Abstract: 考虑到系统故障类型、故障位置、故障切除时间以及系统负荷水平的随机特性,传统的确定型稳定分析方法不足以反映系统的这些概率特性,因此概率稳定分析是对传统确定型稳定性分析方法的一种重要补充。文中提出一种基于能量函数的暂态稳定概率评估方法,分析了能量裕度与故障切除时间之间的变化规律,并用一待定系数的函数关系式,通过少数的系统采样来确定其函数关系。同时考虑断路器动作时间的不确定性因素,提出了一种计算故障后系统稳定概率的方法。与传统的蒙特卡罗概率分析方法相比,该方法不需要大量的仿真计算,大大减少了稳定分析的计算量。
外酶c3转移酶转基因表达对小梁细胞的影响

Abstract: 目的:探讨腺病毒载体介导的外酶c3转移酶(exoenzymec3transferase,c3)表达对体外培养的正常或地塞米松处理的人类小梁细胞的作用。方法:构建c3和绿色荧光蛋白(gfp)的腺病毒表达载体(adc3gfp)。用adc3gfp转导人类正常或经地塞米松处理的小梁细胞。观察(1)小梁细胞肌动蛋白、粘着斑蛋白(vinculin)、β-链蛋白(β-catenin)的变化;(2)地塞米松能否诱导小梁细胞形成肌动蛋白交联网(crosslinkedactinnetworks,clans)结构以及adc3gfp对clans的影响。以仅表达gfp的腺病毒载体(adgfp)作为对照。结果:与对照相比,adc3gfp转导小梁细胞后3~4d细胞出现肌动蛋白细胞骨架裂解,相应粘着斑蛋白阳性的粘着斑减少和β-链蛋白染色丧失。与非转导细胞相比,adgfp转导细胞肌动蛋白细胞骨架,粘着斑蛋白和β-链蛋白染色均与非转导细胞类似。经地塞米松处理的小梁细胞形成典型clans结构,adc3gfp可降解肌动蛋白及已形成的clans结构。结论:c3基因表达产物可降解小梁细胞肌动蛋白和细胞连接以及由地塞米松诱导的小梁细胞clans形成。提示c3基因治疗可能是青光眼降眼压治疗的有效方法。

Abstract:
针对建筑行业新兴的BIM技术,我单位开展了高等院校BIM课程。并选拔优秀学生组成创新创业训练团队,针对陕西吴起博物馆项目,完成了BIM信息模型的建立流程,并给出了包含建筑、结构、管综的全专业BIM模型。在构建信息模基础上还完成了室内外漫游、碰撞检验报告书和四维施工模拟等工作。基于项目的学习使学生们对BIM的实践流程有了更深入的体会,为进入BIM行业打下了良好的基础,同时也对对高等院校为BIM行业人才提供相应支持的模式做出了有益探索。
Recent advances in Building Information Modeling (BIM) have disseminated the utilization in the construction industry. The BIM course has carried out in writers’ university. Outstanding students are selected to take part in the project of national training programs of innovation and entrepreneurship for undergraduates. Building information models of architecture, structure and MEP for Wu Qi Museum in Shanxi province are established. The roaming of indoor and outdoor, collision test report, and 4D simulation of construction work are completed. The model of universities providing corresponding support for the BIM industry is explored.
深海管线埋设ROV液压推进系统性能改善实验研究

Abstract: 针对深海管线埋设遥控潜水器(remotely operated underwater vehicle,ROV)的比例阀控型液压推进系统的非线性问题,本文提出了改善推进系统控制性能的方法。通过霍尔传感器测量螺旋桨转速,实现螺旋桨转速闭环控制,并分析比例阀非线性特性和螺旋桨转速测量误差对螺旋桨转速闭环控制低速响应时的影响。结果表明:改善比例阀非线性特性和提高螺旋桨转速测量精度,可以改善深海管线埋设ROV比例阀控型液压推进系统的闭环控制性能。
水下自重构机器人游动构形的稳定性分析

Abstract: 针对水下自重构机器人游动构形的稳定性问题,本文提出了以恢复力矩作为量化参数的水下自重构机器人游动构形的稳定性判据。考虑到水下自重构机器人是由相同模块组成,提出先计算各个模块的恢复力矩,然后以参考模块为基准进行叠加。以水下蛇形构形的游动为例,介绍了恢复力矩的计算方法,并分析了关节摆动对恢复力矩的影响。分析结果表明:该方法可以准确、高效地描述水下自重构机器人游动构形的稳定性。

Abstract: In light of individualization, professionalism and integration of research data management, the paper tries to take English subject librarians爷participating in data curation for the whole-process-tracked English education project in Hubei Normal University for example, establishes a data-based collaborative service and management platform adjusting to its relevant background and requirement, conducts an implementing plan of data curation service with diverse objectives, gives some constructive suggestions on librarians爷professional development of transition from subject-based to data-based service.

Abstract: 为了实现安全的远程操作,通过分析研究一次或单层的同态运算,构造了一个基于错误学习(LWE)的单层同态云计算方案(sLHCC).首先,根据解密者是否知道LWE问题中所使用的随机向量,构造了2个不同的单层同态加密方案sLHE1和sLHE2,并得到了相应的sLHCC方案.该方案在保持LWE问题困难性的基础上,实现了云端单次的同态加和乘运算.根据合理的操作约定和同态结果,用户可以在不泄露操作需求(密文)的情况下,执行远程操作和控制.结果表明,与其他同态加密方案相比,sLHCC的公钥尺寸从传统的矩阵降为向量,从而减小了密文尺寸和云端的存储需求.
To achieve safe remote operation, a single-layer homographic cloud computing scheme(sLHCC)based on learning with errors(LWE)is constructed by analyzing one-time-layer or single-layer homomorphic operation. First, according to whether the decryption accesses the random vector in LWE problem or not, two different single-layer homographic encryption schemes, named sLHE1 and sLHE2, are proposed, and the corresponding sLHCC schemes are put forward. The sLHCC schemes can realize one-time homomorphic addition and one-time homomorphic multiplication in cloud with maintaining the difficulty of LWE problem. According to the reasonable operation agreement and homomorphism results, users can execute the remote operation and control without leaking operation requirements(ciphertexts). The results show that compared with other homomorphic encryption schemes, the size of the public key of the sLHCC schemes reduces from matrix to vector, inducing the decrease of the ciphertext size and the demands of the cloud storage

Abstract:
本文通过4种含氢硅油与烯丙基聚醚之间的硅氢加成反应,合成了一系列不同亲水侧链含量的水溶性刷形聚硅氧烷,采用稳态荧光、动态光散射(DLS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了产物的聚集行为。研究发现,含较多亲水侧链的聚硅氧烷,可聚集形成结构更松散的球形多分子聚集体,聚集体表层的亲水链段密度更大,可使溶液体系更为澄清。相关分子层面与溶液性状的规律性结论可帮助设计具有预期性能的高分子体系。
A series of water soluble brush-like polysiloxane with varying hydrophilic side-chains were syn-thesized by hydrosilylation between 4 kinds of hydride-containing polysiloxanes and unsaturated polyethyleneoxide, and the aggregation behavior was investigated using steady-state fluorescence, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The polysiloxanes with more hydrophilic side-chains would form spherical multipolymer assemblies with a comparatively loose and swollen structure. The density of the hydrophilic side-chains outside the assemblies increased, leading to a solution with improved visible clearness. The obtained relationship between the molecular behavior and the solution characteristics could help design macromolecular systems with expected properties.

Abstract: A novel method for Query Expansion (QE) was presented in this paper. The proposed method was a hybrid QE technology that combined user relevance feedback and ontology. The proposed method had two significant novelties: it combined user relevance feedback with ontology and used FirteX as the experimental platform. The proposed method was compared with cosine similarity-based QE that was a widely used query expansion technique. The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms cosine similarity-based QE 15% and 13% in terms of average precision and average recall and has an improvement of 16% in F-measure.
