Abstract:

本文针对南方地区复杂近地表条件的地质、地球物理特点,进行综合地球物理近地表结构调查方法组合试验,通过多种地球物理技术手段联合应用分析,总结了一套有针对性的南方复杂山地区表层结构调查方法技术组合。通过多种方法的组合使用和资料的联合解释,建立较准确的近地表速度及岩性结构模型,为地震资料采集的激发、接收因素选择提供依据,也为静校正处理提供可靠的资料,在南盘江和凯理地区的实际应用中较好的指导了井深及井位设计,对提高地震资料信噪比和分辨率取得了较好的效果。
In connection with the southern region of complex near surface condition of geological and geo- physical characteristics, we made comprehensive geophysical near surface structure survey combination ex- perimental research, and summarized a set of targeted of complex surface structure survey method technology in the south area through many geophysical methods. Through combined methods and synthetical explain, to establish a more accurate near-surface velocity and lithology structure model, provide seismic data acquisition excitation and receiving factors, and provide reliable data for static correction processing. In Nanpanjiang and KaiLi regions seismic prospecting, it gives better guidance to the design for well depth and location, and has obtained a better effect to improve signal-to-noise ratio and resolution of Seismic data.

Abstract: Because of sharp variations in elevation, weathering layer thickness and the near-surface velocity in CDB hilly areas, seismic imaging always suffers from great statics problems. We first analyze the theories and conditions of some typical solutions, such as the elevation static correction, refraction static correction, and tomography static correction. Comparing different results of CDB data, a new flow of static correction in mountain areas is proposed. As the first step, elevation statics correction is applied; and the first-breaks on the elevation-corrected shots are picked interactively. The original velocity-depth model for tomography is established by means of refraction static correction.The optimum velocity-depth model and static correction are achieved sucessfully.

Abstract: This paper give us a summarize of the course of the seismic exploration in the bare carbonate rock area of south China by the South Company of Prospecting,SINOPEC.The theory of "second round of oil and gas exploration of China" given by famous academician Liu guang-ding is accurate and can play import part in the exploration of oil and gas in South China and the finding of "Puguang gas field".Paper also gives us a series of new methods and technology and describes the future of the exploration of oil and gas in south China.
三维煤岩力电耦合的损伤力学模型研究

Abstract: 在一维煤岩力电耦合的损伤力学模型基础上,建立了三维煤岩力电耦合模型。利用该模型分析了电磁辐射脉冲数、幅值与应力之间的关系,并对煤岩内部结构的围压条件对应力和电磁辐射的影响进行了模拟,最后分析了单轴压缩突然卸载的电磁辐射特征。研究成果应用表明,该模型分析煤岩损伤具有可靠性、先进性。

Abstract: 以自适应神经网络的基本原理和实现步骤为基础,研究了煤岩变形破裂过程电磁辐射自适应神经网络预测的原理及特点,将电磁辐射自适应神经网络模型应用于煤岩变形破裂过程声发射和电磁辐射序列的预测。研究结果表明,采用神经网络可以有效预测电磁辐射和声发射信号,为判定煤岩变形破裂状态提供依据。

基于Q型聚类分析和贝叶斯判别算法研究储层分类评价

Abstract: 储层分类评价是油藏研究的重要内容,为了使储层分类更准确、合理,本文采用Q型聚类分析和贝叶斯判别算法相结合的方法,进行储层分类评价研究。综合优选砂岩厚度、孔隙度、渗透率、碳酸盐含量及泥质含量等各种储层参数,应用数理统计方法将这些参数集合起来,采用Q型聚类分析的算法对储层进行分类;在此基础上,采用贝叶斯判别算法,建立这些储层参数与储层分类评价的定量判别关系,即建立进行储层分类评价的判别函数,依据此判别函数对非取心井的目的层进行了定量分类评价。实例证明,应用Q型聚类分析和贝叶斯判别算法相结合进行储层分类评价是有效的,其应用效果良好。
分布式电源多点接入配电系统的集成保护

Abstract: 针对分布式电源多点接入的配电系统,提出了一种基于暂态极性保护原理的集成保护新方案。暂态极性比较保护是运用小波变换提取故障暂态高频信号的某一频段信息作为故障判断的依据,通过比较暂态高频信号的极性,迅速准确判断出故障位置。将暂态极性比较保护原理应用于配电网集成保护方案中,以母线作为载体构建集成保护单元,利用本地故障信息和相邻保护单元故障信息对母线各出线以及线路两端信号的极性进行比较,从而对母线故障和线路故障进行判断。与此同时,集成网络保护单元提取多点信息,对整体区域暂态信号极性进行综合比较,实现对故障的快速定位与隔离,为本地保护提供后备保护。最后,利用MATLAB软件对其进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了此保护方案的正确性和可行性。
载纳米银丝蛋白/海藻酸钠海绵的制备及表征

Abstract: 以丝蛋白(SF)和海藻酸钠(SA)为基质构建新型负载纳米银生物敷料。以SF溶液为稳定剂,采用紫外光照射法合成了纳米银,加入SA后,经氯化钙/乙醇/水(摩尔比,1∶71∶77)处理3 h,将上述材料润洗冻干后得到负载纳米银的SF/SA复合海绵(AgNPs-SF/SA)。透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察显示,合成的纳米银平均粒径为(5.03±1.42) nm,在丝蛋白溶液中分布均匀。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像显示,与纯丝蛋白海绵相比,AgNPs-SF/SA显示连通的多孔结构。SA的加入增强了海绵的吸水性和保水性;在SF和SA的协同作用下,AgNPs-SF/SA的水蒸气透过率有所提高。以K-B扩散法和菌液培养法测定了AgNPs-SF/SA的抗菌性,结果显示,AgNPs-SF/SA对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿色假单胞菌的抗菌性优于阳性对照AQUACEL?誖Ag;24 h和48 h的菌液培养显示,AgNPs-SF/SA具有更持久的抗菌活性。综上所述,AgNPs-SF/SA的物理性能和抗菌性能优良,有望作为一种新型的抗菌生物敷料用于预防和治疗创面感染。
This study aimed to fabricate a novel Ag nano-particles(AgNPs) loaded biologic dressing based on silk fibroin(SF) and sodium alginate(SA). AgNPs were first synthesized in the stabilizer,SF solution,under UV irradiation,and after the addition of SA,were then treated by CaCl2/ethanol /water(molar ratio,1∶71∶77) for 3 h. After rinsing and freeze-drying,AgNPs loaded SF/SA composite sponge(AgNPs-SF/SA) was obtained. Transmission electron microscopy observation(TEM) showed that AgNPs were evenly distributed in the SF solution with a mean diameter of 5.03 nm. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images showed that compared with pure SF sponge,AgNPs-SF/SA had a linked porous structure. Addition of SA improved the water absorption and retention ability of the sponge and the synergistic effect of SF and SA increased the water vapor transmission rate. K-B disk diffusion and bacterial solution culture methods indicated that AgNPs-SF/SA possessed a higher and more continuous anti-bacterial potential than the positive control,AQUACEL?誖 Ag,against P. aeruginosa and S. aureus. In conclusion,the excellent physical and anti-bacterial properties demonstrated that AgNPs-SF/SA could be a novel anti-bacterial biologic dressing for prevention and treatment of wound infection
