47例脑小血管病患者脑血流动力学与认知功能损害的相关性研究

Abstract:
目的:探讨脑小血管病患者脑血流动力学改变与认知功能损害的相关性。方法:连续纳入2015年6月至2016年3月就诊于兰州军区乌鲁木齐总医院干三科的经MRI诊断的脑小血管病患者,经CTA、MRA排除大动脉狭窄后,对其进行经颅多普勒(Trans cranial Doppler, TCD)监测和事件相关电位(Event-related potential, ERP)检查,结合神经心理学量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MOCA和Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE)检测评价其脑血流动力学参数与认知动能相关性。结果:47例患者中,男性80.9%,年龄65.17 ± 10.68岁,MOCA评分:23.70 ± 5.46分,MMSE评分:26.38 ± 3.37分。Cz位置P3潜伏期:346.87 ± 34.12 ms;Pz位置P3潜伏期:346.66 ± 35.14 ms。通过多元逐步回归分析,TCD指标中左侧大脑中动脉RI与ERP中Cz位置P3潜伏期及Pz位置P3潜伏期均有明显相关性(P < 0.05)。结论:脑血流动力学的改变对脑小血管病患者的认知功能有明显影响,脑血流动力学TCD检测结果可能成为评判脑小血管病患者认知功能下降早期、无创、简便的筛查方法。
Objective: To explore the correlation of cerebral hemo-dynamics and cognitive function in pa-tients with cerebral small vessel diseases (CSVD). Methods: Clinical data were collected in consecutive patients who visited the gerontology department in Xinjiang Urumqi Military General Hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 and were diagnosed with CSVD after exclusion of large cerebral vascular disease by CTA or MRA. Cerebral hemo-dynamics were assessed using Transcranial Doppler, while cognitive function was assessed by neuropsychological scale and event-related potential. Then the correlations were analyzed. Results: Of the 47 patients included, 80.9% were male, aged 65.17 ± 10.68 years. Cognitive function in Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) was mildly abnormal with scores of 23.70 ± 5.46, and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores were 26.38 ± 3.37. The P3 latencies of Cz and Pz were 346.87 ± 34.12 ms and 346.66 ± 35.14 ms respectively. There was significantly correlation between RI of left middle cerebral artery with P3 latency of Cz and Pz among these patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The cognitive function was significantly affected by cerebral hemo-dynamics in patients with CSVD. The TCD examination of cerebral hemo-dynamics could be an early, noninvasive and simple screening method for cognitive function decline in patients with CSVD.
重症颅脑损伤患者肺部真菌感染的耐药性分析

Abstract: 摘要:目的 了解我院重症颅脑损伤患者肺部真菌感染和药敏测试情况,指导临床用药。方法 收集我院神经外科重症颅脑损伤住院患者确诊为肺部感染的呼吸道标本1 320份,对其检出276株念珠菌进行7种常用抗真菌药的体外敏感性检测。结果 在检出的276株真菌中菌种分布以白色念珠菌为主187株,占67.8%,其次为热带假丝念珠菌41株,占14.8%;对7种常用药物进行耐药性分析,克柔念珠菌对氟康唑耐药率达到91.2%,卡泊芬净治疗念珠菌感染的敏感率达到100%。结论 临床上念珠菌的感染和耐药菌株在不断上升,应加强念珠菌的临床检测和耐药性分析。

Abstract: 为探究根际促生菌(PGPR)对棉苗盐碱胁迫下的缓解效应,采用1株具ACC脱氨酶活性的PGPR菌株P2处理棉花,测定不同质量浓度盐碱胁迫下棉花的相关生理指标。结果表明,在盐碱胁迫下,PGPR能缓解棉苗所受的毒害,且随着盐碱质量浓度的增大缓解作用越明显。在10 g/L的混合盐碱胁迫下,P2菌株处理后棉花种子的萌发率提高185%;可溶性糖质量分数升高69.55%,可溶性蛋白质量分数升高43.67%,提高棉花的渗透调节能力;丙二醛摩尔浓度下降35.33%,过氧化物酶活性升高64.9%,降低胁迫对棉花的伤害;同时,叶片的光合能力、根系活力及根系发育情况也明显优于菌处理。表明具有ACC脱氨酶活性的菌株P2能有效缓解盐碱胁迫对棉苗的抑制,提高棉苗的抗盐碱性。
To explore mitigation effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on cotton seedlings under salt-alkaline stress,a PGPR strain P2 with ACC deaminase activity was adopted to treat cotton seedlings,and determined related physiological indexes of cotton seedlings under different concentration of salt-alkaline stress.The results showed that under salt-alkaline stress,PGPR alleviated the toxicity of salt-alkaline to cotton seedlings,and with the increase of salinity concentration,its relief effect was more obvious.Under the mixed salt and alkaline stress of 10 g/L concentration,the germination rate of cotton seeds treated with P2 strain increased by 185%; soluble sugar content increased by 69.55%,soluble protein content increased by 43.67%,which improved the osmotic regulation ability of cotton; MDA content decreased by 35.33%,POD activity increased by 64.9%,which reduced the stress damage to cotton.Meanwhile,the leaf photosynthetic capacity,root activity and development was also significantly better than those of the control group.These results showed that the strain P2 with the ACC deaminase activity effectively alleviated the suppression of salt-alkaline stress on cotton seedlings,and improved salt tolerance of cotton seedlings.
农户农地流转现状、特征及其区域差异分析——以浙江省为例

Abstract: 本文在农户调研的基础上,利用177户农户样本数据,分析浙江省东、中、西部不同经济发展水平地区农地流转的现状,以总结现阶段农地流转的新特点及经济发达地区、经济较发达地区以及经济欠发达地区农户农地转入和转出行为的差异。在实证调研中主要了解3个方面的问题:被访问农户家庭基本情况;农户家庭农地经营与利用情况;农户农地转入和转出情况。实证分析结果表明,由于浙江东、中、西部经济发展水平存在差异,浙江农地流转市场的发育呈现出浙东、浙中和浙北明显的梯度结构;第二、第三产业发展是出现农户农地流转行为的客观物质基础,随着第二、第三产业的发展,农地流转市场逐渐健全;农户之间的流转还是主要用来种植粮食,农户与专业大户、专业合作社和企业之间的农地流转出现农地“非粮化”经营倾向;农户转入、转出农地的形式主要为租赁和转包的形式,农户流转农地行为更接近于市场行为;中介组织在农地流转中发挥越来越大的作用,农地流转市场越完善的地区,农户有签订书面合同的越多,法律维权意识越强,对违约行为越敏感,流转合同越规范。

生物质热解生物油/柴油乳化燃料的制备与试验

Abstract: 制备了生物油/柴油乳化燃料并在柴油机台架上进行了试验。试验用生物油是在流化床反应器上对玉米秸秆粉进行热解试验获得的。将生物油与0号柴油以及适量的乳化剂混合,通过均质机均质,得到生物油/柴油乳化燃料。在ZS1110型柴油机台架上进行两种不同配比的生物油/柴油乳化燃料的发动机台架试验,得出了柴油机燃用生物油/柴油乳化燃料和纯柴油的负荷特性和排放特性曲线,并且对乳化燃料和纯柴油的油耗率和有效热效率进行了对比。研究结果表明:生物油体积分数为15%的生物油/柴油乳化燃料较纯柴油有明显的节油效果,最大节油率可达10%;NO、CO的排放也优于纯柴油的排放。

Abstract:

教育的本质应该是培养人,使人获得自由而全面的发展,而现实的教育却越来越背离了这一本质,成为一种被奴役的对象和工具,即教育异化了。教育异化由两部分构成:教育的异化和人的异化。如何在教育改革和实践中改变教育异化的现状是值得当今教育工作者反思的重大课题。
The nature of the education should train people, make them develop freely and comprehensively. But in practice, the education is increasingly departed from its nature and become a slave and tool. That is the education is alienated. The alienation of education consists of two parts: alienated education and alienated people. How to change it in practice should be an important issue to be reflected for all educators.
