Abstract: 原核细胞表达外源基因常常会导致包涵体的产生。包涵体的复性是制备有效的功能蛋白质的必需途径。每一种蛋白质的基本结构与性质不同,决定了包涵体中外源蛋白质的复性方法多种多样。本文总结并介绍了目前在包涵体复性方面的几种方法与策略。初步讨论了在复性过程中蛋白质的结构变化。
Inclusion bodies produced in Escherichia coli are composed of densely packed denatured protein molecules in the form of particles. Refolding of inclusion body proteins into bioactive forms is cumbersome, results in poor re- covery and accounts for the major cost in production of recombinant proteins from E. coli. With new information available on the structure and function of protein aggregates in bacterial inclusion bodies, it has been possible to de- velop improved solubilization and refolding procedures for higher recovery of bioactive protein indexed at this paper.

Abstract:
利用有限元的思想并结合有限谱法提出求解偏微分方程的有限谱有限元方法,在元素内部基函数使用有限谱基函数。将此方法应用于求解不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程,具体求解了二维方腔流顶盖驱动流,并与基准解对比获得了比较好的结果。
A finite element method combined with the idea of finite spectral method was represented to solve the partial differential equations. In each element, finite spectral interpolation functions were used. The finite spectral finite element method was used to solve incompressible Navier- Stokes equations in this paper. The results of 2D-square cavity flow are presented and are in agreement with the accepted benchmark solutions.

Abstract:
本文分析了现有高层钢结构住宅所采用的纯框架体系、钢框架-支撑体系、钢框架-混凝土核心筒体系和钢框架-钢板剪力墙体系等几种结构形式。在已有的成熟体系下提出了一种新的高层钢结构住宅体系——巨型钢框架高层钢结构住宅体系,并详细介绍了该体系的结构形式、传力特征及其特点。通过研究发现将巨型钢框架体系应用到高层住宅中是合理的,并且能够进一步推动我国住宅工业化的发展。
This paper analyzes several kinds of structure forms used in the existing high-rise steel residen-tial building, including steel frame system, steel frame and supporting system, steel frame and concrete core tube system, steel frame and steel plate shear wall system, etc. According to the existing mature systems, a new high-rise steel structure residential system is proposed—steel mega- frame of high-rise steel residential system. And this paper describes the structure form, mechanic characteristic and advantages of the system in detail. Through the research, it is found that the application of the steel mega-frame system to the high-rise steel residence is reasonable, and it can further promote the development of our country’s residential industrialization.

Abstract:
胡杨林是干旱荒漠地区唯一的森林树种,塔里木河两岸的胡杨林是世界上面积最大的荒漠森林,对于调节新疆气候,防治沙尘暴,保护农牧业生产,绿化荒漠起了非常重要的作用,是荒漠地区宝贵的树种资源。过去由于自然的和历史的原因,胡杨林曾遭到了很大的破坏,使脆弱的荒漠生态恶化。弄清楚天然胡杨林的演替规律,来保护和恢复天然林,并模拟演替规律来发展人工林,使其在我国北方广大干旱区的农田防护林体系建设中发挥重要作用,对于搞好社会主义生态文明建设具有非常重要的意义。
Known as the sole forest species in arid-desert area, Populus euphratica forest on both banks of the Tarim River, the widest distribution of that in desert zone on the earth, plays a vital role in regulating Xinjiang’s climate, preventing sand storm disasters, safeguarding agricultural and animal husbandry production and re-greening desert, and hence a invaluable tree species resource in desert area. Previously, due to both natural and historical reasons, Populus euphratica forest was destroyed largely, resulting in the deterioration of fragile deserts ecosystem. Therefore, to find out the succession rule of natural Populus euphratica forest to safeguard and recover natural forest, and simulate such rule to develop man-made forest, has profound significance for the construction of farmland protection forest system in arid areas in North China and the socialism construction of ecological civilization as well.

Abstract:
在实际工程设计中,多数结构工程设计人员并未重视高层建筑结构嵌固端的选择。这样往往会造成材料浪费,也会给高层建筑结构留下隐患。对于高层建筑结构嵌固端的定义,部分结构设计人员也存在误区,认为是力学嵌固,其实应为强度嵌固。规范对地下一层顶板作为嵌固端明确了要求。本文对三种地下室平面面积型式不同的高层建筑结构嵌固端做了初步的探讨,得出了一般情况下,不同地下室平面型式嵌固端的位置,并得出了地上一层与相关范围地下一层侧向刚度比是衡量地下一层顶板能否作为高层建筑结构嵌固端的关键。
In the practical engineering design, structural engineering staffs did not attach importance to fixed end of high-rise building structure. This will cause material waste, and will also leave hidden troubles to the high-rise building structure. Some of the structural designers have mistakes in the definition of fixed end of the tall building, who regard them as mechanics embedment, but in fact it should be strength-mounted. Specification makes requirements clearly about the roof of the underground layer as embedding end. In this paper, three basement flat area types of high-rise building structure embedded end have been studied. It comes to conclusions 1) there are different embedding positions in different basement flat forms under normal circumstances, and 2) the lateral stiffness ratio of ground floor with the relevant range of underground floor is the key to measure whether the basement roof can be used as a high-rise building structure embedded fixed end.

Abstract:
自媒体时代,每个人都是信息发布终端。当今突发性事件的传播路径,可以归纳为由特定的无数个人首先发出信息,经过网络的放大效应形成初步舆论,新闻媒体跟进报道,相关部门启动应急措施,网民大量转发评论,引发社会民众热议。本文以8?12天津爆炸案为例,试图通过主体辨析法,剖析在突发性事件尤其是灾难性事件中,不同舆论主体的诉求以及政府在公共危机管理中的应对策略,并对政府危机公关能力的改善提出三点建议。本文旨在厘清不同舆论主体的需求,以此为重点以提升政府危机公关能力,有针对性地对不同主体予以回应,从而提升政府在危机事件中的公信力。
In the We-media era, everyone can release information as an information terminal. The propagation path of the current emergencies is that special numerous individuals release information at the beginning, which forms a preliminary opinion after the network amplification effect. As a result, it will eventually cause social public debates after the new media follows the news, relevant departments take the emergency measures, and netizens forward lots of comments. Taking the 8?12 Tianjin Blast in China as an example, this article attempts to analyze the demands of different public opinions and the coping strategies of government in the field of public crisis management through the method of subject discrimination in the situation of emergencies, especially in the catastrophic events, and puts forward three proposals to improve the ability of the government in public relation crisis. This paper aims to clarify the needs of different subjects of public opinions, in order to enhance the ability of government in public relation crisis and give targeted responses to different subjects, and then enhance the credibility of the government in the event of crisis.
