpa.s,满足低压smc增稠需求。

Abstract:

本文研究了以碳化法结合有机包覆制备纳米碳酸钙的工艺与性能。以氧化钙和二氧化碳为原料,柠檬酸为表面控制剂,并添加适量的分散剂对其进行表面改性,制备出有机改性的纳米碳酸钙。通过多种仪器手段对所制备的样品进行了形貌、粒径、元素、化学成分等定量与定性分析。结果表明,所制备的球形碳酸钙颗粒的粒径从十几纳米到几十纳米不等,存在软团聚现象,粒径分布窄,表面存在有离子键合的有机物。
This research studied the preparation technology and properties of nanometer calcium carbonate by carbonization and organic coated method. Calcium oxide and carbon dioxide were used as raw materials, citric acid was used as the surface control agent, and appropriate amount of dispersing agent was used as surface modification to prepare organically modified nano-calcium carbonate. The product was quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by a variety of instruments, such as the morphology of the sample, size, elements and chemical composition. The results showed that the prepared calcium carbonate’s average particle size was 60 nm; there was a slight soft reunion phenomenon; particle size distribution was narrow; surface has ionic bonded organic matter.

同核异质粳稻雄性不育系小孢子发育的透射和扫描电镜观察

Abstract: ????粳稻在小孢子收缩期,不育系和保持系的小孢子形态结构类似。多数不育系的小孢子都得到发育,不同程度地充实有淀粉粒的花粉。同核异质的四种不育系单核大液泡期的小孢子出现呈同心圆状的复合膜状结构。与保持系明显不同。在野败型和野栽型不育系中,这种复合膜状结构比在BT型和滇型不育系中出现早且多。对成熟的花粉扫描电镜观察发现保持系花粉粒圆球形,而不育系显示出不同程度不规则,镀缩的花粉粒,野败型和野栽型不育系出现明显凹陷的花粉粒,BT和滇型不育系中仍有部分圆型饱满的花粉粒。
蒸汽相中煤矸石自转变合成AI-MFI型吸附剂

Abstract: 以煤矿的废弃物煤矸石为原料,研究了373~400K温度范围内,煤矸石在乙胺和水的蒸汽相中自转变合成了纯度、结晶度均较高的AI-MFI型吸附剂的过程,并对其吸附性能做了初步研究,用氮吸附静态容量法(BET)测得该矸石基吸附剂的氮吸附等温线、比表面积和孔分布曲线.用XRD和孔隙率等手段对所得的AI-MFI型吸附剂进行表征.通过AI-MFI型吸附剂对苯酚的吸附实验,给出AI-MFI型吸附剂对它的吸附等温线.实验结果表明:由煤矸石在蒸汽相中自转变合成的AI-MFI型吸附剂颜色为灰白色,有较好的吸附性能.并指出合理的吸附温度、大的比表面积对提高矸石基吸附剂的吸附量都是有效的.
