Abstract:
小檗碱(berberine, Ber),是从毛莨科黄连属植物黄连的根和皮中提取的异喹啉类生物碱,有较强的清热解毒作用。近年来研究表明,小檗碱不仅在抗菌、抗炎等方面有显著疗效,对肿瘤、糖尿病、心血管方面的疾病也有很高的临床应用价值,本文主要对小檗碱的药理作用综述如下。
Berberine (Ber), also known as berberine, is oquinoline alkaloid extracted from the roots and skin of Coptis chinensis, which has a strong heat-clearing and detoxifying effect. In recent years, studies have shown that berberine has not only remarkable effects in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory aspects, but also has high clinical application value for diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the pharmacological studies of berberine.

Abstract:
目的: 对辣螺中的糖蛋白进行分离纯化,并分析其理化性质。方法: 采用缓冲溶液低温提取辣螺中的糖蛋白,以硫酸铵对糖蛋白粗提液进行梯度分级沉淀,各级组分经DEAE-52阴离子交换柱分离、纯化,得到的糖蛋白命名为LGP-1, LGP-2, LGP-3, LGP-4,再经Sephadex G-100层析纯化,得到的糖蛋白命名为LGP-Ⅰ, LGP-Ⅱ, LGP-Ⅲ, LGP-Ⅳ, LGP-Ⅴ, LGP-Ⅵ, LGP-Ⅶ。结果: 40%级硫酸铵沉淀得到3种糖蛋白组分(LGP-Ⅰ, LGP-Ⅱ, LGP-Ⅲ)。60%级酸铵沉淀得到3个糖蛋白组分(LGP-Ⅳ, LGP-Ⅴ, LGP-Ⅵ)。总糖含量17.86%、20.00%、13.14%、21.57%,蛋白质含量56.72%、62.58%、71.86%、60.86%。结论: IR分析表明,各组分均含有多糖的?OH、?COO?、?NH、?C?O?C等特征基团。
Purpose: This paper studied on extraction, isolation and purification as well as physical chemistry properties of the Glycoprotein from Thais clavigera Kuster. Method: The crude extract was then fractionated with 3 concentrations of ammonium sulfate solution. LGP-1, LGP-2, LGP-3, LGP-4 were prepared from the crude through DEAE-cellulose. LGP-I, LGP-II, LGP-III, LGP-IV, LGP-V, LGP-VI, LGP-VII were prepared through Sephadex G-100 chromatography. Result: The results showed that three glycoprotein components were carried out from 40% grade ammonium sulphate precipitation, named LGP-I, LGP-II, LGP-III. Three peaks appeared for 60%s, named LGP-IV, LGP-V and LGP-VI. The sugar were 17.86%, 20.00%, 13.14%, 21.57%, and the contents of protein were 56.72%, 62.58%, 71.86%, 60.86%. The IR indicated glycoprotein groups contained ?OH, ?COO?, ?NH, ?C?O?C characteristics.

Abstract:
目的:优化疣荔枝螺多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用水提醇沉法并辅以超声微波法,考虑提取温度、提取料液比、提取时间以及提取的超声功率为变量,采用单因素实验和正交试验优化工艺条件。结果:本实验在提取温度为70、提取料液比为1:10、提取功率为600 w、乙醇沉淀浓度为90%时,得到的疣荔枝螺多糖的量最多。结论:该提取、精制工艺简便、快捷、高效,为疣荔枝螺多糖的进一步研究提供了基础
>Objective: The present study aims to optimize the extraction and purification procedure for polysaccharides from Thais clavigera Kuster. Method: We used water, ethanol to extract the polysaccharides and microwave-ultrasonic wave aided extraction. The effects of temperature, material- liquid ratio on the yield and ultrasonic power and the concentration of ethanol precipitation from Thais clavigera Kuster were investigated through the orthogonal analysis. 本文叙述了具有镇静催眠作用的植物有效部位及植物活性成分,这些植物中不同种类的化学成分均具有不同程度的镇静催眠作用,有明确的分子结构的化学成分的集结,将为镇静催眠药物的合成及结构改造提供直观的物质基础。
By retrieving relevant literature, experimental research progress was given, as so as the sedative and hypnotic effects of plant effective part and the active ingredient. Different types of chemical composition of these plants have sedative and hypnotic effects in varying degrees. It is clear that their chemical composition of molecular structure will provide the intuitive material basis for the sedative hypnotic drugs synthesis and structural modification. They play the role not only to provide the material basis for plants sedative-hypnotic effects, but also to find and develop new sedative hypnotic drugs experimental basis.

Abstract:
本文以间甲基苯腈和盐酸羟胺为原料,在催化剂作用下,通过微波和超声波的共同作用,合成间甲基苯脒肟。基于间甲基苯脒肟的产率为评价指标,进行了L9 (33)的正交试验,考察了催化剂的种类、微波功率、反应时间三个因素。结果表明:催化剂种类对反应影响最大,反应时间次之,而微波功率则影响最小。在不考虑反应物配比和超声波强度的情况下,采用苄基三乙基氯化铵作催化剂,微波功率400 W以及反应时间20分钟为最优的反应条件。
In this paper, m-methylbenzamidoxime was synthesized from m-methyl-phenylnitrile and hydrox-ylamine hydrochloride by microwave and ultrasonic with catalyst. Based on the yield of m-methylbenzamidoxime as an evaluation index, an orthogonal test of L9 (33) was carried out to examine the three factors of the type of catalyst, microwave power, and reaction time. It is shown that influence of the catalyst on the reaction is the most, and the second is reaction time, and mi-crowave power has minimal influence. The optimum reaction conditions were that three factors: the catalyst of the benzyltriethylammonium chloride, the microwave power of 400 W, and reaction time of 20 minutes, without considering the reactant mix ratio and the ultrasonic intensity.

Abstract:
本文分析处理了我国新疆中部和西北边陲大地震经纬度分布数据,得到了两条几乎平行的直线,且与我们前文建立的三条直线大致平行。表明中国大地震主要分布在五条近似平行的直线区域,这就是本文建立的中国大地震分布五平行线区域理论。
This paper analyzes and deals with the latitude and longitude distribution data of great earthquake in the central Xinjiang and northwestern border area in our country, obtains two almost parallel straight lines, and is roughly parallel with the three straight lines that we established earlier. It shows that the large earthquakes in China are mainly distributed in five straight lines region in approximate parallelism. This is the theory of great earthquake regional distribution with five parallel lines in China.

厚壳贻贝多糖的提取工艺优化及体外生物活性研究

Abstract: ?以抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性为指导优化提取工艺,分别采用热水提取,两步联合酶解法(木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶)从厚壳贻贝中提取和分离纯化具有生物活性的贻贝多糖,对其进行基本理化性质分析和deae-cellulose52柱层析分离纯化并进行体外抗氧化、抗肿瘤生物活性研究。通过对热水提取法,单一酶提法和联合酶提取法得到的贻贝多糖粗品进行理化性质分析和活性筛选,发现联合酶解提取得到的贻贝粗多糖在得率、纯度和生物活性上均优于其他方法提取得到的粗多糖,其提取粗多糖的得率为23.69%。联合酶提粗多糖体外抗氧化研究表明其对dpph自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和脂质过氧化物清除的半最大效应浓度(concentrationfor50%ofmaximaleffect,ec50)分别为3.75、5.01mg/ml和2.41mg/ml;对体外前列腺癌du-145细胞48h,ic50为2.93mg/ml。通过分离纯化后对各组分的得率和组成分析表明:联合酶提可提高贻贝多糖类糖胺聚糖(mt3)的含量,并达到13.5%,单糖组成主要为man、glcn、glcua、gal和fuc,分子质量约为18kd。和其他组分相比,mt3组分表现出良好的体外抗肿瘤活性,对体外前列腺癌du-145细胞48h,ic50为2.71mg/ml。通过活性追踪和工艺优化结果表明,热水提取后酶解工艺不仅可以降解蛋白提高多糖的纯度,而且还可以显著提高贻贝多糖中类糖胺聚糖的含量,而贻贝类糖胺聚糖是贻贝多糖的主要活性组分,具有良好的抗肿瘤活性。
