Abstract: 摘要 目的:研究箭根酮对LPS刺激牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖能力的影响及机制研究。方法:将人牙周膜成纤维细胞培养在含LPS的培养液中,同时加入或不加不同浓度的箭根酮,同时设不含箭根酮的空白对照组,24、48、72 h 后,以CCK-8 法检测细胞的增殖情况。流式检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:加药培养24、48、72 h后,不同浓度箭根酮组细胞的相对活性明显低于对照组和LPS刺激组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.001)。流式结果表明,相比于对照组,箭根酮能够显著促进细胞凋亡。结论:箭根酮对LPS刺激的牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖具有明显抑制作用,且其可能机制为促进细胞凋亡

Abstract: 该文依据区分与划分相结合的可拒绝模式识别思路,提出了高维空间海量训练样本情况下的基于结构风险最小化决策的自组织多区域多球覆盖可拒绝近邻分类算法.该方法利用同类样本之间相互接近的特性,通过结构风险最小化紧几何覆盖策略,选择训练样本,通过自组织多区域多球覆盖模型构成同类样本的划分性描述,达到拒绝识别非训练类样本的目的,最后通过k近邻相互区分性比较确定真实类别.仿真实验结果表明该文的思路是合理可行的,在实际应用领域具有一定价值.

Abstract: 目的·探讨老年轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)与骨代谢水平的相关性。方法·从上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院老年科门诊和住院患者中筛选50例老年MCI患者以及90名认知功能正常的老年对照,检测血浆中钙磷代谢调节指标、骨吸收标志物、骨形成标志物的水平,采用简易精神状态量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评估认知功能。结果·老年MCI患者血浆骨钙素水平高于对照组(P0.001),而血钙水平低于对照组(P0.045)。在MCI患者中,MMSE分值与25-羟维生素D3水平呈正相关(r0.290,P0.041),与甲状旁腺激素水平呈负相关(r-0.349,P0.025)。结论·老年MCI可能与骨代谢水平相关。
:Objective · To investigate the correlation between mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and bone metabolism level in the elderly. Methods · Fifty patients with MCI and ninety controls with normal cognitive function were recruited Department of Gerontology, Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Plasma levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators, bone resorption markers and bone formation markers were measured. Cognitive function was assessedmini mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA).Results · Plasma level of osteocalcin was elevated in patients with MCI (P0.001) compared with controls, while plasma level of calcium was decreased in the MCI group (P0.045). Among patients with MCI, the score of MMSE positively correlated with plasma level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 (r0.290,P0.041), while negatively correlated with plasma level of parathyroid hormone (r-0.349, P0.025). Conclusion · MCI may be correlated with bone metabolism level in the elderly
Analysis of Combining Ability and Heritability about Nut Quality of Walnut

Abstract: Total 24 hybrid combinations were formulated by NC II design using hybrids (J. sigillata x J. regia) Yunxin 7926 (P11), 8064 (P12), 8034 (P13), 7914 (P14) as female parent and 6 superior trees of J. sigillata from Sichuan as male parent. The combining ability and heritability of walnut characters were studied, including diameter, weight, thickness and rate of kernel. The result shown that: both additive variation and non-additive variation were significant in these 4 characters, but the additive variation was principle. Different parent had different excellent genes. P24, P23, P22 and P14 were the best parent to improve walnut diameter and weight, followed by P21, P13 and P11. In contrast, P25 and P26 shown poor effect on diameter and weight. Cross P11xP23, P11xP24 and P12xP24 were good for increasing diameter, while cross P11xP26 was the best in increasing rate of kernel. The broad-sense heritability was ordered from high to low as diameter (0.990)>thickness(0.968)>rate of kernel (0.970)>weight (0.968) and the narrow-sense heritability was ordered as diameter (0.844)>thickness (0.821)>weight (0.735)>rate of kernel (0.693).
A Classification Algorithm with Reject Option Based on Adaptive Minimum Spanning Tree Covering Model in High-dimensional Space

Abstract: For small sample size problem in high-dimensional space, conventional classifiers with reject option based on statistical model could not construct appropriate covering decision boundary on data distribution. In this case, a novel adaptive Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) covering model based classifier with reject option is proposed in this paper according to the data distribution in high-dimensional space. The algorithm describes the target class using MST with the assumption that the edges of the graph are also basic elements of the classifier which offers additional virtual training data for a better coverage. By this model, similar samples from the same class are divided into a connected geometric coverage area, and similar samples from different classes are divided into different geometric coverage areas. Furthermore, in order to reduce the degradation of the rejection performance due to the existence of unreasonable additional virtual training data, an adjustable coverage radius strategy is presented in coverage construction. Then the test pattern of non-training classes could be rejected by the coverage decision boundary, and if a pattern is accepted in the cross coverage area, the recognition result is decided by the data fields model. Experiments show that the method is valid and efficient.

Abstract: 水分胁迫引起李树叶片叶绿素含量(CHL)、相对含水量(LRWC)下降,叶绿素荧光参数Fo升高,Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Fm/Fo和Fo与Fm曲线之间面积降低,表明水分胁迫影响了光系统Ⅱ光化学效率、潜在活性、捕获激发能的效率、光合电子的传递以及电子受体库的大小,从而导致光合速率下降。3个供试品种中以“索瑞斯”受影响最小,“秋姬”居中,“安哥洛”最大,说明“索瑞斯”抗旱性最强。
Antifibrotic effect of N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline on bile duct ligation induced liver fibrosis in rats

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the preventive effect of N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline (AcSDKP) on bile duct ligation (BDL)-induced liver fibrosis in rats. METHODS: Liver fibrosis in rats was induced by BDL and AcSDKP was infused subcutaneously for 2 wk via a osmotic minipump (Alzet 2ML4) immediately after BDL operation. After scarifying, serum and liver specimens were collected. Hematoxylin and eosin staining, Sirius red staining, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, Western blot or real-time polymerase chain reaction were used to determinate liver functions, histological alterations, collagen deposition, mRNA expression of markers for fibroblasts, transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7). RESULTS: When compared to model rats, chronic exogenous AcSDKP infusion suppressed profibrogenic TGF-β1 signaling, α-smooth muscle actin positivity (α-SMA), fibroblast specific protein-1 (FSP-1) staining and collagen gene expression. Col I, Col III, matrix metalloproteinase-2, tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2 mRNA expressions were all significantly downregulated by AcSDKP infusion (2.02 ± 1.10 vs 14.16 ± 6.50, 2.02 ± 0.45 vs 10.00 ± 3.35, 2.91 ± 0.30 vs 7.83 ± 1.10, 4.64 ± 1.25 vs 18.52 ± 7.61, 0.46 ± 0.16 vs 0.34 ± 0.12, respectively, P < 0.05). Chronic exogenous AcSDKP infusion attenuated BDL-induced liver injury, inflammation and fibrosis. BDL caused a remarkable increase in alanine transaminase, aspartate transaminase, total bilirubin, and prothrombin time, all of which were reduced by AcSDKP infusion. Mast cells, collagen accumulation, α-SMA, TGF-β1, FSP-1 and BMP-7 increased. The histological appearance of liver specimens was also improved. CONCLUSION: Infusion of exogenous AcSDKP attenuated BDL-induced fibrosis in the rat liver. Preservation of AcSDKP may be a useful therapeutic approach in the management of liver fibrosis.

Hyperthermia inhibits hypoxia-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition in HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cells

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the effect of hyperthermia on hypoxia-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, and its mechanism. METHODS: Cells were treated with hyperthermia at 43 °C for 0.5 h, followed by incubation under hypoxic or normoxic conditions for 72 h. Cell morphology was observed. Expressions of E-cadherin and vimentin were determined by immunofluorescence assay or Western blot. The protein and mRNA expressions of Snail were also determined by Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Cell migratory capacity was evaluated. RESULTS: Hypoxia induced EMT in HepG2 cells, which was evidenced by morphological, molecular and functional changes, including the formation of a spindle shape and the loss of cell contact. The expression of E-cadherin was decreased but the expression of vimentin was increased; also, the migratory capability was increased by 2.2 ± 0.20-fold as compared with normoxia. However, those effects were inhibited by hyperthermia pretreatment. Furthermore, protein synthesis and mRNA expression of Snail in the cells were enhanced by hypoxia as compared with normoxia, and also significantly inhibited by hyperthermia pretreatment. CONCLUSION: Hyperthermia may inhibit hypoxia-induced EMT in HepG2 HCC cells, and the mechanism may involve inhibition of induced expression of Snail.
NONLINEAR WAVELET IMAGE COMPRESSION CODING ALGORITHMS BASED ON SPHERICAL COORDINATES

Abstract: A method of nonlinear wavelet transform image compression coding based on spherical coordinate transform was introduced according to the correlation among the high frequency sub bands from wavelet transform. In wavelet shrinkage,the radial part in spherical coordinate was processed by hyperbolic shrinkage. The result of experiment proves a better achievable result on its rate and the quality of the reconstructed image.
