Abstract:
随着科技的不断进步,现代通信技术对设备的要求愈来愈高,对于微波滤波器这一重要的射频元器件在小型化与高性能方面的要求也越来越严格。而基于LTCC技术的带状线型微波滤波器正好满足了这些需求,逐渐成为了微波元器件研究的热点之一。本文实现了一种基于LTCC技术的小型化高性能带状线滤波器设计的实现方法,工艺上采取的LTCC技术大大缩小了滤波器的尺寸。借助电路仿真并在电磁场三维仿真软件上进行优化,实物测试结果与仿真结果很好的吻合,中心频率为2800 MHz,带宽为200 MHz,在2600 MHz频率上的衰减优于33 dB,在3020 MHz频率上的衰减优于25 dB,尺寸仅为4.8 mm × 4.2 mm × 1.5 mm。
With the continuous progress of technology, modern communication technology has increasingly demand for high-level equipment; the situation of the microwave filter as one of the essential components in microwave module is the same case. Multilayer microwave filter which is based on the LTCC technology meets these requirements and is becoming one of the hot research fields. A method for the section of stripline configuration bandpass filter with miniaturization and high performance is proposed. In order to ensure its miniaturization, this filter is based on the LTCC technology which is advance in the world. Using the circuit simulation and 3D simulation software to optimize and simulate, the measured results of the filter satisfy its performance requirement. The centre frequency of the BPF is at 2800 MHz and its bandwidth is 200 MHz; at 2600 MHz the stop-band attenuation needs to be more than 33 dB and at 3020 MHz is more than 20 dB. Its size of the fabricated filter is only 4.8 mm × 4.2 mm × 1.5 mm.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于LTCC (低温共烧陶瓷)技术的微型巴伦的设计与实现方法。此种巴伦采用Marchand型结构,运用LTCC多层三维立体集成技术,通过宽边耦合的螺旋型结构实现1/4波长耦合线,大大减小了巴伦的实际体积。随后通过带状线末端电容加载技术的改进型结构,近一步缩小了耦合线长,实现了结构的微型化。最终设计的巴伦工作频带1.5~3 GHz,具有插损小,幅度平坦性好,相位一致性高的优点,巴伦尺寸为2.5 mm × 3 mm × 1.2 mm。文章讨论了该巴伦工作原理、微型化的设计思路、三维结构,最后给出了设计的仿真和测试结果,两者一致性较好。
A method of designing and implementing a miniature LTCC balun is proposed in this paper. This kind of balun is based on the structure of Marchand microstrip balun in order to realize the mi-niaturization. LTCC multilayer 3D technology, broadband coupling spiral stripline and loading terminal capacitors structure have been used to achieve quarter-wave coupling line to reduce the size. The operation frequency ranges from 1 GHz to 3 GHz with the advantages of low insertion loss, well amplitude balance and strong phase consistency. The dimension was only 2.5 mm × 3 mm × 1.2 mm. The operation principle, design thoughts of miniaturization and the structure of balun were discussed in this paper. At last, the results from the simulation and those from the measurement are in good agreement.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于LTCC技术的集总巴伦的设计与实现方法。该小型化集总巴伦由简易LC巴伦结构改进而成,利用ADS软件进行电路仿真以及HFSS软件三维建模设计。性能测试结果表明:测量结果数据与仿真结果基本一致,该巴伦的标称中心频率为70 MHz,频带宽20 MHz,通带内插入损耗小于4.7 dB,两端口相位差大于172?,尺寸仅为2.5 mm × 1.5 mm × 1 mm。完全能够满足当今通信设备日益小型化的要求。
This paper presented a design and realization method of lumped balun based on the LTCC tech-nology, which was derived from simple LC balun and designed by ADS circuit simulation and the HFSS software to optimize the 3D modeling. The measured results agree with the simulated data basically, the center frequency of balun sample is 70 MHz, the bandwidth is 20 MHz, the insertion loss of the pass band is less than 4.7 dB, the phase difference between the two output ports is more than 172?, the size is only 2.5 mm × 1.5 mm × 1 mm. The balun can totally be used in miniaturized mobile communication equipment.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于LTCC技术的小型化交指型带通滤波器的设计方法,通过在交指线末端加载对地电容,压缩了谐振器尺寸,将对地电容布置在分立的空间中,避免了电容间的耦合干扰,引入非相邻谐振器间交叉耦合,在通带两端各产生一个零点,提高了边带抑制。设计了一款中心频率2.3 GHz,带宽200 M交指型带通滤波器,插损小于2.5 dB,通带波动优于0.5 dB,利用三维仿真软件HFSS建模及优化,并利用LTCC工艺加工制造,尺寸仅为3 mm × 2 mm × 1.5 mm,经测试,实际测试曲线与仿真曲线符合较好,验证了设计的有效性。
A method of designing miniaturized interdigital bandpass filter based on LTCC technology was proposed, through loading ground capacitance at the end of interdigital transmission line, com-pressed the volume of resonator, to arrange the ground capacitance in discrete space, avoided the coupling interference between themselves, then cross-coupling was introduced between nonad-jacent resonator, generated two transmission zeros on both sides of the passband and improved the sideband suppression. A interdigital bandpass filter with center frequency 2.3 GHz and bandwidth 200 M was designed, the insertion loss was less than 2.5 dB, passband fluctuation was better than 0.5 dB, HFSS was used to construct the 3D model and optimize the simulated results, then fa-bricated the filter with LTCC technology, the size was only 3 mm × 2 mm × 1.5 mm, the measured curves confirmed well with the simulated curves, verified the validity of the design.

Abstract: A novel Ku-band low noise amplifier with high electron mobility transis-ror (HEMT) and GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) has been demonstrated. Its noise figure is less than 1.9dB with an associated gain over 27dB and an input-output VSWR less than 1.4 in the frequency range of 11.7-12.2 GHz. The HEMT and the microwave series inductance feedback technique arc used in the first stage of the amplifier, and the Ku-band MMIC is used in the last stage. The key to this design is to achieve a simultaneous optimum noise match and a minimum input VSWR match by using the microwave series inductance feedback method. The BJ-120 waveguides are used in both input and output of the amplifier.

Abstract: ?火山岩岩性、储层的复杂性,导致火山岩岩石物理基础研究难度较大。为加强火山岩岩石物理基础研究,提高火山岩储层地震预测的精度,本文模拟实际地层温度、压力条件,测量16种岩性、105块岩样在干燥、饱含气和饱含水状态下的纵波速度、横波速度和密度等参数,研究温度、(静岩)压力、孔隙流体压力、不同流体饱和度对波速的影响,并进行不同岩性、含不同流体性质的岩石物理参数特征分析,以期直接进行火山岩岩性、储层的识别。研究结果表明:利用密度和纵波速度交会可以很好地区分基性、中性和酸性火山岩岩性;纵波速度和纵横波速度比交会可以很好地区分火山岩中的水层和气层。

Abstract:
镁能够在格氏试剂RMgX(R为烷基和苯基等,X为卤素)的醚溶液中实现可逆沉积–溶出,然而,对于不同取代基对格氏试剂电解液的电化学性能影响却很少有人研究。在本文中,我们合成了一系列氟或甲基在不同位置取代的苯基格氏试剂电解液,并研究了他们的电化学性能。结果表明,苯环上不同位置被氟或甲基取代对苯基格氏试剂电解液的镁沉积–溶出可逆性和电化学稳定窗口有显著影响。这些发现为开发新的可充镁电池电解液体系打下了基础。
Mg can be reversibly deposited from ethereal solutions of Grignard salts of the RMgX type (R = alkyl, aryl groups and X = Cl, Br etc.). However, effect of different substituent groups on the electrochemical properties of Grig-nard electrolyte is rarely studied. In this paper, we synthesized a series of phenyl Grignard reagents with substituent groups in different positions and investigated their electrochemical performance. The results show that the Mg deposi-tion/dissolution reversibility and electrochemically stable window of the phenyl Grignard reagent electrolytes are greatly influenced by fluorine or methyl group in different positions on the phenyl ring. These findings pave the way to develop new electrolyte systems for rechargeable magnesium battery.
