Abstract: 首先利用重力恢复与气候实验(gravity recovery and climate experiment,GRACE)卫星重力、卫星测高和海洋温盐数据分析了2003-2012年间南海海水质量的变化特征,进而结合海洋和气象资料探讨了厄尔尼诺和南方涛动(El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation,ENSO)、净淡水通量、海水体积输送和陆地径流在此期间对南中国海海水质量变化的影响。研究结果表明,南海海水质量变化主要受海面净淡水通量和海水体积输送的联合调制影响,周边陆地径流对其影响有限。南海海水质量季节性变化显著,且具有明显的长期增加趋势;ENSO通过改变降水和黑潮自吕宋海峡流入南海的水量影响南海海水质量,使得南海海水质量存在着显著的具有ENSO特征的年际变化

Abstract: Based upon the analysis of monitored data,such as precipitation,reservoir level fluctuation and deformation,etc. from 1993 to 2000,preliminary conclusion is reached that the reactivation of Maoping landslide is caused by the irrational coal mining in the Baiyan cliff to the east of the landslide. Coal mining-induced cliff rock cracking and collapse enhanced hydraulic connection between the landslide and the cliff,indirectly increased the precipitation area of the landslide. So the landslide deformation is greatly influenced by precipitation,especially intensive precipitation. Reservoir impounding and water level fluctuation mainly influence the deformation of the toe area.
Selenium in Environment and its Relationship with Kaschin-Beck Disease in Rangtang County, Sichuan Province

Abstract: Previous studies have shown that Kaschin-Beck Disease (KBD, a kind of endemic osteoarthropathic disease) is mainly distributed in the areas with low selenium in environment. At present, it has been controlled in most areas of China, but it is still relatively serious in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region. Rangtang County of Sichuan Province is located in the southeastern part of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The KBD prevalence rate in every village in the county is higher than 13.28%. In this paper, some villages are selected by KBD prevalence rate. Samples of cultivated topsoil (0-20cm), highland barley (Qingke), tsamba and drinking water were collected. The relationship between selenium contents in the samples and KBD prevalence rate were analyzed. The results show that the selenium concentrations in all KBD villages are very low, especially in higher prevalence rate villages. The sequences of selenium contents in cultivated topsoil and highland barley grains are MKBD (middle prevalence rate villages) >HKBD (high prevalence rate villages)>VHKBD (very high prevalence rate villages) and those in tsamba (a kind of food made of highland barley and other adding materials) are MKBD>HKBD≈VHKBD. Selenium concentrations in drinking water in VHKBD villages are also higher than those in MKBD and HKBD villages though the selenium levels between drinking water types are different. There are close relationships between KBD prevalence rate and selenium concentrations in the local environment, especially in foodstuff. Because the selenium in drinking water plays a less role in daily selenium intake of resident populations under the low selenium condition, it is important to import high selenium content grains or add selenium in food for KBD controlling and prevention in the area.

Abstract: Simulated compounds were prepared by loading K2SO4 onto V2O5/AC catalysts. Study the effect of K2SO4 on V1/AC catalysts in the presence of low concentration SO2. Transient response techniques, TPD was carried out. The results indicated that the DeNO activity of V1/AC catalysts was decreased seriously in the early period of operation, but the deactivation was gradually diminished with SO2 adsorption and then, it was completely eliminated. For the sulphated catalysts (saturated catalysts by sulphate), their SCR activity were free from existence of gaseous SO2. the loss of activity about 10% caused by K2SO4 was found on them. The deactivation of K2SO4 deposited catalysts was due to the decrease of adsorbed and activated NH3, or some acid sites.
Data processing techniques for a wireless data transmission application via mud

Abstract: The data measured by well bottom sensors can be transmitted to the surface through the drilling mud during oil drilling operations. This article introduces a data processing scheme for a wireless data transmission application via mud. The detailed signal processing procedure is given, and several data processing techniques used are discussed, mainly including data encoding and signal integrating method, signal filtering, data storage and manage method, peak detection, signal recognition, and data decoding method. The article uses M pulses in N slots to encode the values of actual parameters. A two step filtering method and a dynamic data storing and managing method are proposed. A mix peak detection method is utilized to find the position of a pulse by combining threshold method and neighbor comparison method. These techniques have been successfully used in an oil well drilling operation.

Abstract: 报道了栅长为 1.5 μm Au- Al Ga N/ Ga N HFET器件的研制和器件的室温特性测试结果 .同时 ,研究了器件经30 0℃、30 min热处理对器件性能的影响 ,并对比了热处理前后器件的室温特性 .实验证明 :室温下 ,器件具有良好的输出特性和肖特基结伏安特性 ,反向漏电流较小 ,最大跨导可达 47m S/ mm;经过 30 0℃、30 m in热处理后器件的室温输出特性有显著改善 ,而且器件饱和压降明显降低 ,说明 30 0℃热处理没有给器件造成不可恢复的破坏

Abstract: The tunable BIG RW distributed Bragg reflector lasers with two different coupling coefficient gratings are proposed and fabricated.The threshold current of the laser is 38mA and the output power is more than 8mW.The tunable range of the laser is 3 2nm and the side mode suppression ratio is more than 30dB.The variation of the output power within the tunable wavelength range is less than 0 3dB.
