土地储备方案的投资决策风险评估

Abstract:
本文主要针对投资决策风险,构建土地储备投资决策风险评价指标,计算出风险程度Q值,从而达到评估土地储备风险的目的。根据实际数据,经过分析确定出了影响投资风险的六种主要因素。我们采用层次分析法确定风险指标权重,权重较大的指标对风险的影响程度较大。但是,传统的层次分析法在构造判断矩阵时往往含有一定的主观因素。本文利用SPSS (R型)聚类分析过程中的相似矩阵来确定判断矩阵,这种方法避免了托马斯?塞蒂(T.L. Saaty)提出的1-9标度方法带来的主观因素,提高了层次分析法的效率。最后,通过Yaahp对结果进行了敏感性分析,得到可以根据权重w评估投资决策风险。
In view of the decision risk of land reserve investment, an evaluation index is built in this thesis, and the Q value which indicates the level of risk is calculated, so as to achieve the purpose of as-sessing the risks of land reserves. Based on actual data, six main factors affecting the investment risk are determined after analysis. With the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the risk index weights are identified, and the greater weight index impacts a greater degree of risk. How-ever, the judgment matrix in traditional AHP often contains certain subjective factors. The judg-ment matrix is determined by analyzing the proximity matrix, using SPSS (R) clustering analysis in the process. This method avoids subjective factors caused by 1-9 scaling method which is proposed by Thomas Setiawan (T.L. Saaty), and improves the efficiency of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, a sensitivity analysis on the results is made with Yaahp, and weights “w” can be used as indicators to assess the risk of the investment decision.

Abstract:
近年来,北京的空气污染日趋严重,PM2.5也引起了社会各界的广泛关注。目前针对北京市PM2.5浓度影响因素的研究中,在影响因素种类和模型选择方面有明显的局限性。文章基于上述两点,建立了以PM2.5浓度为响应变量、影响因素为预测变量的广义加性模型,结果发现PM2.5浓度的影响因素包括NO2浓度、风速、温度、月份、CO浓度、O3浓度和湿度。文章还建立了线性回归模型进行对比,结果发现加性模型的拟合效果明显优于线性模型。
In recent years, air pollution in Beijing is increasingly serious; PM2.5 has caused widespread con-cern in the community. There are obvious limitations about influencing factors’ type and model selection in current studies on the influence factors of PM2.5 concentration in Beijing. Based on the above two points, this paper conducted a generalized additive model which regarded PM2.5 concentration as response variable and influence factors as predictor variable, and the results showed that: the factors influencing PM2.5 concentration include NO2 concentration, wind speed, temperature, month, CO concentration, O3 concentration and humidity. This paper also conducted a linear regression model in order to make contrast, and the results showed that the goodness of fit of the additive model is much better than the linear model.
芦根乙醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠肝糖原含量及糖原合成酶的影响

Abstract: ?目的探讨芦根乙醇提取物对链脲佐菌素(stz)诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝糖原含量及糖原合成酶(gs)的影响。方法正常对照组小鼠10只,糖尿病小鼠随机分为模型对照组、高剂量组和低剂量组,每组10只。应用组织化学糖原(pas)染色法检测各组小鼠肝糖原含量,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(rt-pcr)和蛋白质免疫印迹法(west?ern-blot)法检测各组实验小鼠肝脏gsmrna和蛋白的表达。结果pas染色后模型对照组肝糖原含量明显减少,低剂量组、高剂量组较模型对照组明显增多(p<0.01),其中高剂量组最为明显;模型对照组gsmrna和gs蛋白均低于其他3组,低剂量组低于高剂量组(p<0.05)。结论芦根乙醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠肝糖原含量具有正向促进作用,其机制可能是通过提高肝糖原合成酶的表达而起作用。

本文利用全寿命周期理论分析风电项目投资的风险,并用解释结构模型对我国风能发电的风险因素进行解析,构建了风能发电项目风险因素的阶层结构图,阐述了风能发电项目风险因素的层级关系及风险因素间的相互关系,对我国风能发电的源头风险、过程风险和终端风险因素进行确定,并提出相应的风险控制方法。
The paper uses the theory of whole life cycle analysis of wind power project investment risk, uses the interpretative structural model to analyze the risk factors of the wind power in China, con-structs a hierarchical graph of risk factors, describes the hierarchy of wind power project invest-ment risk and the relationship between risk factors, determines the source of risk, process risk and terminal risk of wind power project investment risk in China and puts forward the corresponding risk control methods.

As a gramineous plant, Job’s tears has the function of invigorating spleen to remove dampness, clearing away heat and eliminating pus and maintaining beauty and keeping young. The seeds of Job’s tears are not only edible, but also can be developed for the treatment of tumors, hyperglyce-mia, hyperlipidemia and so on. The polyphenol compounds are one kind of the active materials of Job’s tears’ multiple physiological functions. The polyphenol compounds contained in Job’s tears, with strong oxidation resistance, are one of the important active substances of Job’s tears’ anti-oxygenation. The paper summarizes the numerous active substances naturally existed in Job’s tears, and expounds the antioxidant effect of polyphenol compounds in Job’s tears.

Abstract: 针对传统电能质量监测数据管理模式对网络条件要求高、检索效率低、可靠性差等问题,提出并实现了一种基于移动Agent的电能质量监测数据管理方案。将实现数据管理功能的程序封装为移动Agent,并从监测主站迁移到存储原始监测数据的子站,就地执行数据处理任务,仅将结果返回监测主站。利用Aglets平台实现所提方案并进行测试,结果表明此方案可以有效减少检索耗时,提高系统的网络适应性和可靠性,同时,方案无需对现有系统进行大量改造。

Abstract:
分数阶导数微分方程作为通常微分方程的推广,被广泛地应用于工程,物理,信息处理,金融,水文等领域。本文给出了数值求解一类时间空间分数阶导数的双边空间微分方程的一种隐式差分格式,并对其稳定性和收敛性进行了理论分析,证明了格式的无条件稳定性并给出了收敛阶估计。
Fractional order differential equations are generalizations of classical differential equations. They are widely used in the fields of diffusive transport, finance, nonlinear dynamics, signal processing and others. In this paper, an implicit finite difference method for a class of initial-boundary value space-time fractional two-sided space partial differential equations with variable coefficients on a finite domain is established. The stability and convergence order are analyzed for the resulted implicit scheme. With mathematical induction skills, the scheme is proved to be unconditionally stable and convergent.

Abstract: ?为了解决沙漠、戈壁等荒漠场景的车辆间及其与外界的通信,提出一种车辆自组织网络的体系结构并重点分析其分簇和路由算法。该算法根据网络中车辆所装备的通信终端类型和车辆定时发出的位置、速度和行驶方向等信息对车辆进行分簇。在簇内通信和簇间通信时,簇头车辆为簇成员车辆选择最合适的路由;在与外界通行时,簇头车辆为簇成员车辆选择最近的装备卫星和地面移动通信终端的车辆进行转发。仿真结果表明,该算法与传统的分簇路由算法相比具有更高的簇结构稳定性、更高的数据传输成功率以及更低的路由开销。

Abstract: 从利益相关者的视角对财务利益相关者和非财务利益相关者对于林业上市公司资本结构的影响进行理论分析,并建立面板数据模型检验根据理论分析提出的研究假设.实证结果表明,林业上市公司的财务利益相关者对资本结构的影响要大于非财务利益相关者的影响,非财务利益相关者不是林业上市公司制定资本结构的主要考虑因素.
